Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

This house was beautiful and wonderfully appointed. This is our 3rd time visiting our Marine in CA. This home was close to Oceanside Camp Pendleton ) and San Diego. Our family enjoyed the heated pool, the loft with fun pool table and all the amenities the home had. Our youngest opted to sleep in the loft which had a bathroom, large tv in wall and its own deck. It was really an unexpected fun living space! The washer and dryer were speed queen and absolutely fantastic for fast, clean laundry...I appreciated this. The kitchen cabinets were stalked full of spices and other unexpected items. It made preparing meals for or Marine and family a joy. The home had so many linens, blankets, pillows and pool towels. This Airbnb was the best appointed I have stayed at. Grocery store a block away.. fantastic donut shop around the corner too. We went to Safari Park.. 10 min away, so fun! Cristina was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at emerald bungalows for a women’s weekend retreat. The property and home are gorgeous, our favorite part was how immersed it was in nature. Bunnies, birds, lizards and more visited us several times a day. We loved it so much we booked again before leaving! Thank you for an incredible stay.

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

Loved this space! We had a family reunion and this home was the perfect getaway. The views were outstanding, the house modern and spacious with all the essentials, and the pool was perfect for the kiddos! The hosts were fast and clear on the comms front which I always appreciate. The pool instructions were many but clear, and the host was available to walk through any questions or complications. No issues for the duration and the pool was nicely heated! Highly recommend for a getaway near San Diego!

This location is a total gem. Expertly manicured grounds, that were absolutely perfect for the wedding rehearsal dinner I coordinated for my best friend. The hosts were super supportive, and accommodating on my use of vendors, as well as the setup of tables & chairs. The house was immaculate in presentation, and really welcoming for my event, while the hosts were super communicative, professional, and flexible. I’d definitely recommend this location for an event, or even for a getaway! The charming pool was so nice, that we actually booked an extra day to unwind before heading back to the Bay Area for the workweek. Thank you!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house! It was very private, gorgeous setting, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable! We would love to come back here when it's warmer to use the pool. The pool was heated - a plus! We met the groundskeeper, Roberto. He was very helpful amd even gifted is some mandarins from their grove. A great stay overall!

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed the condo. Comfortable bed, great pool are, but the view was the standout. All the way to La Jolla. Good cable tv and just the best little kitchen. Really liked staying there for the short time of four nights. Will be returning. Thank you, Timothy.

Sandhya’s place is a gem. Perfect spot within the complex and beach and very clean and comfortable. She is an amazing host and was super communicative throughout the entire stay. We were on a pseudo work trip and the spot was perfect with great wifi and a great view. Many thanks for the amazing hospitality and looking forward to our next run to Oside. Epic host and person!!

This was the perfect place, a roomy and well stocked home for our family! It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of both indoor and outdoor games. We appreciated that all bedrooms were connected to a bathroom. The backyard was another wonderful living space, I only wish we would have had time to utilize the pool! The holiday dog with lights in the entry way was adorable and a fun welcome when we walked in. The owner was proactive in contacting me prior to check in and provided the code and any home instructions to me via text. We would definitely stay in this home again if we are in the area.

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

This place is simply stunning! From the time you enter the home, you will know exactly what I mean. The views are amazing. The home is beautiful. The space is wonderful. My group of 7 had plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, sitting areas around the pool. The kitchen had every amenity needed to cook and dine. The home was spotless, smelled so good, and had thoughtful amenities (extra towels, extra blankets/pillows, Rainbath shower gel and nice shampoo/conditioner, washroom necessities. The location is about 45 mins from San Diego proper, but we did not mind it at all. You are able to escape the city life and come home to a haven. We lived like celebrities for the weekend and loved it! We even picked fresh lemons off a tree to add to our diet cokes. Instructions on everything you would want to know are provided; excellent communication with the rental staff. Very safe and quiet area; gated community. Worth every penny you pay; go for it!
