My son got married in Shelbyville and I wanted a base that the family could gather and connect before the wedding. This loft was the perfect place because it was central to the venues for the rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. My goodness, this is the best experience we’ve had with AirBnB! The pictures don’t do the loft justice. It’s gorgeous, comfortable and has plenty of space for a large family. The town of Shelbyville is charming and I’d love to come back and explore what this part of Kentucky has to offer. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The hosts were very clear with the instructions and everything was as advertised. The interior structures were prominently used and created nice nostalgic vibe while offering all the modern amenities. The only downside was that people can be pretty rowdy on the streets throughout the night and some of the noise carries through. Overall a great place and I would consider staying here again.

Such a wonderful host! This place is so beautiful and peaceful. We had a blast on the golf cart viewing the property. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful location. Quiet. The loft was just as described. 7 minutes drive from S Main and 13 minutes from N Main. Fenced in area good for medium dogs.

Would definitely stay again! The leather couch was surprisingly comfy and we definitely fell asleep on it after a long day of travel. I was also surprised that my allergies didn’t suffer which is a rarity for me- It was very clean and quiet. Perfect!

This will definitely be a place I would stay at again. A true treasure on earth. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Great affordable place to stay in downtown Indy. I had a couple questions around check in time and they were extremely nice and very fast at responding. The place was spotless and instructions were descriptive and easy to follow.

Ethan’s place was exactly what I was looking for. The space was very cozy and well equipped with everything my husband and I needed for a brief stay. The studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Clarksville on Strawberry Alley. We really enjoyed the selection of restaurants in walking distance. We were able to meet our kids for dinner at Strawberry Alley Ale Works just a few steps away from Ethan’s Place. The apartment was intimate enough for my husband and I but spacious enough for our kids and grandkids to join us for dessert. Very safe and much quieter than I would expect considering the location. Ethan was very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely stay again.

I have spent several weeks at Armory Lofts in preparation for a move to the area. Jamie has been accommodating and helpful on every occasion. I would recommend Jamie and Armory Lofts to anyone!

Have enjoyed many stays at this property and it is always pristinely clean (even for a neat freak like me). It is classic clean elegance set in small downtown charm.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear and detailed instructions before the arrival, which made check-in seamless. The space was clean, and perfectly located in Clarksville. The flat is well equipped, but for longer stays and advanced cooking you will need more appliances. The added bonus of bicycles for exploring the area was a fantastic touch! Parking was convenient, and the WiFi was reliable throughout the stay. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in both Brad’s lofts multiple times. I can’t say enough good about the peace I have when I stay here. Brad always handles any questions or needs if I have any. I have already booked my next stay. This is the only place I will stay when I am in town unless it just isn’t available. Then, I am very sad because the lofts feel like home now.

I travel for work and stay here whenever it is available. The loft has a delightfully modern yet cozy feel to it, the location on Main Street is charming, and Amanda is amazing. She is very welcoming and responsive, much like the community. I could not recommend a location or hostess more highly.

Wow! What a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved everything about this Airbnb! Hosts were very friendly and attentive and the Airbnb was beautiful and so peaceful. Winery is right across the street and the small town is very walkable. We would be happy to return!

We attended an event at Rupp Arena, and this home was located just across the street from the parking lot, even closer than the pictures portray! It was so so nice to have off street, covered parking, and even though the weather wasn’t ideal for us to make use of the patio/balcony space, it was a really nice space with a picnic table and lighting. The home was spotless and inviting, the owner even left earplugs and a sound machine for the traffic noise, which we appreciated so much. The couch and bed were both very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and having a washer and dryer was a huge perk. It was hard for us to leave when it was time, it was very easy to settle in here! We will definitely be booking again on our next trip!!
