Fantastic host and area! Beautiful setting and loved the shared kitchen/community area!! Great place to disconnect while enjoying the town of Berea! Loved our visit to Tater Knob pottery and hiking the Pinnacles! Will definitely be back!!

My wife and I absolutely love HomeGrown HideAways! Our stay was amazing and so comfortable. Nathan and Jess were so sweet and made sure everything was just right. Thankful they made us feel right at home.

10/10 stay, Morgan is extremely kind and responsive in her messages. Super easy check in and check out process. We stayed and skied three days at Sugar. We personally drove and parked to ski, but if it's a busy day and you are not wanting to be shuttled to your car it's a half mile walk to Sugar Mountain to ski. We loved how Morgan's place felt like home. We used the grill outside to make burgers and sat around the fire pit to eat. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the porch and front door. Would 100% come back and stay again.

Loved this cozy cabin! Easy walk to the ski resort, & coffee shop. Perfect size for our family of 3 adults and our fur baby. Cabin was super close to the ski resort and centrally located to every restaurant, coffee shop & store we had on our bucket list to visit in Beech Mountain. . The view & sound of the creek was an added bonus . The gated wrap around deck / porch was my fav part of the cabin. Check in was a breeze and hosts were super detailed with directions & instructions . Hosts had super clear communication and gave fantastic local recommendations. 10 out of 10 recommend & hoping to book again for next year’s trip!

This was mine and my husband’s third stay at Jamie’s yurts and it was wonderful as usual! We go when we need time to get away from our busy lives, reconnect with each other and find some peace and quiet in the woods. Even with the cold, our hike in the surrounding area was beautiful and serene. Waking up to a couple of inches of snow on the last morning just added to the beauty of the place. Everything was clean, easy to access and easy to understand. We always appreciate the recommendations for local restaurants and try a new place every time as well. We already can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at the Sycamore Yurt! Shannon was extremely kind and responsive. We weren’t able to come till later and she showed us pictures to navigate at night. The space was very clean and we felt very safe. Beautiful updated decorations and the hot tub was clean and so great to use after long hikes. Although we loved the place, it was very noisy most times of the day and into the night with the dogs barking across the street. We also found most of the dishes and pans we used were oily and unclean. The area leading up to the front of the house and back porch was also very dark and the solar lights were very dim, making it hard to navigate at night. Although the seclusion is nice, the closest store was almost 30 min away and if you want to find restaurants and things to do, it’s almost a 40 min drive. Loved going to Hocking Hills to hike and that drive wasn’t too far though. Overall, we had an amazing and romantic getaway and Shannon was extremely kind and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay in the Yurt. The bed was good, with plenty of blankets for a chilly night. You need to go outside the Yurt to get to the bathroom, but it is close, on the platform, and private.

Private, cozy, peaceful setting inside and out. Super clean. All of the little details were thought of to make our stay special. We had a little difficulty locating the property, called the host who was super responsive and stayed on the phone with us while we located the property. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and will be back without a doubt!

A unique vista to say the least! We loved it, an absolute must stay while visiting Hocking Hill! It was quiet, private, and peaceful. We enjoyed the natural light that the yurt provided. Having the hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking was ideal! Everything was comfortable, bed, linens, and temperature inside the yurt. ( it was pretty cold outside at night). The kitchen had everything I needed to make healthy meals. The decor was cozy and rustic. I am not sure if it was my imagination, but I swear I heard the faint sounds of the Sasquatch late at night…. You will have to hear it for yourself!

This place was perfect for a secluded mountain getaway. It was a great place to recharge and connect with nature.

We love this place so much we book it every time we come into town. The willow yurt was great at being together but also have the privacy when needed. We defiantly I’ll be staying agin! Thank you Again Misty!

We stayed a couple night in the Yome. We stayed dry during all the thunderstorms. The hosts were very good about explaining the area and things to do on the property. We brought our dog and had a great time hiking and enjoying the private lake access. We would definitely come again!

Cool get-a-way spot. Host very thoughtful, everything in the yurt was there for a cool purpose.

Man this place is a real Gem. If want a really clean, nice, easy, and adventurous place to decompress for a day or a few weeks look no farther. Joe is hands on IF you need him. He’s really got a super nice set up and i was lucky enough to see everything he’s adding to the property. Trust me you need a few days of this in your life. Will be back 100%

Yurt life is an experience. Surprisingly comfortable and cosy in the colder months. Our dogs enjoyed the open spaces around the yurt. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! If you're looking for a relaxing escape without spending a fortune, this is definitely it. Place was very clean, already came stocked with pots/pans/dishes/cutlery etc., the hot tub was very clean and well-maintained, & the location is great because its not far from town but still secluded in the mountains.

AMAZING! The location and space are so beautiful, and Jodee added so many little touches that made the place feel so special! We didn't want to leave! I cannot recommend this place enough!
