Enjoyed our stay here. Was situated in the middle of the OBC so we could go both north and south easily. Great for a long weekend.

Our stay at Timothy’s place was excellent. The weather was terrible during our stay due to a tropical storm, but the beautiful house made up for the weather. Timothy has thoroughly thought of every detail in the home. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a great outdoor space. There were plenty of televisions to keep everyone happy given the weather. The hot tub is frequently serviced and clean. It has a very nice outdoor tub as well. The outdoor showers are beautiful and well designed. He has hoses on every level to minimize tracking sand into the house. We felt very relaxed. We would definitely recommend Timothy’s place. Very responsive host. Timothy definitely cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. We would come back and recommend this house.

Very nice place! I loved the trees. Made it feel more secluded than it really is. The wind really blows so make sure to lock that bedroom out door. We loved the hot tub! The night sky, impeccable. Beautiful weather for a February. The home was awesome overall! 5 stars. Checked out Ocracoke via ferry. Nothing to do there but very dope experience. Drove up and down rt 12. Would come again in the summer.

First thing I noticed walking in was the beautiful colors on the walls. The house was decorated so well, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We love vacationing down here and will be looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely new home that's perfect for a small family...well-stocked and comfortable, particularly the beds. Close to stores and beach access. We'll be back. :-)

We were in town for my aunts funeral and was looking for a place to stay! Found this place on the site and booked immediately the reviews were great and me and my family can attest, house was very peaceful surrounded by a few lakes and in the country we were able to sit on the porch enjoy memories of auntie and be at peace! Would recommend to family and friends nice and clean and very cozy!!! Oh and Mr Henry was great at any thing we needed.

My friends and I loved staying at Maggie‘s cottage. Even with seven of us, it felt spacious and comfortable. It was beautiful being so close to the sound and we found everything in the kitchen that we needed to make delicious meals. Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved our stay in Hatteras at the Isle Be Back! James was a great host - communicated well - both proactive and responsive. The listing was very consistent with our experience. We utilized the kayaks and one of the bikes, as well as the sand toys. It was wonderful for my kiddos to have an indoor, heated pool (which was very secure to keep them safe when we weren’t swimming). Great location. Very close to a few great beaches and the ferry docks. We would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Wes and Rhonda's place. All the reviews describing how wonderful they are are true! You definitely feel like you are in an authentic neighborhood(!) which is part of the charm...this is no impersonal corporate rental...it's really their house, their pottery studio (the gallery is a short walk/drive away), their neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable, the room was very cozy, kitchen area had all the utensils, beautiful handmade plates and mugs. Rhonda's art work was covering all the walls, even bathroom that had a comfortable shower. We slept well, walked down to the Sounds from the house for sunset view, listened to the birds in the morning.

Everything about this studio apt was lovely and inviting! Super clean- had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Frisco. Gracie was extremely friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Looking forward to another visit in the future!

So nice we stayed twice. And will stay here again in the future. Convenient location to the beach. Very quiet. Great value! Looking forward to our next visit to Frisco.

Heba’s place is an excellent listing with a great location on Hwy 12 in Frisco. It offers just about every amenity needed for a Hatteras Island visit. Even though my wife and I visited in the winter, we still felt there was much to do outside during our visit. The kitchen was great. The bathroom was clean with a solid shower. The bed was very comfy for those who like a more firm bed. I loved the electric heater in the living room and the TVs in both the living room and the bedroom were a bonus. Ample amounts of parking available and quite private, even though you are a few feet away from other dwellings. There is a great restaurant across the street within walking distance and a gas station only a minute away. 10 minute drive to Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, or the Hatteras Ferry and less than 5 minute drive to Frisco Beach. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if this listing is available in the future.

Happy Ours was the perfect spot we needed. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the place. it was in a great area for what we wanted to do and see, as it was our first time in this area. place was very clean and just the right amount of amenities needed.

This spot in Salvo was just so perfect! I was looking for peace and tranquility and I found it! Easy to find and well located. The most outstanding feature was the view of the Sound from the windows❤️. Niki and Ervin were friendly and helpful hosts. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

The Vintage Mermaid was delightful! Super clean, comfortable, all the amenities we needed and best of all only feet from the beach, which was not crowded! Avon is a cute little location with a handful of restaurants, fresh fish markets and delicious ice cream at Cups and Cones. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay. It was exactly what we were looking for. The property is beautifully maintained and in a perfect location for beaches and the multitude of restaurants that are nearby. John was immediately available when contacted and was very helpful. We recommend this property without any hesitation.

James’ condo was in the perfect location for us! If you are visiting Hatteras for Blackbeard’s Revenge (ultramarathon) this is absolutely the place for you! There’s no better location. The finish line (in 2025) was at The Wreck Tiki Bar, which was practically connected via a boardwalk to the condo. For those of you concerned about the noise, we heard cheers from the finish line only a couple of times—nothing to complain about. Our only hiccup: no internet connectivity to TV’s for streaming. We notified James and I’m confident that issue will be fixed immediately. Would stay here every year while visiting for this event! Highly recommend!

There is a few things I want to mention this is a great place to stay but the elevator was turned off and not working. My father in law has heat issues and it was difficult for him, not sure why it was not working. The 2nd issue was the tubs do not drain which is most likely an issue with the complex not the unit. The host is responsive and the unit is a great unit. I did give it 5 stars and would recommend booking this location and will book again if in the area.

Very communicative, bare bones, just as advertised. The home was pristinely clean. The views were beautiful, gorgeous sound views from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and the pier is a 5 minute drive. Perfect location in Avon & Mike is super friendly! Be mindful that you will have to bring bath towels, but other necessities were supplied by the cleaners and lasted us through a full week. This was transparently advertised though. The living room is not quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked, but that’s just our preference. The rest of the house was very comfortable and we were pleased with the furnishing. The space is clearly well taken care of. Avon overall is a wonderful place to visit. The locals were probably the most friendly we’ve experienced in the OBX. The area is very remote and you can see the stars and even have a bonfire on the beach. Plenty of free parking and easy public beach access. Really good restaurants too. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Great place to stay, perfect location for what I needed. Response time from renter was excellent, highly recommend.

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and this was the perfect place to do that! Quiet, quaint area with plenty to do even in the off season. The cabana we stayed in was so cute and was perfect for the 2 of us. We will definitely be coming back to Ocracoke and staying here again!

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!

Andrea's condo is an amazing option in Ocracoke. The view across the harbor to the sound beyond is unbeatable. The lighthouse and best restaurants are a very short walk away. The condo itself is light and airy with all the comforts of home. I particularly enjoyed Springer's Point Preserve which is just a few minutes' walk past the lighthouse. Andrea was a wonderful host as she coordinated with me quickly and cheerfully. I would absolutely stay here again
