Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Such a lovely stay! Communication was outstanding and everything went very well. Location and equipment was great. Minor things were that the internet was quite bad and the rooms in the basement were quite stuffy/ moldy. Yet, would always book again!

All I've gotta say is that if you are even considering booking this Amazing apartment with one of the Most Spectacularly Magical views of Lake Como just do yourself a favor & Book It! Elena is an incredible host with Amazing communication from start to finish. Elena welcomed us by picking us up from the nearby bus stop & was so kind to get us settled into the Fantastic apartment. The welcome water & snacks were a nice touch after a long day of travel. Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our stay but please know that it was still one of the most beautiful stays ever! The attention to detail like leaving a couple of umbrellas for us to discover just outside the apartment door was extremely thoughful as we explored the nearby town of Lenno that I highly recommend. The apartment is located to walkable yummy local restaurants, grocery store etc. The apartment is nicely equipped with with everything you need & the beds are Super comfy. We hope to return soon!

We decided in our 5 week holiday to 10 different towns and cities this was our favorite. W hope this house is available next time.

Fantastische Unterkunft in wunderschöner Umgebung! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus nahe Como war einfach perfekt. Das Haus selbst ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, dabei aber wunderbar in das charmante alte Dorf eingebettet – eine tolle Kombination aus Tradition und Moderne. Alles war makellos sauber, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Paul and Silvia's Airbnb is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms work very well, and the four bedrooms are comfortable. The living area upstairs along with the patio have incredible views too and plenty of space for four climbers going to Brione and Chironico. I highly recommend it. The internet speed/connection leaves something to be desired though.

Perfekt; von Ankunft bis Abfahrt. Ein Kleinod, ideal zum Eintauchen in die totale Entspannung. Wir haben es geliebt. Und Wieland, der Gastgeber; super hilfsbereit, großzügig, einfach alles 100 Prozent👍!

Wonderful few days staying at Luxury San Rocco. Eros & Dani were super helpful with our enquiries whilst here & even picked us up and drove us to Bellagio one morning when the bus didn’t turn up. Even though it was October my husband went swimming in the lake and my son kayaking at 7:30 in the morning. We visited Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and we also visited Villa Balbianello which is opposite the Villa over the lake. A wonderful few days with the family and would highly recommend x

We had a fantastic stay at Marco’s place. The parking garage was a bit tricky to get into, but manageable. Very close to cafes, restaurants and lake ferry. Easy day trip to Veranna and Bellagio. Gorgeous views from the dining room, sunrise is beautiful. There is also a small beach access from the rear of the accommodation.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Lezzeno. The location was ideal—situated right on Lake Como, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the serene beauty each morning was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was spotless, clearly recently remodeled with high-quality materials, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was cozy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the incredible views. Our host, Emi, was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. She also surprised us with an amazing gift basket, which made us feel even more welcome! The apartment is conveniently located close to the bus stop and and ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Lake Como. We can’t wait to stay again!

All communication before, under and after the stay with Matteo were very accommendating and helpful - we felt helped all the way, also with travels schedules to and from the appartment. At arrivel Matteos friend Roby met us a the pier - a very warm person who made absolutely sure that we felt welcome, and gave us a quick tour of the village. The appartement itself were located just on the water, and to me the location has some of the best views of the lake. The village is very quiet, we slept with the doors open every night and felt asleep to the sound of the lake. If you look for relaxation and tranquility this is the place. We ejoyed the greenway that lead you to Lenno and Tremezzo. It is a 30 minutes walk to Lenno with splendid views, where you can buy your groceries. We would be keen to return next week if we could. We would like to thank Matteo and Roby for being so helpful and keeping the house and appartment as charming as it is.

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Bushaltestellen fast direkt vor der Tür. Man konnte bequem bis Mailand alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Traumhafter Blick auf den See und eine super saubere Wohnung.

Traumhaftes Apartment in wunderschöner Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und viel unternommen. Da Nebensaison war, hatten einige Restaurants in der Umgebung (darunter das 50m von der Unterkunft entfernte) geschlossen. Durch etwas Recherche konnten wir dann doch noch ein paar ausfindig machen (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). Die Unterkunft selbst hatte alles zu bieten, die Kommunikation mit dem Gadtgeber einwandfrei.

Andrea è stato super disponibile, molto gentile. L'alloggio è adorabile, meraviglioso il panorama altrettanto, nonostante fosse fuori stagione ci siamo goduti lo spettacolo dal balcone che affaccia sul lago. Consiglio assolutamente!! L'alloggio tutto ordinato, pulito, asciugamani a disposizione Cucina completa di tutto il necessario. Una sola parola : WAO !

We had a wonderful time at Rita’s beautiful and charming apartment on Lake Como! It was so clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the views. You can tell she really takes good care of her home and takes pride in it. We were very happy with the location because we wanted something a little more peaceful and away from the crowds of Bellagio, etc. A short walk away there is the best little bakery for a morning pastry, fresh focaccia bread, a cafe to get a coffee and a small market. We were able to access all the lake towns we wanted to visit by ferry. We drove from the airport and parked at the nearby parking area, but in retrospect would probably get transportation to Como from the airport and take the ferry to Lenno. Driving was a bit scary in this area for us since the roads are so small and it was rainy. The Lenno ferry stop is about a 10 min walk to Rita’s home. Mahalo, Rita, for a fabulous stay in your home and we hope to return!

We had an amazing stay during the christmas/new year period. The house is stunning, a beautiful designed house with anything you need for your holiday. The house was clean, the view on the lake is gorgeous and the location was also perfect. Ispra is a cosy, small little italian village on the lago maggiore and we had trips to Milan and also to the mountains for some skiing. Overal a great stay at Judith’s place. She was also very helpful if you have any questions and she responds very quick I absolutely recommend her house to anyone willing to visit the beautiful Lago Thank you Judith!

Alberto und Manuela waren sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist atemberaubend und sehr ruhig und die Einrichtung sehr cozy! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch! Arne und Lucia

Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes et nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison au bord du lac Majeur. L’emplacement est absolument magnifique, avec une vue imprenable. Le chemin pour y accéder nous aura donné quelques frissons mais le jardin est un vrai havre de paix, parfait pour profiter du calme et de la nature environnante. L'arrivée autonome et le départ autonome nous aura donné beaucoup de flexibilité, les instructions de Stefano et sa réactivité était parfaites. Un grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et tous les petits détails qui ont rendu notre séjour si agréable.

A beautiful hidden gem on Lake Como! Incredible view and an authentic cottage like experience close enough to everything and far enough from the busy tourist areas!

Dejligt sted, koldt ved ankomst( der tændes for varme 20/10) Det var jeg ikke klar over, men der var elektriske varmere . Det lykkedes os at få et relæ til at slå, men Federico var meget hjælpsom med at løse problemet 😊Fantastik udsigt, en del trafikstøj, det er jo Italien. Velfungerende wi-fi som vi brugte meget ( måske for meget ) Som sagt et dejligt sted men trafikken/køreturen til Como er lidt belastende. Men da vi har været i området før kom det ikke bag på os. Glemte lige den gode private parkeringsplads , dejligt at man ikke skal holde på gaden!

Séjour paradisiaque chez Alberto, tout y est parfait, le calme, la beauté des lieux, la maison moderne pieds dans l’eau! Nous reviendrons plus longtemps la prochaine fois, c’était un séjour hors du temps ! Merci Alberto et à bientôt Françoise et Dominique

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The location of your house and of course your garden is marvellous. We enjoyed this week so much: hiking, biking, visiting Isola Bella and Madre and .... swimming. The view on the lake is great - from the living room, from the garden, from everywhere. Ein echter Schatz! Ich muss zugeben, dass ich das Haus gemietet habe nur wegen der Lage und der abenteuerlichen Erfahrung mit dem Boot überall zu fahren. Es war super! Das Haus haben wir eigentlich kaum benutzt, denn wir waren nur mit dem Boot unterwegs. Aber abends haben wir das Haus schön genossen mit dem Feuer am Kamin, Pizza aus dem Steinoffen und einem super Ausblick von dem Luganersee. Wir haben uns dort so wohl und frei gefühlt. Wir waren zu viert und ein Hund. Das Haus hätte aber Kapazität für 6 Personen, wobei für mich sind 4 Personen meine Grenze. Es gibt nur eine Toilette und zwei Schlafzimmer. Bei 6 Personen müssten 2 im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Es gibt aber ein zweites Haus direkt nebeneinander, falls die Gruppe größer ist. Wir alle fanden das Haus toll und wir hatte super Wetter - 22 Grad jeden Tag Ende Oktober - Anfang November. Mattia war immer sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Wir wollen sicher zurückkommen. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung.

Wow! What a place. Amazing view of the lake, couldn’t get any better, worth every penny. Beautiful house, it was spacious and very clean. Great sized pool. Had everything you wanted inside the house like tea, coffee, cooking oil, seasonings etc. The house is in walking distance to other places (10-20 mins). Daru was great, replied really quickly, sent a very handy video for us to follow to get there and was very friendly upon arrival. I advise hiring a small car to come as the local roads are very narrow.
