Great place to stay and relax. Staff are very friendly, approachable. Top notch customer service. Elmira is responsive and helpful. Wifi is just not that reliable but no biggie. Location is a bit too far from tagaytay proper but all good. Overall experience in our stay is excellent. Will definitely book this place again. ❤️

I stayed for eight nights and had an amazing trip – my first time in the Philippines! The staff were all so kind, friendly, and attentive. Their service was truly exceptional. The airport pickup and drop-off was seamless. The hotel is located on a bit of a hill, so there are some inclines to navigate, but the stunning views make it worthwhile. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The shuttle service was great, as it took us right to our room, and they even helped us with our luggage. The food was also fantastic, with lots of choices. I can't wait to come back!

I can’t find the words to describe how lovely this home is, we had amazing time in Gili. The house is exactly as described, even better, located at turtle beach, we can see the turtle from the beach right in front of the house. Everyone is so helpful, we will definitely go back to Gili and stay here again!

Kristin was extremely helpful and responsive. The location of her place is incredible! Right near the beach, on the beautiful Beachwalk and close to great food and shopping. The açaí bowls at tropical tribe down by the water are easily the best tasting and value in town! We were very pleased with our stay.

Pia resort is a great place to stay for travelers in Guam. Its location is amazing. Although the beach isn’t as close as 5star hotels ,it was a nice walk down to beach to burn calories after binge eating at nice restaurants. ( I also found a short cut) Mako is a nice host and he tried hard to respond to our requests promptly. In general, houses in Guam are old and outdated ( even the condition of top range hotels isn’t so admirable) , but Pia resort probably has better room condition than most of other places although there’s been a few problems such as loud Air conditioning system) We’ve been pretty demanding guests to be honest. I was traveling with my mother-in-law and I was responsible to take care of her needs who is now almost 80, but after all , my mother-in-law was satisfied and I’d like to thank Mako a lot.

a lot of things can be adjusted and compromised but the most important thing for me is the staff - and this place nailed it! I love the staff, so accommodating and friendly. will definitely be coming back here in our next trip.

Lovely villa with pool in great location for exploring Lombok. Host & staff responsive & helpful. Delt with any issues that arose very quickly which was much appreciated. Just be aware there is a Mosque nearby which can be quite loud during prayer sessions. Would recommend.

My 3 nights stay at this place was amazing. My check in experience was superb, it was practical, and they served an amazing rosella welcome drink that is so refreshing after a long drive to the place from the airport, I even ask for some before I leave.. The staffs were very friendly, nice, and attentive. The suite itself was very private, spacious, and exactly like the picture, just even more beautiful than you would've expected. It has all the ammenities you need. It was very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, big wardrobe, power outlets almost in every corner of the suite. They clean your room and refill your cookie plate and fruit bowl everyday. This one also has a very nice restaurant that you can order through room service when you decided to have a stay in. Would definetely come stay here again when I got the chance.

8日間滞在しましたが、広い部屋で家族6人快適に過ごすことができました。洗濯と料理ができることが最大の魅力でした。洗濯物はバルコニーで半日も干せば乾くのでコインランドリーへ行く必要がありませんでした。スーパーで材料を買ってくれば自炊ができるし、Grabの注文もロビーまで届けてくれるので便利です。子供4人を連れての外出は大変なので、すべてがこの部屋で簡潔できることがとても良かったです。部屋はシンプルですが、いたるところにホストの思いやりを感じられました。華美な装飾がないのは、小さい子供がいる家族にとっては逆にありがたいです。バルコニーからの眺めは最高で、毎朝たくさんの自然を感じながら飲むコーヒーは特別で、ビールを飲みながら眺めるサンセットはとても美しかったです。年越しの花火は島全体から打ち上がりましたが、それを一望できたのはこの部屋のロケーションならではの貴重な体験でした。セブに行く時はまたここに泊まりたいです。

Meine Tage hier waren ein Traum. Vom Frühstück am Morgen, über die wahnsinnig entspannte Atmosphäre, das tolle, mega hilfsbereite Team und die schönsten Strände in nächster Umgebung. Ich hab noch eine Nacht angehängt und würde sofort wiederkommen.

So happy to stay here. I took a great rest. So peaceful and calm place to stay. Izabel helped me a lot with messages. Staffs in this resort are also so kind.

The overall experience was good. Michelle had very good communication throughout the process. Check-in was very easy when we arrived. Th unit (2 bedroom) was clean and fairly well equipped. We cooked in several dinners and I had to improvise some but the unit had all the basics I needed. The bedrooms were spacious and once weekly housekeeping service was included to change the sheets, towels, etc so that was very nice and helpful. This Westin location is very easy for families and the pools and beaches were great. There is easy snorkeling right in front of the Westin and even though it was a holiday week during New Year's it didn't feel too crowded. Parking is free and the location is very close to Lahaina town for shopping and restaurants and also Whalers Village shopping. The Westin has a shuttle that runs to both these locations and their other properties so that was also helpful. Overall, I do recommend this location and Michelle's property for a stay in Maui. Only one thing to note about the set up of the 2 bedroom is that there is a little entry and then the unit has a large studio bedroom + sofa + small kitchen + bathroom on one side with its own door/entrance and then the other side has the one bedroom + living area+ larger kitchen + larger bath. This worked great for us as we had 2 teenagers and put them in the studio but if you have young children you might not want them completely separate from you (although I guess you could prop the doors open to each unit).

We’ve stayed at the Westin Kaanapali twice now and it’s been great every time.

We know this property well and return often since we love it so much. The accommodations and amenities are great and the Ka’anapali location is perfect. Brandon is a great host and communicates well. We had a slight snafu on check-in (resort’s fault, not host’s), but Brandon responded quickly to our request for help to resolve the issue immediately. Highly recommend both are the property and host.

Our stay at Deborah’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The space was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Deborah was incredibly hospitable, always available to answer any questions and provide helpful tips about the area. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable accommodation experience!

Beautiful apartment close to both the beach and pools at the resort. Walkable to many different restaurants. Little hiccup with check in was rectified promptly. Very friendly and accommodating host.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Centrally located to many walkable parts of Kailua Kona. Amenities are plentiful and easily accessible. We were very happy with our stay.
