We stayed for three nights at this beautiful property which is so close to everything! This gem is equipped with so many amazing amenities, including a pool with a hot tub! We definitely will return again! This property is one you will be looking forward to seeing and enjoying!

This place was amazing! All my guests admired the small details, from the bar accessories to the spacious living room and the rooms themselves. We had a fantastic time overall and would definitely recommend it for large gatherings. The hot tub was the cherry on top, and the outdoor fireplace kept us warm in the evening. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, with everything from plenty of serving trays and wine glasses to measuring cups, pots, and pans—perfect for cooking and entertaining. The home was spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for large groups who want to spend quality time together. The backyard was stunning and a great space for pets. The location was also fantastic—nothing was more than 10 minutes away, yet the house itself was quiet and felt private. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. One of our favorite moments was gathering around the kitchen bar, cooking together, and enjoying great company. We had an amazing stay!

This house was the perfect restorative vacation home. It was stocked with kitchen necessities, has a cozy yet spacious living and dining room space with incredible views, and the beds were so comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing too. Overall, it was a relaxing and perfect place for a weekend getaway.

This is a beautiful property on top of a hill with amazing views. The photographs don't do it justice. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was lovely, warm (for a Feb stay) and perfect with lots of pool toys for the kids. Lots of fireplaces, board games, entertainment options. The hosts were very responsive and attentive.

My extended family came to Paso Robles to celebrate a 30th birthday with wine tasting in the area. The house was perfect for our large group of 13 adults. The kitchen easily allowed for multiple people to prep food and the large island made it easy for people to graze. In the evenings we moved the benches from the dining table to the living room and gathered for games and conversation. The house was spacious and accommodating. We would return for another group event!

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

What an amazing stay we had! The home is absolutely beautiful - loved the fireplaces, the shared living space, amazing kitchen, and we loved that all three rooms had their own en-suite bathrooms. Perfect for our wine trip with friends. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family stayed at Summer Place over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, the home was just as it was pictured. The yard is fully fenced so no worry about our dogs getting out. The house was equipped with everything you could think of, even Tupperware! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. PRVR had the best customer service. Our spa had some issues that they sent someone out to fix on Thanksgiving day. Highly impressed with this BnB and with the rental company. Will probably stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Laurie's place. It was a beautiful home with a very peaceful vibe. Pismo was only a short drive away which was great for day time activities. We hope to come back one day!

Great location right near the beach with tons of activities that you can possibly do. House itself is great for a larger group, with lots of bedrooms and off-street parking in the driveway and garage. Clean and well maintained, the space was nice to visit on a weekend with a good full kitchen. Would recommend!

We had a great time at Ian’s. It was easy to find and very close to downtown. So close, we walked to get smoothies. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The instructions were very detailed and everything was clearly labeled. Highly recommend this place!

I spend a lot of time in the area and the accomodations at this beach house were superior! Will definitely return. Very nice home.

This house was perfect for our family. The beds are unbelievably comfortable! The quiet little neighborhood was perfect for catching up on some rest for our trip. Great experience!

The location to restaurants, towns and beaches for the price is unbeatable! The home was easy to locate, very cute exterior with great amenities for the kids. The inside was neatly decorated with a beachy vibe. The drive to the beach was short, we found a delicious restaurant, Ada’s fish house on the way that hit the spot for my whole family. Our server was great and gave us a tip to a local beach spot. Incredible. Wish we stayed longer to explore more. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was perfect and the access to laundry services helps so much when traveling with a pack like mine. We’d definitely stay again.

Judy met us at check in and she was friendly and pleasant to talk too. She stays on site in a separate area of the property. Although she was available by phone at any time that you needed her, she was out of site the whole stay. Check in was very easy as was checkout. The property was in a great neighborhood and was close to downtown Orcutt, where we dined out a lot. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Great restaurants and wineries.

We stayed at Brent and Jo's place over NYE, and it was a great choice. The house was clean when we got there, and we know how difficult that can be as pet owners. We loved how close to the ocean this house is - and it really does feel like a house, there's a ton of character! Our local friends came over for dinner one night, and their 3yo daughter had endless fun trying to find all the octopi hidden around the house. 10/10 would stay here again!

The place is gorgeous and has lots of character. Charles's provided clear communication and even helped us in unforeseen circumstances. I would recommend.

Cindy’s place was perfect! Clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable beds. The location was excellent, with easy access to downtown, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee from Scout. Cindy was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area. Beautiful home, when writing this review one of the questions were was this home accurately described and matched the pictures I will say the pictures did NOT due this home justice. I mean this home was beautiful and colorful rooms were way bigger than the pictures. The outside was very peaceful. Everyone in my group immediately said it was such a beautiful home. The hosts were welcoming and very informational… they were not overwhelming like other hosts they truly allowed us to be free in the home.

Beautiful house. Very spacious. Modern vibe. Layout of kitchen makes cooking easy. View of ocean is incredible. Great location convenient to all SLO county sights and restaurants. Grocery store five mins away. We had 2 couples. Could easily be comfortable for 3 couples. Host helped us work through booking in friendly manner. Loved staying here...

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-maintained home, which had all the necessities for a comfortable trip. The outdoor deck was a highlight, perfect for enjoying morning tea in a serene setting. The location was ideal, with nearby trails and with lots to see and do within 1-2 hours. Laureen, our host, was fantastic—prompt in her responses and kind enough to accommodate our last-minute request for a late checkout. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful nature getaway, and we’d love to return!

Large house, comfortable beds, place is ins a very quiet neighborhood. Location is close to lots of beautiful places like beaches, wineries, etc.

This is a beautiful property. We were 2 families and the 2 separate houses made it very convenient for us. We spent most our time in the bigger house. You could see the ocean from both the houses and the view was amazing. The location was perfect as a base for hiking in Los Osos and sight seeing in the wine country. A special shout-out to Angie for being such a gracious host. She was very responsive. When we locked ourselves out, her husband came within minutes to unlock the door. Thanks for making us feel at home.
