Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Joel & Heather’s home was as described- a little slice of paradise. The view was phenomenal and perfect for a private sunset viewing. My family and I were able to easily come and go with access to the property being central to travel to the surrounding area. Other listings mention the sound of the freeway, but from our stay, it was well muffled and almost felt like a background hum at worst. The owners do mention it in their listing which I found refreshing having stayed in several Airbnbs worldwide. Their home has all of the essentials and more including beach chairs, boogie boards, and a bucket/props for sandcastle construction. There is a small magical atrium within the home and a succulent garden on the patio. It is a nature lover’s dream! The hosts were quick to respond. Deserves 5 stars and more.

We loved our stay here! You just can’t beat sleeping with the windows open, listening to the ocean, or eating dinner on the patio as the sun sets over the ocean. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Matthew was easy to communicate with, helpful with recommendations and sweet as can be. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Carlsbad/Oceanside and highly recommend it.

The unit had an up to date kitchen that was very well equipped. The ocean and sunset views were amazing and the location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The other rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

This was such a perfect getaway, along with a clean and comfortable place to stay; you’re also steps away from a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back soon!

This place was like going back in time to before California was capitalized by the bougie short term rental industry, it was California beach iconic in all the right ways! Gorgeous succulents, a hammock in the living room, vibrant beach colors and decor. The kitchen had everything we needed, seemed like an endless supply of towels for the beach bound teens, my dogs loved the private patio space with ocean views, lighting and security. We absolutely loved the place and will be returning! I was grateful for an affordable beachfront option that fit our low maintenance vibe. If you are looking for a pristine, sterile backdrop, this is not the ideal place for you. My one wish is that the boats don’t sell out to the neighbors and keep this magic gem available to those of us that can appreciate it! Great hosts, true to the original vision of what air bnb was made for !

As an Airbnb Superhost myself, I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals—but this one is hands down the best. It’s not just spotless and beautifully maintained; the attention to detail is NEXT LEVEL. They’ve truly thought of everything—sun hats, sunscreen, tons of beach toys for the kids, and a fully stocked kitchen with every tool you could need. They even provide extra razors and deodorant, which you rarely see. We were beyond impressed, and I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

I chose this location as a personal retreat where I could relax and work without distraction, and it didn't disappoint! The cabin is comfortable and the property is just gorgeous. I very much enjoyed sitting by the creek and reading, and working at the picnic table surrounded by trees and birds. There is also a very friendly cat who visited me while I worked. Cory is a friendly, helpful host, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time. I would gladly stay here again.

This is an amazing spot! I highly recommend staying here. There’s so much to do nearby and at the property itself. During our stay we all kept commenting on how beautiful the property is, it’s like a private little oasis. We really enjoyed the little lake on the property. When visiting we spent most of our time at the Airbnb because of all it had to offer. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this general area look no further, this is the spot! Cody is a great host and I guarantee you’ll enjoy your time here.

Great place right next to the beach! Kids loved the gameroom, kitchen was stocked with utensils and everything was clean and so easy to get to. Quick responses to questions, we had a great time!

Everything was great. The place is super comfy and there's a lot of different amenities, which is really nice. The outdoor area is awesome as well. The house were super accommodating. The only thing that I would improve is the Internet speed. It was very weak and slow.

This was my second time staying at the beach house. Once again, I have absolutely no criticism as it was exactly as described. I really enjoy the privacy and the proximity to the beach. I found john to be a very responsive and very accommodating stop. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Carlsbad. Highly recommend!

Very happy with our stay. Everything was as explained in the listing. Great ocean/sunset views from rooftop patio. Locker has plenty of beach chairs, a large wagon, umbrellas, boogey boards and beach toys. Grounds are clean and well maintained with lots of amenities for all ages. Enjoyed being in building A with its own pool and hot tub since the main pool area was busier. 10-15 minute walk to the pier with lots of eateries and shops. We were 3 adults and 2 kids under 10, lots of room for everyone! Would definitely consider booking this unit again in the future. Thanks for the hospitality!

This Airbnb was the perfect retreat! The highlight was the comfortable patio and the view of the ocean . Although the unit is older, it has had some updates and the decor is charming and inviting. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was super convenient with the beach just a block or so away and several shops and restaurants nearby as well. The host (Jill) was responsive and proactive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Oceanside.

Nick was absolutely a great host, very responsive and my family and I loved the place. It was so serene to hear the ocean at night while we slept. The location is absolutely beautiful and for the first time in my life I actually stood outside and watched the sun go down thanks Nick for such a wonderful experience. Now it’s back to the hustle and bustle of the city of Los Angeles. I will be back again very soon. Frank.

Mindy’s place was convenient for getting to the beach and restaurants. We didn’t need a car the entire weekend to get where we wanted. Her place is quiet and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the amenities of the property as well. Would definitely stay again!

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and short walk to the harbor and the pier. The grounds of the complex are quiet, peaceful, beautifully landscaped and quick access to the beach! The unit was a little worn with furniture and linings, but it didn’t bother us at all. The unit was spacious and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the pool area and a nice small view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, loved the big TVs. Cons were the insulation is not good. If someone is above you, you can hear them walking around and stuff. The floor of unit could have been cleaned a little better in the unit, not terrible at all, just didn’t seem freshly mopped. Finding the office to check in was a little tricky so get good directions from owner. We walked everywhere, to eat, to the pier, to the harbor, loved the quick walk to the beach to watch the surfers or the gorgeous sunsets. We look forward to staying here again. We love Oceanside and this unit was great for us.

Frank's condo was amazing - the close proximately to the beach was an added bonus. Frank met us at check in and was very friendly and polite, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean, cool and very cozy. A lovely time was had and I will definitely be staying at Frank's condo again.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.
