Lucus was very responsive and accommodating. His home was well stocked with everything you might need. Coffee bar, snacks, and drinks were available. The bath towels were thick and fluffy. ( I loved the shampoo but forgot to write down the brand.) The location is very secure and we felt very safe in his lovely neighborhood. The place did not feel like a rental but more like we were visiting friends.

Tanya was a wonderful & responsive host. Very attentive to details and excellent communication throughout our stay. Her place is just as described and very conveniently located next to the beautiful Fernandina beach and historic downtown area. Everything we needed for a weekend stay was provided including very comfortable beds. Amelia Island is simply stunning and abundant in southern charm & hospitality. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect location. We visited with our family that included two littles and they had an absolute blast. We spent most of our time on the beach and they had a wagon with literally tons of beach toys for the kids. Also had plenty of chairs for the adults. The property description is pretty spot on,. There was plenty of space for everyone. We will absolutely be back.

The house was really clean and in a great location. The hostess is very attentive and would be there if you needed her. Nice family place with everything you need for a great time inside and out!

Kimano’s place was a great stay for myself, my partner and our pups! I’ve stayed at many homes and this is the only one I can say is nicer than the photos portray! The master bedroom is home to the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in; and the home is in a quiet area at the end of a road surrounded by trees. It was well worth the cost to stay here, and if ever in the area, I will absolutely stay again.

Everything was clean and as pictured. The pool was perfect for after walking to the beach, the path to the beach was quick and easy, and the view from the balcony was amazing! Melissa was easy to work with and even brought a beach umbrella by when we couldn’t find the one listed. The condo is super spacious. The amenities listed (shampoo, body wash, etc) are all travel size so plan accordingly for longer stays and the elevator makes strange noises when you get to the 4th floor😆. 10/10 would recommend Melissa’s condo!

Coco‘s place was great for what we needed. She accommodated last minute and it was located in a nice suburban neighborhood near the main highway. easy to get to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc..
