Maria is een superhost! We voelden ons welkom. Ook toen wij pech kregen met onze auto heeft zij ons geweldig geholpen. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad! Dat is wat telt! Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und die Aussicht auf den See wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist etwas ausserhalb von Como an einer sehr ruhigen Lage und ideal, um sich zu entspannen. Um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen empfiehlt es sich mit dem Auto anzureisen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Da wir ausserhalb der Saison angereist sind, haben nicht alle Lokale in der Umgebung geöffnet. Daher empfehlen wir vorher beim gewünschten Restaurant anzurufen und zu reservieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno, Ascona und den See. Herrlich für ein paar Tage Auszeit.

This was our second time at this property. The place is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a luxurious vacation nearby Italian lake. We also give extra credit for the hosts due to they (and the cleaning staff) have made tourists’ life a bit easier on relation to very strict Italian recycling requirements :)

Das Haus liegt weit oben. Die Strassen hinauf sind sehr kurvig und schmal. Aber wenn man dann die Aussicht geniessen kann ist man sprachlos. Haus ist Luxus pur. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir durften abermals eine wunderbare, romanhafte Woche in der Villa Bianci verbringen. Es war einmal mehr ein Heimkommen in eine wunderbare malerische Atmosphäre. Zu einer toll gepflegten, ausgedehnten Parkanlage mit prächtiger weiter Seesicht. Angela hatte uns wiederum zum erweiterten einleben in die Melodie des Hauses mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Danke Angela. Wir freuen uns bereits auf das nächste Wiedersehen. Bis bald!

Die Villa Biber liegt unter einem glanzvollen Sternenhimmel. Genauso fühlte sich die Kommunikation mit Marco an. Alle Wünsche und Vorstellungen wurden erfüllt. Somit ist der Nachklang dieses Aufenthaltes einzigartig und die Sehnsucht sehr groß, dort wiederzukehren. Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank an Marco und seinen Bruder Giovanni

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW The Villa was wonderful. Highlights are the view and the pool. The location is extremely calm and quiet. It is up a steep hill. Definitely need a car to get up and down to Stresa and Lesa. The garage can take 3 cars and is very cleverly set up so that no need to go on a steep driveway and also the road is quiet so it’s very easy to get in and out. The Villa has recently been completely and tastefully refurbished. Beautiful design. It has everything you would need. Air conditioning only on the top floor rooms but the bottom floor is cooler. There are two large living areas (one on each level) and it would work well with two families staying (one on each level) as it even has a second simple kitchen on the lower level. The service led by Elena was superb. The communication prior to arriving was excellent and also a couple of small issues (eg internet) were dealt with extremely quickly. 6 star service. Nous avons séjourné à 8 copines dans cette fabuleuse villa pour découvrir Milan. Situé à 30min de Milan et 30min du Lac de Côme, c’était pour nous le bon compromis, si vous êtes véhiculés. Le logement était comme en photos, correspondant parfaitement à la description. Les instructions étaient très expliquées pour l’arrivée autonome, très facile d’accès. Possibilité de stationner dans le garage souterrain. L’intérieur est très spacieux idéal pour les grand groupes/familles. La maison était propre et tout les équipements énoncés étaient présents et fonctionnel. Le cadre est très paisible, pas de bruit du voisinage, très peu de passage sur la route, avec le parc en face de la maison. Et les hôtes étaient très réactifs en message pour la moindre question. Merci pour cette facilité d’accès, cette superbe maison bien entretenue, pour votre réactivité et gentillesse. Et pour toutes ces raisons citées, je vous recommande vivement ce logement. Merci pour tout !

Sensationelle Lage, sehr grosses Grundstück, toller Pool. Wir haben es bei Andrea sehr genossen und sind rundum zufrieden!

Pros: Beautiful spot. Daniel was easy to communicate with and accommodative. He provided great recommendations for food and activities. Worth staying for more than two nights like we did. The property is gorgeous and the views are out of this world. Cons: We had some small hiccups such as the washing machine not being plugged in (the plug was hidden behind the machine which required some creativity to reach) and expired kitchen essentials which required a drive into town (about 30 minutes away) which ate into the one full day we had. Wouldn't have been a problem if we were staying for longer. In fairness, these are issues I didn't mention to Daniel but I assume if I had he would be accommodative. Some pendant lights on the main floor were burnt out which wasn't great but was manageable. Daniel is open and honest about the bugs that you'll see in and around the home and in bedding but I'm not a fan of bugs and didn't like running pest control given the price point of this stay.

We had an incredibly wonderful stay. Sonia was so friendly and helpful - lovely place. Close to great lakeside restaurant (Terrazzo Olmo) - fun walk by the lake to town. Delicious breakfast provided. And on the last night she had 2 chefs in for a 4 course restaurant quality dinner in her kitchen - our top event from our 1 week stay in Italy. Couldn't recommend this place more. Really terrific.

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

Very nice villa with a very good view over the Lugano lake. We had passed a very good time. The villa is quite big, clean and well equiped. There is a jacuzzi on the third floor and barbecue outside. (We have tried both of them) Marco have replied to our messages actively and in time. Thanks for the hosting

Wir haben mit unserer Familie den Sommerurlaub in dem Haus von Donya verbracht und uns allesamt sofort wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute (Grund-) Ausstattung für den täglichen Bedarf, eine Terrasse im Obergeschoss mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, einen tollen Pool mit schöner Terrasse, einen großen und schönen Garten, sodass auch unser Hind nicht zu kurz kam, sowie einen eigenen Parkplatz. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Donya war im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer sehr angenehm, sie reagierte immer sehr kurzfristig auf Nachrichten und war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit unserer Familie und Freunden weiterempfehlen und werden es bei der nächsten Reise in der Region zwischen dem Lugano und Como See erneut buchen. Dies war unsere bisher beste Erfahrung auf Airbnb und anderen Buchungsplattformen. Besten Dank an Donya, selten kamen wir so entspannt aus dem Urlaub wieder zurück.

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

The listing is very accurate, and the home was fantastic in a great location with a spectacular view. For a very reasonable charge, the pool was heated which made a big difference when the weather was cooler than hoped for. We were a family of 6, and there was plenty of space. Every detail seemed to have been thought through very well. We couldn’t have been happier!

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Magnolia! The villa is stunning, combining historic charm with modern comfort. The space was perfect for our family of 8, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Simion, the host, was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. We would definitely return!

Der Garten , der Pool und der Ausblick auf dem Lago Maggiore einfach nur Traumhaft. 😍 Auch vielen Dank für den Tipp zur Pizzeria „Aldo“ in Arona. Thank you for renting us the perfect getaway Palmito Villa. The views are stunning, the terraces, the pool, the spacious garage and all the facilities are great! Peaceful but great location near everything- for example boat trips to the islands, restaurants and groceries.
