Great place and really nice backyard, great neighborhood

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

Three Oaks was a lovely getaway! It was nice being a bit outside of town, very quiet & peaceful. The host was friendly, attentive & very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, something I have a problem with at most hotels I stay in. Will definitely come back on future visits to the area!

This Airbnb is exceptional-it’s extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is nicely appointed. We loved the hot tub & lush vegetation that surrounds the house. Hope to stay here again for our next Carlsbad trip!

The House is in a quiet neighborhood, very comfortable, well equipped, and our host was quite gracious to welcome us with some basic grocery. The back yard is just perfect and beautiful to rest and enjoy a quiet tea while enjoying the outside.

The Mountain House at Morning Farm was a wonderful getaway for 2 people. Private hot tub with views of the valley and stars made for a romantic weekend. Follow Dawns directions to the house and you can't get lost. House is quaint. Bed is super comfortable. Wonderful time walking the property to see the goats and alpacas. The peacocks slept in the tree above the house for the night and talked to us while we were in the hot tub. Great experience.

The house was comfortable and met our needs well. We loved the location as it was close enough to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We were able to see the ocean better than we thought we would. The train is right behind the home but we did not find it to be loud or disruptive. The outside of the property was great with the fire pit, barbecue and hot tub. We had a couple issues that Pete the property manager dealt with very quickly. He was very nice and was just concerned about everything being ok. Would definitely rent again.

I was amazed at the ample space and amenities available in this Airbnb! It was a beautiful, clean, and spacious area for my children and their children to be together while awaiting my youngest son’s wedding. Many lovely memories were made here!! Very gracious hostess as well!!

Staying at Nancy's place was a fantastic experience for my family, a family of four including two children. The house is beautiful and Nancy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped, the front and back yards are lovely to sit in. The only difficulty we encountered was that we didn't have longer to stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Great spot conveniently located near the freeway and downtown Encinitas! Courtney is a great host who communicated quickly and anticipated any needs we would have. The house was clean, cozy, and had ample blankets, towels, dishes, etc. Courtney went the extra mile and decorated for Christmas since we were there for the holidays. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful vacation at Nicole’s home. It was easy instructions on check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the home and truly loved the location. We have family in the area and plan to travel back quite often. We will not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Nicole!

The house was lovely, kitchen was well-stocked. We stayed for a month and had no problem making it home. The backyard is a perfect size for a family to eat and lounge with a grass/turf spot for the littles to play. The garage had beach chairs and toys, which was a nice touch. And donuts on the second day were a treat!

Other airbnbs should really take notes! Danielle has literally thought of EVERYTHING you could need, down to a designated makeup wash cloth and a drawer full of things from a first aid kit to cotton rounds. Her place is so beautiful and serene, with the sweetest dogs and cat trio who always greeted us when we returned and even hung out with us for a spell! I would come and stay again in a heartbeat. We really enjoyed our stay—unit A is cute and very much “beachy” in style. We love how they have preserved the look of the place. It was close to the beach and restaurants—all very walkable. We would definitely come again!

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed the gardens, fruit from the trees, hanging out on the private patio which you can do even when it rains since it was covered. Was fun to watch TV outside on the patio, something I can't do this time of year back home. We also enjoyed cooking some kabob's we bought at a near by grocery and grilling them pool side. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely suggest and would return again if in the area. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind this is the place for you. All the stars, and then some.

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

Wonderful home! Nick's place is very bright, open, spacious and quiet. Great location and very comfortable. Nick was an incredible host and we already plan on being back to stay again!

Wow, Cody and his family are incredible hosts. We had the most amazing staycation for my daughter’s 13th birthday. The highlight of the entire stay was the giant pond. Kids went back and forth from boating and fishing to the spa. Everyone had a blast and it was peaceful and serene.

The location is unbeatable, and the views are breathtaking. Mark was responsive and thoughtful throughout the whole booking process. Once we were checked in, he reached out to make sure we were all good and had what we needed. I would love to come back here. Thanks for having us, Mark!

One of my new favorite places to get away from the city. The overall grounds were beautiful and well planned, and each unit had its own private area in addition to the communal amenities like the spa and grill and also gazebo areas that overlooked a wonderful view. Michelle was very proactive in reaching out with instructions and she went above and beyond, setting out chairs and blankets for us to stargaze without us asking and also sharing some home made cinnamon rolls. The unit itself is well built and clever in its usage of the small space--I would just warn folks with bad knees or of exceptional height due to the lofted sleeping area. Her dogs (3) and cat (1) are also incredibly friendly and made our stay even more pleasant. Would recommend and would love to come back again soon!
