Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was nice and tidy, had no issues at all. Views out both sides were probabaly the highlight and a lovely deck that goes around the house. Overall good layout and had a good time!

Beautiful home with an equally beautiful view of the sea. Had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed. The homemade chocolate cake was an appreciated extra.

The overall experience was very good. Being in a private space, sure helps feeling relaxed and at peace. Enjoy the early sunrise over a cup of coffee and finish enjoying the outdoor tubs with my wife over a glass of champagne was perfect.

Stunning views and a beautiful property. Came with family for a little weekend holiday and we really relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The house is so well laid out and designed, each bedroom has its own en suite and everyone had their own space to relax. While the weather was not as hot and sunny as we had hoped we still used the pool and spa and also enjoyed the game room. Great place to unwind and relax with family or friends!

Beautiful and great location

We loved our stay. It was fabulously pristine and lovely. The pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Amazing shower pressure. Moose the dog was so sweet and friendly. A great all round stay. Would highly recommend.

Adrienne's place was absolutely perfect for our group of four. Plenty of room to spread ourselves out plus great communal areas. Fantastic views of the beach and ocean from the main living area. Extremely comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. We even made use of the heated swimming pool, despite the weather bomb that hit while we there. Communications with Adrienne were excellent. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Trish and her husband are absolutely wonderful hosts. Friendly great conversation and absolutely loved the pool and outdoor area. We felt welcomed and love chilling and chatting pool side.

This place is truly something special. The photos don’t do it justice—the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning the surroundings were. The ocean views are absolutely incredible, stretching as far as the eye can see, and the setting is so peaceful and secluded that it feels like a true escape from the world. The accommodation itself is beautifully designed—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly positioned to take in the view. Every morning, we woke up to the sight of the sun rising over the water, and every evening, we watched the sky transform with the most spectacular sunsets. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and never want to leave.

it was a perfect place to relax for a couple of days, and I felt like home which was the most important. the house has everything you needed plus more. super nice host, they asked me what I needed before checking in and left me bread and milk. really couldn't have found a better place. if I'm back in the area I know what I'm booking

A nice quiet rural dwelling. Comfortable large living area with two bathrooms. Out door BBQ and seating was a bonus. We were a group of 6 adults who used the dwelling as a base for a 5 day golf trip in the Bay of Plenty. Lovely modern kitchen with large 8 seater dining table. Very peaceful location. Handy to Matata and Whakatane. Neryda was always available to be contacted by phone if we needrd anything. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Myself, 5yo son, my parents and our three dogs had a great stay here. the view of the water is stunning! Easy to find, and convenient that the key pick up point is on your way to the accommodation too. Plenty of playgrounds dotted about, and so quiet. The beach house had everything we needed. Future visitors with pets just be aware that there is no fenced area to contain your dogs, so they can access the beach and road if unsupervised. Wouldn't stop us staying again though! The steps down to the beach are pretty steep but for older/broken amongst us is achievable, and there are alternative beach access walkways a few houses down if needed. We enjoyed a few kayak trips on the Estuary too. Only 25 mins to Papamoa if you want a dinner outing. Really nice touch with the coffee vouchers for the local Cafe, Montys, which was our go-to!

We had an amazing weekend stay at this beautiful home. The location is fantastic—peaceful, serene, and surrounded by stunning scenery. The property itself is well-appointed and even features a tennis court and basketball court in one, which kept us entertained. For those who love the water, the lake is just a short walk away if you cut through the rugby field—perfect for a refreshing dip. This place offers the ideal blend of relaxation and activity. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in such a picturesque setting!💜

Phenomenal location, comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We loved our stay in this beautiful house. The layout has plenty of seating for your entire group with lots of quaint pockets for peaceful viewing of the ocean or the sound. The beachfront access is perfection and I personally loved the windows in the master bedroom. I could stay there forever. There is no central air conditioning but the breeze from the open windows in the summer kept us plenty cool. There is only one plug in the bunk room so charge your phone upstairs. A minor inconvenience for the big payoff of a quiet and gorgeous location. Maggie, our host was very communicative and helpful. We would love to come back and stay again!

An amazing place for our annual golf trip. Lots of room and so close to the beach!

This is a very peaceful place to stay. Although it has an unassuming entrance through the carport, as soon as we stepped inside we felt at home. Moana has put together a really charming happy space, with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. And stepping out to the multi level deck is just lovely, and a great place to lounge with coffee and book. The lawn in front of the deck is beautifully private, surrounded by pretty natives including Pohutakawa. It is a lovely restful space to look out on, with a sea view in the distance. We loved staying here, and found the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful. The swimming beach is only small, and often shared with fisherman, but we easily headed up coast to larger surf swimming beaches. We walked in to some local awesome waterfalls, and found a beautiful garden centre cafe. All in all a great place for a base to explore BOP. Thank you Moana, we hope you earn superhost status soon.
