excellent location for getaways / vacations! very large and fit everything and everyone easily. you get more then what you paid for especially with town being a short 5ish minute drive from the property. Host left easy instructions and made sure to let us k ow to contact her if need be. Will definitely be considering thos property anytime I vacation in NH.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Thanks!!

We rented John’s place the end of March for a basketball tournament and it was perfect!! It’s a quick walk to the beach, close to shops, restaurants and stores with plenty of room for family and the kids loved the hot tub after a day of basketball! Definitely will rent again, preferably in the summer!!

Paula’s was the perfect spot for a weekend trip with a group of friends for my birthday! It had plenty of sleeping spots for us and was very comfortable, and we really loved the hot tub. They were such responsive and communicative hosts as well, and offered us a flexible late check-out. Thank you!

Maryann and Chris were *EXCELLENT* hosts. The Oscar House is warm, clean and inviting, with every comfort you could wish for. Soft, plush bedding, cozy throw blankets, beautiful furnishings, an incredible rain shower— and that’s before you get to the absolutely lovely soaking hot tub and toasty sauna. The house is SPOTLESS, and well-appointed. We wanted for nothing. Both Kittery and York are right around the corner. Portsmouth is 10 mins away. Yet, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This place is a great find! Both Chris and Maryann were attentive to questions, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. When we had an issue with the programming for their hot tub, they helped us right away and got everything back on track. Their guidebook is spot on, and carefully curated. You can trust their recommendations, and that you will have a great time at any of their suggested spots. We had an amazing weekend at the Oscar House, and will definitely be back!

Fantastic spot! Definitely the best Airbnb my husband and I have stayed at. A perfect location that is very private. There is a lot to do and see in the surrounding towns, especially in the summer when more is open. Overall a great experience and we will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Bear Cabin. I’ve been staying in Airbnbs since 2011 and have never stayed somewhere with more amenities and extra items to feel more at home! The cabin was perfect for a larger group to still feel connected with our own private spaces. We made all of our meals during our stay and the kitchen was great. Highlights include the beautiful fireplace and hot tub, making for a very cozy and relaxing winter stay. We will definitely be back.

Our family of four got away for two nights and loved every minute at Peter's lakeside home. Large windows allow for lake views from inside. We enjoyed the warmth of the hot tub. Peter's place had everything we needed. We hope to return!

My boyfriend & I visited the Pondview Cabin in late March for a night to relax & recharge. This adorable cabin is tucked into the woods & very private. There is a hot tub & a sauna a few steps from the door. The screened-in porch has a cute little daybed that had me dreaming about coming back during warm weather to curl up and read. The bed rests next to a large picture window, allowing beautiful views of the woods. We were thrilled to see an owl perched right outside. The crisp white bedding felt luxurious & the sound of rain against the wood roof was so romantic as we tucked in to watch movies & then got a great nights sleep. Every detail was thought of & made it feel special… robes, slippers, eye masks, smores & snacks, champagne, pancake mix & syrup, coffee pods, phone chargers, candles … It’s obvious Christian takes pride in providing a wonderful experience for his guests. We can’t wait to come back! Easy instructions, great suggestions for food, very communicative

Everything about our stay was seamless and delightful. Truly just what the doctor ordered! We had a relaxing and peaceful getaway on the lake; our hosts were beyond gracious and responsive, the home was pristine and the location simply can't be beat! We enjoyed hikes, spent time in the hot tub and watched movies by the wood burning fireplace, and cooked many delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen. With 3 bedrooms you can bring the whole family. Would 11/10 recommend.

My husband and I spent a weekend at Sofia’s place in NH and it was everything we wanted it to be: a peaceful and cozy weekend! The house was exactly as pictured & described, and the bed we slept in was so comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic: at night, looking up at the stars from the hot tub was just the best. Sofia was very responsive to the couple of questions I had, and super understanding when we requested a later checkout!

Every detail in the home contributed to a sense of calm, making it easy to settle in and feel at ease. Audrey and Seb were excellent hosts—attentive, welcoming, and ensuring that everything was just right for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

We had a great time staying here for our ten year anniversary. There were plenty of games to keep us entertained. The wood stove kept us nice and cozzy, after coming in cold an wet from the hut tub. The place is conveniently close to any kind of store, should you find you forgot something at home. There are plenty of restaurant's to choose from, and it is far enough from the coast to keep you out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough that a day trip isnt a second thought. We would definitely stay here again!
