Cute place! The bed was comfortable which is always a plus. Troy does a great job of managing these condos as I have stayed in a few.

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

At first I was a little skeptical on the location …. But once arriving those thoughts went out the door , this was our families first time visiting the Oregon coast and it hit the nail on the head . From sea shell hunting along miles of beach , to exploring the outdoor . Local shops were all friendly and awesome to walk around ! Will definitely be bringing my family back !!

Beautiful getaway site right at the beach with stunning views from the living area featuring super comfy seating to take it all in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful artwork and furnishings. Kitchen has everything you might need and the layout makes this a perfect spot for couples or families to spend great time together. Brian was super responsive and had easy to follow instructions for entry and check in/out. With the beach across the street we could enjoy the sea air, great walks, surf and sand. There are lots of amenities for a stay any time of the year. Thank you, Brian!

We had an amazing stay at this condo for a week in March! The ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony were breathtaking, and we loved watching the sunsets. One of my favorite moments was sipping tea in the rocking chair on the balcony, wrapped in a blanket, listening to the waves and breathing in the fresh ocean air - so peaceful! The condo was even nicer than in the photos, with a beautifully renovated kitchen and a luxurious rainfall shower. The bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a sheer curtain in the bedroom for daytime privacy while still letting in natural light. The location was fantastic - we enjoyed walking the beach, exploring nearby shops, and using this as a great home base to explore North and South of Rockaway Beach. It was also very quiet during our stay, which made it even more relaxing. We’ll definitely be recommending this spot and would love to return!

The place worked for 6 of us pretty comfortably, 2 adults, 4 kids. Close to everything in Neskowin. Watch your head at the counter as the lights are low, otherwise quite spacious for a 1 bed/bath unit.

My family and I really, really enjoyed staying here. Felt like home and made it hard to want to go home! It was very clean and beautiful! Definitely worth the money to stay here! Being able to wake up and just walk out to the beach was definitely one of my favorite parts!

Communication with Vicki was first-rate. I appreciated her responsiveness, especially during that crazy storm that knocked power out and made our first night very uncertain (until power came on). Very walkable location. It was great to have a really dog-friendly place to wait out crazy weather!!!

The house is in a great location and is almost directly across from a numbered beach access post. The views from the deck and main living area are breathtaking. The kitchen is nicely stocked with items needed to make meals. Determining which stairs to go up was a bit confusing but we figured it out. There is ample space for people to spread out and the furniture and beds are comfortable.

This place is so cheap, it had everything you need. For you and your dogs, there was a closet just for animals, coffee for when you wake up, everything you need to cook. Everything was fancy and easy to use, it was like a hotel but way better. The host was so nice. And made sure I had everything I need it felt like home and more, It’s close to everything. And had the best week of my life. She had beach chairs blankets and other stuff that you would need to the beach, even toys for kids to play in the sand. !!!!!!! You just need to respect your neighbors, there is people that actually live around you so you can’t be loud. We had the cops called on us. But to be fair we were very loud and had music all the way up. Cops was so nice and just came to tell us to turn it down. And after that we just went to the casino and everything was fine. The host was so nice and made sure I had everything I need from the time I got in until I left. Thank you very much 🙏❤️🥰

Comfortable accommodations. Very good location for northern Oregon coast. Short drive to all main sites in the area - Cannon Beach, short sand beach, cheese factory. Some good restaurants right in town nearby the Airbnb. As expected for a pet friendly Airbnb it is impossible to have all traces of pet hair removed so although the place was 5/5 sparkling clean, those with pet allergies may feel their allergies flare up. Highly recommend for northern Oregon coast

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Had a great experience staying at this AirBnb by Amanda. Amanda was very easy to communicate with, as well as responsive to all my questions pre trip! Also had a small potential hiccup before the trip that actually ended up not being an issue but Amanda was understanding and offered some flexibility where possible! The space- The photos are accruate of the place ; It is smaller but that's not an issue since the floor plan and furnishings are done SO WELL. It was great and cozy. There is dimmer lights and a gas fireplace which elevates the mood of the evening. You can see the ocean waves from the living room and walk to it in pess than 2 minutes. There is a gas stovetop to use for cooking needs. There is a hybrid microwave/oven appliance which works very well, so yes there is a microwave. Very clean and spacious fridge. Bedroom and bathroom was stocked plenty for our stay. Dishsoap, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and coffee is supplied! The space was cleaned very well.

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just enjoyed our honeymoon at Jamie’s place, and we had a wonderful time! The location and comfort of the place was excellent! Jamie was very helpful, responsive, and a wonderful host! We hope to come back in the future!

Everything was just as described. Being right on the beach was great, central location in town, and Troy offered to provide suggestions for places to go in town. The whole process was super easy.

As with the previous times we have stayed in Troy's condos in this building, the place was comfy and conveniently located great, and the price is right. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The only small trouble was that the knives were very very dull--I wish we had brought our own. But we will come back again!

Great place to stay. Pics match what you get. It was clean when we arrived. Only complaint would be that the beds are really really really soft, almost uncomfortably soft. We still got a good nights rest though.

You will not regret booking here!! It’s literally like home away from home with a far better view. The home was cozy and clean. LOVED how we never had to say “ I wish this place had…” they have really thought of everything to make your stay so comfortable. The view is excellent and beach access couldn’t be any easier. The pool was warm and we also enjoyed the sauna. Beds are comfortable, furniture is comfortable and large table for lots of game playing. Couldn’t say enough positive things. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing such a great place!

Great location right on the beach with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Cozy, walk-up condo that is showing a bit of age but very comfortable.

The Sea gypsy is by far one of the best spots that I've ever stayed at. Troy and his crew are helpful and very good at communicating... I love the super easy walk right onto the beach easy for anyone to do!!! also unlike some places you stay and pay a cleaning fee and then you end up having to do a lot of the cleaning on your check-out list , Troy and his crew have very reasonable expectations of what needs to be done and they're more worried about you not forgetting anything then they are about needing to mop the floor or wash your towels. I truly enjoy everytime we stay here and look forward to our next stay at the sea gypsy
