Best air b and b stay.i have had in a while .it was private and yet Mary.was there to help when I needed it. Plus location so close to town was outstanding.

Todd’s place was by far the best experience I’ve had while using the app for over 7 years. The space is spotless, fully stocked, larger than the photos, the views are beautiful, and Todd is a wonderful human. He respected my privacy, and also invited me to multiple activities like harvesting olives on the property (a first and highly enjoyable experience for me). Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the generous monthly discount, and book immediately!

This place sure beats a hotel with the same amenities. Someone really decided to design places that have everything you want in a rental unit for travel, vacation, or temporary stay. It is also designed so that it is hard to tell that someone else stayed here before you did! This temporary home was a wonderful surprise! I can think of anything else that the room could have had, but my wife would have liked to see a cabinet in the bathroom. This room has 4 beds. This means several toothbrushes and other things that had to be kept on the sink. That being said, we would choose this place and recommend it to people we care about.

Arlene and Michael were great hosts. Their space was both clean and cozy. I and my party felt right at home staying in their space.

Of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this was one of the easiest to check into. The host provided very detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, and whenever we had questions, we always got a response within minutes! This Airbnb was perfect for our little weekend trip. It’s a hotel-style room but cozier, with a more home-like feel. While there’s no kitchen, the mini fridge and microwave were more than enough for us. I also loved that we had access to a gated parking spot—such a great perk!

This is THE perfect house for a family visiting San Diego. With three kids under 10 there was something for everyone. Especially with our youngest (2yr), all the necessary equipment was there — crib, kids utensils, playground—which saved us a lot of suitcase space. The older kids played pool and messed around in the game room. All the rooms were quiet and we all slept peacefully. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The house is located near several grocery stores and restaurants, and is equidistant from the San Diego Zoo, the Midway, Legoland, etc… all the places we visited with our kids. Best of all, moonlight beach is straight down Encinitas Blvd. From there you can walk through Encinitas, and drive down Hwy 101 to several amazing surfing beaches. A top place to stay.

I chose this location as a personal retreat where I could relax and work without distraction, and it didn't disappoint! The cabin is comfortable and the property is just gorgeous. I very much enjoyed sitting by the creek and reading, and working at the picnic table surrounded by trees and birds. There is also a very friendly cat who visited me while I worked. Cory is a friendly, helpful host, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time. I would gladly stay here again.

The House is in a quiet neighborhood, very comfortable, well equipped, and our host was quite gracious to welcome us with some basic grocery. The back yard is just perfect and beautiful to rest and enjoy a quiet tea while enjoying the outside.

The house was beautifully decorated and there were many great touches to make us feel right at home. There were robes and fresh towels in each room. The kitchen was very well equipped and, per the sign, was "made for dancing" which we did. The patio was beautiful and relaxing. The host responded to questions almost instantly. The walk to Moonlight Beach was very nice and easy. We had an amazing stay!

Great spot. Super cool property within minutes from the heart of Carlsbad. The property was perfect for my two small pups; very secure. The accommodations met my needs perfectly. I look forward to reserving this location every time I visit the Carlsbad area. Jim was excellent host.

This home perfect for our family spring break trip. It was peaceful, secluded, with beautiful views, and more than enough space for our family of five. The kitchen was completely stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with great space. The family room which is nicely separated from the rest of the home was fabulous with a huge tv and pool table and super comfy seating for everyone. We paid the extra for heating the pool and spa which was totally worth it; we spent hours each day enjoying the views, even in the rain. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the stay an excellent experience. We were fortunate to check in early and stay a little later as well. I asked everyone in my family, individually, what they thought and without hesitation it was a 5 star home (2 college kids and a 14 year old). Can’t recommend it enough if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful home in the hills.

Incredible spot, close enough to main roads and freeways but secluded enough to give you more privacy. This place has everything, and you can tell alot of care and attention to detail went into the place. Owners were incredibly responsive and kind. We will have only positive fond memories of this place for many years to come. Thank you so much!!

Staying at the Welk was a magical experience for my family and I would highly recommend. We had a blast using Al amenities from fishing , working out , swimming with slides , hot tubs , pickleball and the list goes on and on . The surroundings were beautiful be prepared to take some great pics. People working at this establishment were very helpful and a guy by the name of “Levin” went out of his way to ensure kids were having a great time. The place was wonderful comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, fabulous view and getting around was easy. I will definitely be back ! Thanks Joyce for making. Our stay memorable!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Building was easy to find. We arrived early before check-in so we walked around the place to figured out all the entrances. Check in was a breeze. We also had two designate parking spots in the garage which was nice but we had a big post in the middle of our two parking spots so it made it more difficult for a bigger vehicle but it wasn’t a big deal. Place was clean and the view was lovely. If you have elderly family members I would recommend going with the two units on the bottom. We had to go upstairs and it was a bit harder for our parents. I think the only thing we would complain about is how little sound proof the levels were. You can hear the tenants walking loudly upstairs and dog(s) barking late in the evening time but other than that we loved our stay.

Beautiful spot near the beach. We walked to Tony's every morning for breakfast burritos- truly delicious! There are many water front restaurants and bars. We also were able to walk to our whale watching tour. The pool was gorgeous, the gym nice and clean with everything you need. The condo has all the kitchen items you will need and all the beach items you will need! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Mountain View. Natural view. We went there during rainy days. It was amazing views and it’s get super cold at night. Felt we are in country side. Wonderful place to stay

Great location walking distance to a beautiful beach. Bonus points for all the kids amenities! Toilet seat for the kids, pantry full of games, and washer and dryer. I would definitely bring the family and stay here again. Thank you Jacqeline!

Took my wife here to get away and celebrate our wedding anniversary. We wanted to be walking distance from the ocean, and wanted to be in serenity and peace. We absolutely loved this place, great coffee shops that were walking distance away…and just a short walk to the shore. The views form the balcony were perfect, combine that with a jacuzzi up top and it’s the best. We hope to be back in the near future and we thank Janine for an absolute perfect stay.
