Very friendly, warm, and receptive host. My daughter literally said she would to live in this kind of house when she moves outwit our nest. The backyard was very spacious and had a fence for privacy. Very clean environment. The house was very clean, warm and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Athens GA.

Home was just what we needed for our family group. We loved the spacious house and yard. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely home. We will stay again if we’re traveling that way!

Our stay was very brief but just what we needed, with enough beds and a place for four of us to gather for an evening in Athens. Michael was very communicative, welcoming and responsive -- thank you! We loved the cottage and had a great stay. Everything was well described. The WiFi worked well and there was a great book collection too. We felt close enough to everything but the setting also offered privacy. The hosts were friendly and flexible. We’d definitely stay again.

We were in town to attend a concert at the Georgian Theater and it was a quick Uber ride away with many great options for food nearby! The place was clean and Nanda was very responsive to our questions.

The condo was very nice and clean. The decor is nice and tasteful! We had a wonderful stay and Nanda was very responsive when I messaged. We would definitely stay here again! I really appreciated that there was coffee and everything needed for it and also supplies for everything. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc.

Simple, straight forward, quiet condo! This was perfect for graduation weekend and for a short stay. All expectations met and everything was smooth. Would book here again.

Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

We were in town visiting our daughter at UGA. JD’s place was in a great location and quiet neighborhood. We saw many deer and enjoyed the backyard area for our dog, Annie. Great host! We highly recommend this nice home.

My work-cation was super peaceful thanks to Zachary. He was laid back, responsive, and awesome at up front communication. He had the home well stocked with all kinds of family and pet friendly items like coffee, dog treats, small toys, an extra leash and even laundry soap. The back yard, peaceful setting and fun game room in the garage alone paid for itself and made this trip a blast for me and my family.

This place is convenient to everything downtown Athens. It's cute and has comfy bed and leather chairs to chill in. I would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here several times because of the proximity to UGA and downtown Athens. Very clean modern space and the owner is responsive. I like the walk in showers in both bathrooms.
