Cindy's place was perfect again. This is our second stay! Fully stocked kitchen (crockpot, pots/pans, etc), dishwasher, washer/dryer, tvs in each room, bbq grill, front and back deck for relaxing outside. Everything you need to cook and chill at home and play games after a day at the beach! A short two minute walk to stairs that go to the beach or to watch a gorgeous sunrise/set!! We had seven people with plenty of room and plenty of hot water the entire time. The community is super safe with a guarded gate. And also has a pool and hot tub! Lots of cute shops and restaurants within just a few miles! And a grocery store just around the corner. This place is centrally located to everything without being in the over crowded, busy, no parking part of town!

The location was beautiful and with easy access to interstates a few minutes away it was easy to get around. But it was the views overlooking the ocean with pelicans flying and dolphins swimming past that were amazing. Having 2 full bathrooms with 5 adults staying was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The living room area has a large smart TV and is stocked with books and games to play which we made use of. All in all, it was a great location for my family gathering.

This property was great for a week at the beach. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The best part was the rooftop terrace - perfect for watching the dolphins compete with the surfers for waves. The host Timothy was excellent - met us at arrival - and was responsive to our questions.

Linda greeted us on arrival and showed us around the townhouse and the complex. This was a wonderful place to stay and had lots of restaurants etc within walking distance. Beautiful complex right on the beach. Linda was on hand for any advice and help and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the townhouse.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! Enjoyed our one week stay at this comfortable, conveniently located condo. The bathroom door to the master bedroom was broken (sliding pocket door wasn't mounted on any tracks), but Susan's handyman arrived the following day and fixed it. The repair took several hours but handyman was very pleasant and did a good job.

This was the best decision I’ve made using Airbnb…ever. Great host. When driving into a new area where parking can be challenging, Steve made the process so easy for us and guided us to the place. He was friendly when showing us around and amenable to our needs. The location is incredible. This is my second time in Del Mar and 5th time getting a California beach house. This was the best bang for the buck…far beyond my expectations. The house itself is quite comfortable. No smoke and mirrors, it’s just very nice. I hope to visit again soon

Great location for sunsets and a quiet place to come back to after town exploring and hikes. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Easiest check out ever!

We stayed in Mimi’s condo for a week and had a wonderful stay. There was a slight problem with check-in but Mimi was very responsive and helpful. The unit is clean, spacious, and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Great location and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We appreciated the portable AC units since it can get quite warm in the unit.

Guy's place was just what we were looking for. It's clean and bright, has two spacious bedrooms, and a comfortable living area. The kitchen is well appointed and everything was as promised. Guy provides clear and helpful instructions and is very responsive in communication. Our next door neighbours for the week were a bit noisier than we would have liked, but that happens sometimes. Highly recommended.

Place was clean, comfortably fit four adults and a child, and was in a great location near the beach and shopping in Solana Beach and Del Mar. Mallorie was responsive and gave us tons of suggestions of things to do, which we found very helpful. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time staying here. Beaches are just minutes away and great waves at those beaches !

Cherie is a great host and her home is very beautiful. We felt like home it is very clean and organized.The communication was awesome she is very attentive and welcoming. We honestly recommend her home and would most definitely stay there again.

Amazing location and outfitted with everything we needed for a week away with our little baby! Very clean and good amenities. Could not be closer to the beach and neighbor was great with coffee shop or two and walking distance to very fun design district.

Joel’s beautiful retreat was so peaceful and relaxing. Being an end unit made it private and easy to find. The linens were high quality and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen felt spacious and was filled with high end dishes and had everything you would need to cook any kind of meals. She was very attentive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was fantastic and Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very responsive and flexible. The home had an amazing view of the Pacific and was super comfortable to stay in for a week. The beds were all comfy and everything worked well. Perfect location in Leucadia and convenient for everything. We will DEFINITELY rent here again when in this area. Had an amazing stay!!!!!!!!

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

We had a great time staying at Kelly’s place. Good location, Close to restaurants and supermarkets within couple mins drive. Plus a playground near by which is great for a family with kids.

You cannot beat the ocean view. We kept calling it the magic window. We saw dolphins every morning while sipping coffee. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, that stretch of beach is one of best in the world. Can walk to anything you want or need - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping. The home is very well stocked (including essential kitchen condiments) and well appointed with quality linens, beds, furniture. Lots of important details, like luggage racks, hangers, paper products, beach towels. One note, if you need the lofts, look closely at the pics - they are small and accessed via a ladder in each of the bedrooms, open to those bedrooms, could work for families but kids are basically in the same room with you. Overall it's clear the owners care about creating a lovely stay for guests. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem! My husband and I stayed here with our 3 daughters and it was so comfortable and amazing! You cannot beat the views and sounds of the ocean! We watched dolphins every day from the patio and the living room. We even watched a sea lion playing at night! It was spectacular! Cheryl was very responsive and super nice! We will definitely be back hopefully this summer!!!

Soothing Stays does a great job of communicating important information leading up to the stay and is very responsive when I had questions. The place was beautiful and very clean. I had such amazing sleep, and this comes from someone who has sleep issues when I don't sleep anywhere except my own bed. LOL. It was worth it.

wonderful walk to the beach close to every thing we walked every where rented motor bikes had so much fun farmers market on Thursday was amazing Thank you oh lots of beach stuff to use watching surfers 🏄‍♀️ in the morning was cool too
