One of the best places to stay in Porto Covo--stunning views, comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, generous owner and caretaker. But really, it's the location, location, location: watch the tides come in and out; set off on walks along the Fisherman's Trail north or south, walk to the market, the two small grocery stores in town, and a variety of restaurants. The one restaurant listed in Michelin is a half block away! We miss it already.

We had the most incredible stay at this wonderful place, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hospitality was truly exceptional — Filipa and Luís are the best hosts we’ve ever met. Their warm energy created an atmosphere of true comfort and care. The property is a haven of tranquility and privacy, offering the perfect escape from everyday life. The views from the cabin and dining area were absolutely stunning — lush gardens with oranges and physalis, and the peaceful shores of the lake. The hike from Santa Clara-a-Velha, with breathtaking views of the dam, was an unforgettable experience. The cabin itself was beautifully designed — stylish and cozy, with comfy beds and a spacious, beautifully decorated bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Most importantly, the warmth and hospitality of the entire family really made this experience special. We can’t wait to return! Than you! <3

cet appartement est un rêve ! les pieds dans l eau ou dans les bottines prets a partir en randonnée ! proche de plusieurs restaurants et suffisamment confortable pour prendre plaisir à cuisiner soi même. la plage est super aussi pour les jeunes enfants avec la rivière qui se jette dans la mer. magique!

Wir wurden von einer super netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin empfangen. Lage absolut super, direkt am Meer mit einzigartigen Blick von der Dachterrasse. Sehr viele Resraurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gerne wieder!

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment! The view on the ocean was great, even if have had not the best weather we could watch great waves from the sofa. We also enjoyed the pedestrian area directly to the apartment. Thank you!

This home is a beautiful farm house in the area - you feel right at home when you arrive and it makes you want to move in. The property is so peaceful, calming and great for kids and outdoor meals. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of all of the beaches in the area. The hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative (the best communication I've encountered with an airbnb) - always there to respond to you if you have questions and help with anything that comes up. The house is also incredibly well equipped for multiple guests and a longer stay - the photos don't reveal just how many dishes, pots and pans, and other supplies the home has. As well, the windows have screens which is a HUGE plus that many airbnbs in the area do not have. If you are there in cooler or wetter weather, the house does get a little bit damp if you are sensitive to that but that is pretty common for most places in the area and the hosts have put things in place to help with it.

La communication avec Rodrigo a été fluide et réactive. L’ appartement est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et de simplicité. Le balcon est un plus qui nous a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner et de bénéficier de la vue extra ordinaire chaque matin. Les sentiers de randonnées et la plage au pied de la maison ont fait notre bonheur !

Die Unterkunft trennt nur einige Stufen vom Strand, was sehr schön ist. Alles war sauber und hat den Eindruck erweckt neu renoviert zu sein. Es war gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Holzofen hat super geheizt. Man sollte allerdings bedenken dass die Wohnung im Winter aufgrund der Lage extrem feucht ist, besonders wenn davor nicht geheizt wurde. Das Feuerholz mussten wir selber kaufen, was wir vorher nicht wussten. Mit viel Holz konnten wir dann aber eine gemütliche Atmosphäre schaffen. Die Propangasheizung, die uns als Alternative angeboten wurde, ist unserer Meinung nach nicht für geschlossene Räume geeignet und uns daher zu gefährlich gewesen. Wenn man all diese Dinge bedenkt kann man hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, sogar besser als die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig eine Woche Anfang März mit Baby in der Wohnung verbracht, das Wetter war sehr unbeständig, aber in der Wohnung war es schön warm und gemütlich. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und Amanda hat schnell auf Nachfragen reagiert.
