Gilberto and Elena were the best hosts we've ever had! They were incredibly kind and made my family and me feel right at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they were always available to help with anything we needed. The stay was comfortable, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. I highly recommend staying with them – they truly made our trip special!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen für eine Woche bei Renato und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war viel Platz, alles war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gibt kein Wohnbereich, aber große Schlafzimmer mit Sofa und Klimaanlage. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Sonnenliegen und großem Garten sind einfach genial. Renato ist super freundlich, hat uns viele, sehr gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben und war generell gut zu erreichen. Eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmal einen großen Dank an Renato.

They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

Pasamos 2 días hermosos en Venecia alojados en la casa de Viorica. Amplia, muy cómoda, reluciente e inmaculada. El apartamento está en una zona muy comercial y accesible a todos los medios de transporte que nos llevaron a nuestros destinos de visita con facilidad. Sin dudas recomiendo 100% el apartamento de Viorica y volveremos con seguridad en cuanto podamos

El apartamento es como nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Dispone de todos los servicios útiles (2 duchas, 3 camas y una supletoria, lavadora, wifi). Está en una zona a la entrada de la ciudad, tranquila y peatonal, cerca de las estaciones de autobuses y tren, con un supermercado cerca. Muy cómodo para no arrastrar maletas por la ciudad. Aunque esté más lejos de lo más destacable de Venecia, es un detalle muy menor porque la ciudad es impresionante en cada uno de sus rincones. Fabiano ha sido siempre muy disponible y comprensivo. Un 10!

We had an amazing two nights at Lorenzo’s place during our visit to Venice. It is right next to the tram to get into Venice which at the time was 1.50 Euro for one way. There is also a great pastry shop just down the street and near the supermarket. The place was nicely decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home.

Tolle Unterkunft und eine tolle Lage. Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und ist für alle Fälle immer gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in Robertos charmantem Fischerhäuschen war perfekt! Schön eingerichtet - alles wie auf den Bildern. Gerade die Aufteilung (in jedem Stockwerk ein Zimmer) und die Tatsache, dass wir ein ganzes kleines Häuschen für uns hatten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dass zwischen den einzelnen Stockwerken keine Türen sind, hat uns (3 Erwachsene) nicht gestört. Roberto war jederzeit schnell zu erreichen und immer hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in Chioggia!

Its a great experience. Kristin provided a very tidy apartment. It is convenient to Venice. Kristin gives me a lot of useful information which do help us lots. During our stay she reply and respond very efficient. I do want to live here again.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Dobre miejsce na pobyt rodzin z dziećmi, blisko plaży , sklepu,placu zabaw. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem .

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, hat einen wunderschönen Garten inklusive Gartenmöbeln (Pool, Spielzeug, Sandkasten). Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und authentisch eingerichtet. Alles was für ein Urlaub benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Da wir im Herbst da waren, haben wir auch den Pellet Ofen ausprobiert, der eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Wärme erzeugt hat. die Wohnung war super sauber. Auch ideal für Kinder geeignet. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Wasser und Strand. Hier konnte gebadet werden und Strandgut gesammelt werden. Jesolo, sowie Einkaufszentrum/Supermarkt sind gut erreichbar. Am Ende der Straße befindet sich ein wunderbarer kleiner Bäcker, wir empfehlen die piccolo panino. Saskia war ein unglaublich netter Host. Hat uns kurz vor der Reise angeschrieben bezüglich der Betten, was wir für die Kinder bräuchten, Bettwäsche vorhanden… Schlüsselübergabe ganz flexibel und unproblematisch. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Wir waren seit dem 1. August in Roveredo bei Claudio und es war einfach wunderschön bei ihm hier kann man die ruhe pur genießen alles war perfekt der Garten mit dem Brunnen war für meine Kinder sehr schön und Claudio ist ein Herzensguter Mensch sowas liebes wie ihn hab ich schon lange nicht mehr kennengelernt er hat uns bei der Ankunft so viel vorfinden lassen Kekse , Milch, Trinken, eine riesengroße Menge an Obst ,Kaffee, Nudel,Tomatensauce und nach 2 Tagen wurden wir verwöhnt mit Süssem und ein Tag vor der Abreise wieder Süsses bekommen alles in einem ein total wundervoller Urlaub in Roveredo ich kann das Wunderschöne große Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden Aufjedefall wieder kommen Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank an dich Claudio du bist wunderbar Danke für alles

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und das sagt doch schon alles 😊👌🏻 In den Bewertungen davor wurde eigentlich schon alles erwähnt und daher ist es schwer noch was besseres über die Unterkunft zu sagen. In live ist es noch viel schöner wie auf den Fotos und der Garten ist ein Traum. Alles ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt hergerichtet. Jody ist ein fürsorglicher, hilfsbereiten und sehr diskreter Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbaren Tage 🥰👌🏻
