Kitty was great to communicate with - any question was addressed very quickly. Her place is so cute both inside and out. There was plenty of off-street parking available. The walkable distance to downtown Byron was a great benefit as well!

We loved our stay and really appreciated Bronwyn’s hospitality! The house had everything we needed for an extended stay. We had plenty of cooking utensils, blankets, towels, games, and movies to keep us busy. We would love to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay here. It seems small from the outside, but there is ample space within the home. Loved having two full bathrooms to use between 3 guests. Kathy's communication was wonderful. She messaged me a handful of times before our stay to provide relevant info for our booking. Kathy was also really responsive when I had to reach out with a question! We also were impressed by our selection of coffee and tea. My mom loved being able to brew a pot of tea and have it available for later!

Wonderful place to stay would stay again. Josh and Amanda are great hosts.

Overlooking river. Peaceful. Very comfortable. Large loft area. TV's in every room.

Absolutely loved the house. Worked perfectly for our family to stay at while visiting family in Rochelle. Our little girls loved the bunk beds and night light. Very welcoming and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely check for availability next time we visit.

This house was perfect for me. I wanted a place where I could cook my own meals and have the privacy of a home instead of a hotel. I worked on a job about 30 minutes away so that was perfect as well. People should know this house sits fairly close to a large Highway so there is some traffic noise. I am a trucker and the traffic didn't bother me. I actually have this house booked again in two weeks and would stay here again. Maybe I could try the fishing down my the river.

Great Airbnb just north of Dixon (10-15 minute drive from anything you could need) I stayed here while working in the area and it was one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Linnea does a fantastic job at answering questions and responding quickly! Every room in the apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised.

This place had all the comforts of home. Every detail was thought of. I will definitely stay here any time im back in the area. They underse the rain shower head hiding it at the end of the photos- it was superb!

This was a return trip for me this year. The place is very nice and cozy and has a lot of charm. It was clean and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time staying at Rob’s place. The location can’t be beat as it is steps from restaurants and bars in DT Byron. It is a studio so no actual bed but has 2 pull outs. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the furnishings are cute. The bathroom is a bit small and the ceiling clearance is low.. my husband hit his head a few times as he is 6’4”. As long as you aren’t all.. it’s fine 😃 Overall this place is great when we stay in Byron and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed during the Christmas Holiday, booking rather late (a few days before). When we arrived there was clear directions from the door to the kitchen. It was a great surprise that some additional amenities were available teas & hot chocolate, even bathroom non-essentials. I was very appreciative that after a busy holiday, I could come home to a quiet cozy space, ready my book & have a cup of tea.

The space was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Host was responsive and friendly. Just beware that the place is small, smaller than the pictures make it look like. However, it is worth the price and I would stay again no problem.
