We loved our stay at Casa Dolce Aria over Xmas and New Years. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the countryside far and wide. The house itself was warm and inviting and had everything we needed for our stay. As my family lives very close, we had wonderful opportunities to entertain them for apericena and evening card games. Andrew is a charming and reactive host!

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Gli host avevano lasciato anche alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui latte, marmellatine, crostatine ecc..) e per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a far spesa perché c’era già lo stretto necessario (come il caffè per la mattina, il sapone per le mani ecc..). Nel bagno erano riposti anche kit per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Fabio e Monica sono stati molto disponibili, reattivi nelle risposte e cordiali. Una esperienza molto positiva!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per motivi di lavoro in questo incantevole alloggio nel cuore del borgo di Sant’Oreste, in provincia di Roma. La mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva e mi sento di raccomandarlo a chiunque cerchi un luogo molto carino, caldo e accogliente. L’alloggio è situato nel cuore del borgo di Sant’Oreste, rendendolo perfetto per esplorare questo borgo antico. Ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni locali sono raggiungibili a piedi. L’alloggio è incastonato in un edificio storico e all'interno è stato completamente ristrutturato, l’atmosfera è calda e accogliente. Lontano dal trambusto e lo smog della città, questo alloggio è ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e respirare aria pulita. Tuttavia, è importante notare che per raggiungere l’alloggio bisogna fare delle scale. Questo potrebbe essere un problema per persone con difficoltà motorie o non deambulanti. Agostino si è dimostrato un proprietario molto attento e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Das Haus ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück, hervorragend ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Alleinlage in wunderschöner Landschaft lässt einen zur Ruhe kommen und sich sofort zuhause fühlen. Die vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten in dem herrlich angelegtem Garten und dem Pool bieten viel Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war unheimlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, Check in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Janet war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Definitiv eines der schönsten Häuser, die ich je gemietet habe. Leider waren wir nur eine Woche da, aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, so das möglich ist.

A casa della signora Maria Francesca ci siamo trovati benissimo ci ha accolto il figlio persona veramente gentilissima.. Casa pulita e ordinata con tutto il necessario a nostra disposizione per non parlare del meraviglioso terrazzo dove abbiamo fatto una meravigliosa collazione immersi dalla natura respirando un’aria molto gradevole ritorneremo sicuramente ☺️🫶🏽 Grazie signora Maria Francesca 🫶🏽

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC
