The place is lil bit far from tokyo city. About 40min of train. But super worthy if u prefer to stay at a calm peaceful town. 5 starrrrrrrs

Had a great stay in this area and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Tokyo :D Everything was as listed on the description and the location is great for travelling around due to the nearby Musashi-Nitta station (quick access to Kamata & Tamagawa stations) Quiet area with very friendly locals makes this apartment a great home base for anyone travelling and I would look to stay here again when revisiting in the future. Katsuo was always fast to reply with any information needed leading up to our stay.

这次日本横滨之行，入住的民宿简直是旅程中的惊喜！刚到民宿，就被阿姨温馨的布局以及小细节吸引，一踏入房间，传统的和式布置整洁又精致，每一处细节都透露着阿姨的用心，因为是春节，阿姨特意给我们准备了很多小零食和水果，走之前还发了红包，是非常好的住宿体验！ 此外民宿的设施齐全且品质超高，浴室的洗浴用品是当地小众但超好用的品牌，用完皮肤滑滑的。并且步行几分钟就能尝到地道的日本料理。这次民宿体验超棒，下次来日本，肯定还选这儿！

Very friendly hosts Natsuki & Giulio🌹. The place is very near to the train station, with convenience store and fresh market around the corner make it the most convenient for person or traveller like me who likes to cook during my stay to save budget on food. The house is clean and have all of the basic things needed. The most important thing is the host has been very helpful & responsive..

平和島駅まで徒歩6分、羽田空港まで電車で15分と、非常に便利な立地です。すぐ近くにJR大森駅までのバス停があり、東京への移動もスムーズでした。 コンビニやスーパーも徒歩2分圏内にあり、買い物に困ることはありません。近くに美味しい中華料理店「菜香园」がお勧めです。 お部屋はとても清潔で室内設備も新しくて、生活する上に必要なものが全て揃っており、長期滞在のための自炊調理器具や洗濯機などを備え付けており、約1ヶ月の滞在でしたが気持ち良く過ごせました。 Yoi-Machiさんの対応は非常に迅速で、こちらの質問や要望に対してすぐ返信を下さって、できる限りのことを対応していただきました。お部屋の予約を決める際も、実際の宿泊期間中にも、その対応の速さ、サービスの良さに好感を持ちました。本当に安心して滞在することができました。 また細かいところまで気を配ってくださり、宿泊初日少しお米をご用意してくださって、とてもありがたく、オーナーさんの心遣いが感じられる素晴らしい宿泊でした。 次回、また東京に来る機会がありましたら、是非またご利用させていただきます。 *********** 房源距离平和岛站步行6分钟，离羽田机场乘坐电车只需15分钟，附近有公交车站到JR大森站，出行去东京等地很方便，地理位置不错。 步行2分钟范围内有便利店和超市，购买日用品和食品都非常方便。附近有一家中餐厅“菜香园”、味道好价格实惠、值得推荐。 房间里很干净、设备较新，配备了日常生活中的所有必需品，冰箱、洗衣机、燃气炉、烹饪用具及餐具等都很齐全，旅游出差短租、长期居住都很适合。 Yoi-Machiさん的对应非常迅速，对我们提出的有些需求和咨询问题都能及时回复并尽可能地回应我们的要求，服务态度和意识都非常好，让人非常安心。 房东在细节上也非常用心，入住第一天给我们准备了一小袋大米，还安排了一位帅哥帮我们搬行李；得知我们要住1个月需要自己做饭，特意准备了电饭锅和煎炒炸多功能锅，方方面面考虑周到，非常贴心。真的是一次非常棒的居住体验。5星好评！ 下次有机会再来东京，一定会再次选择入住这间房子。

富士山が綺麗でした。

大人2人、子供5人で利用しました。 建物はザッ昭和宅で実家やおばあちゃんの家に帰ってきた感じを思わせる感じです。とても広くてリラックスできました。居酒屋、八百屋、24時間のスーパー&コインランドリーなども徒歩圏内にありとても便利です！なんと言っても駅が近い⭕️ ホストさんはとてもフレンドリーでトラブルの対応も早くて安心でした。 良い滞在先を見つけることができ満足です。また機会があれば利用したいです(^^)

Very nice historic property, and fantastic hosts. I had a bit of a misunderstanding, and they were very responsive and professional and it was quickly resolved. We used this property as a training retreat for our staff, and it was such a cozy and atmospheric experience. Our overseas staff were jealous! Highly recommended. The check-in/registration process is cumbersome compared to other places, especially for us since we're not a single family but are instead a bunch of different people coming in from different parts of Japan. However it's not at all complicated, and the host provides detailed instructions well ahead of time, as well as on check-in day. Overall it was a great experience, both the property and the host.

家族4人と犬達３匹でお世話になりました！ 室内、お庭共に十分な広さがありゆっくりできました。あいにくなお天気でしたが近くには犬達も一緒に入れる飲食店(朝は散歩がてらにモーニングが出来るカフェ) や観光地があり満喫出来ました。(晴れだったらもっと遊べたな〜と思うくらい)

2階からの景色が素晴らしかった。ウッドデッキとサウナもキレイでとても良かったです。メッセージ対応も早く、安心してチェックインすることができました。

A pretty warm home-like place to stay! Close to the station and car renting place, peaceful neighborhood, and friendly host. We had all we need for and we are grateful to have the chance to live in this place for my family trip!
