This place was amazing! All my guests admired the small details, from the bar accessories to the spacious living room and the rooms themselves. We had a fantastic time overall and would definitely recommend it for large gatherings. The hot tub was the cherry on top, and the outdoor fireplace kept us warm in the evening. Highly recommend!

This property is fantastic. The kitchen and bbq made it easy to cook great food at home. The game room is a great addition and gave us a huge extra space for everyone to relax.

Kate’s place was perfect! We had three kids during our stay, and it was perfect for our family! The crib was clean and safe, there were toys and books for children as well as a play structure outside! I would definitely go back!!

This is a beautiful property. We were 2 families and the 2 separate houses made it very convenient for us. We spent most our time in the bigger house. You could see the ocean from both the houses and the view was amazing. The location was perfect as a base for hiking in Los Osos and sight seeing in the wine country. A special shout-out to Angie for being such a gracious host. She was very responsive. When we locked ourselves out, her husband came within minutes to unlock the door. Thanks for making us feel at home.

The beach cottage is right on the sand and has a sensational view! The private, screened patio is welcoming. Five girlfriends stayed there and two are already planning to bring their families back for another stay. The only potential negative is that you have to walk through sand and up a rather steep flight of stairs to access the beach house. The porters from the Sea Venture Hotel were lovely about helping us with luggage. The Sea Venture restaurant is excellent, too!

Beautiful home, very cozy inside and out and the Hot tub was very nice!! Literally 2 second walk to the ocean! My wife and I plus our two boys had an absolute blast! Amazing stay for a great price, will definitely be staying again!

These hosts deserve all the five stars!! What a special rental unit this is ! From the interior design that looks like it came from a magazine it’s so beautiful, to the comfortable bed/linen , to the outside deck with the jacuzzi that makes you feel like you’re in a serene outdoor spa-it was truly a magical place! The host also had quick and effective communication which is always a plus! The location was perfect, a few minutes from the beach or just having the windows open and watching the waves crash-this stay was everything we needed ! Such a peaceful getaway and we can’t wait to plan our next trip back!
