Thank you. The condo was clean and the resort was beautiful. Location next to beach was great. The pullout king size sofa bed and the bedroom fitted our needs.

Susan is a great host and very responsive. The Welk is clean, quiet and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay!

Beautiful renovated and secure space and parking with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. The virtual concierge made it easy to find anything we needed and answer questions. There was no shortage of amenities both inside and within the complex itself. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Oceanside.

The unit had an up to date kitchen that was very well equipped. The ocean and sunset views were amazing and the location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The other rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

We are a family of 4 and we loved this unit! It was such a beautiful resort and well maintained.

This was one of the best stocked places I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot!! the kitchen had everything I needed! there were cleaning supplies available for us to use which was so helpful. Tissues!! In multiple places around the condo, I normally have to supply my own so I was thrilled to see the kleenex! It's often the little things that mean so much! And the iron!! I was thrilled to find a quality iron that actually got hot!! So many hotels and rental places have garbage irons or none at all and this one was great! this was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Very happy with our stay. Everything was as explained in the listing. Great ocean/sunset views from rooftop patio. Locker has plenty of beach chairs, a large wagon, umbrellas, boogey boards and beach toys. Grounds are clean and well maintained with lots of amenities for all ages. Enjoyed being in building A with its own pool and hot tub since the main pool area was busier. 10-15 minute walk to the pier with lots of eateries and shops. We were 3 adults and 2 kids under 10, lots of room for everyone! Would definitely consider booking this unit again in the future. Thanks for the hospitality!

Mindy’s place was convenient for getting to the beach and restaurants. We didn’t need a car the entire weekend to get where we wanted. Her place is quiet and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the amenities of the property as well. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location (next to legoland) with family pool and play area next to the room. The room was spacious and everything we needed. The hotel had a great view of the ocean and flower fields that were located by the adult swimming pool side. Overall great experience.

This place is everything and more! It is super cute, cozy, and clean. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, shopping in the Cedros District, and dinning in Del Mar. The views are incredible and the host Andrea was so easy to work with!!! We stayed for 10 nights and could have stayed another. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Diana's condo. The location of the condo was perfect for watching the waves, surfers, dolphins and beautiful sunsets while sitting on the balcony. The amenities are many and the grounds are peaceful with all the vegetation and water features. Especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay at Diana's condo again!

This place is perfect for so many reasons! A great view from the balcony, beautiful sunsets, walkable to the pier and the restaurants, something for everyone to do at the complex - pool table, ping pong tables, fusbol, heated pool, hot tub, and the landscaping makes you feel like you are on a tropical island! The host was easy to communicate with and the place had everything you would need to enjoy a day at the beach including beach towels, chairs, pool noodles, boogie board. It wasn't warm enough for us to use but the idea that it was all there if needed was great. Highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back next time we visit Oceanside.

the stay was great! lot's to do in the area. Great restaurants near by. The hot tub was great and the veiws are amazing. The pictures were taken when it was new and there is some minor wear and tear but all in all wonderful stay and I would recommend

This is a lovely spot and the spa and fire pit are worth the trip! Kitchen was perfect and living room large for groups. I’d come again. View of the Pacific, too.

This home was perfect for our family beach vacation. Everything was clean, it felt like a home, had everything we needed, and best of all it was close to EVERYTHING. 5 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, stores and a 10 minute walk to the beach. I loved the layout of the home and having all the bedrooms on the same floor, as well as a out door disco in every floor. 10/10 would recommend.

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

The place is even better than the photos. It’s a lovely home. I’m grateful we stayed there. Star was also really helpful should anything come up. She was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again should we need to be in this area. The place is clean and felt like home immediately. The pool and hot tub were great too. Five stars!

The Terramar House was the perfect setting for a quick getaway. My wife and I are from Connecticut, but California born and raised. We were in the area for a family reunion and wanted to extend our trip by several days to spend more time with our two daughters and their daughters (a one year old and a nine month old). The house was perfectly and tastefully equipped and laid out to accommodate our group. The two pack and plays, the high chair, and the folding gate to keep toddlers from climbing the stairs were a real bonus. We had looked into renting baby gear. The house is located a short block from a nice reef/beach break for surfing and beach walks (and hot outdoor shower for post-beach clean-up!) Close to so much - shopping , restaurants, Legoland, San Diego Botanic Gardens, etc. Nice, private back yard with table and chairs, deck, sauna, gas grill. We will definitely be back.

This home exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the beach and view from the porch were outstanding! Matthew and Grace did a great job of providing everything we needed for our beach trips. The master shower was amazing. We had our youngest son with us and he loved laying in the hammock and playing with the toys provided. Would 100% love to stay here again.
