Was amazing! Place was small but nice- which is exactly what we were looking for! Instructions were clear, and the location was truly just a few blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!

Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

Jeanette's place was great and we enjoyed our time.

Barbara and MauMau were great hosts! the área is really nice and close to the beach. She always communicated with us and answered all our questions. I defenitely recommend this place

This Airbnb was great! It was nice and clean, and quite spacious. If you have a car, this is a great location— there’s plenty of street parking, and it’s a really short drive to Venice beach and Santa Monica. Thanks for hosting us, Marcis!

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for a family of four. So close to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable and exactly as described.

Dawn is a great host, really kind and responsive. Her place is new and clean (safe for a solo traveler too). I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!!

The host was responsive, the space is very easy to access. In a very central LA location. Clean and practical. You have all you need to a pleasant stay!

My daughter and I had a lovely visit to Montecito and enjoyed staying at Santa’s wonderful place. Check in and out were very easy and we found ourselves walking down to Coast Village for coffee and shopping a number of times. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood and also the close proximity to Westmont College.

Comfortable, clean, easy place to get in and out of, convenient to nice restaurants and airport. We had to spend two days here last minute between two longer stays during the scramble to find accommodation after the Fires, and were lucky to find a place that was nice for our whole family and pet. We needed some peace and we got it for a bit.

Joey was very responsive. The place was super close to the Santa Barbara Downtown area. It's super easy to access and Uber around. I would definitely stay again when I am in Santa Barbara.

The room is clean. It also has the Disney+, Apple TV. So we didn’t felt boring during our stay. The neighbor is peaceful and beautiful. It’s really a nice choice for the journey.

One of the biggest highlights is the unbeatable location. The marina is just a short stroll away, making it perfect for scenic walks and enjoying the waterfront. The convenience of having a supermarket and great restaurants nearby made my stay even more enjoyable—everything I needed was right at my fingertips! Monet’s hospitality is exceptional, and she goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience. I didn’t hesitate to return, and I’ll definitely be back again. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay, this is it!

We absolutely loved Geoffrey’s place and getting to know him and Annika a bit. So clean, great energy, comfortable, and it was perfect to have the hot tub and sauna available. We will be back again!

BH We’ve been trying to get away for a long time, and we’re looking for the right place, somewhere off the grid, scenic, and relaxing. Boy did we score big! The stunning views of the “boulder river”, the entire property to ourselves, with every small detail warm and inviting, we were thrilled and would recommend this anyone in a heartbeat. Booked this place for a weekend in March and it was amazing! Close to lots of cute shops and restaurants close by. Would love to stay here again.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Family of four with two pre-teen sons, we had lots of space to spread out and store our things. Location was great and walkable to lots of family dining. The property was clean and there was ample parking in the garage. No EV charging on site but there was a good (and inexpensive) level two charger near the Starbucks, which was a 5 minute walk away. The unit is very close to Six Flags and an easy drive down to LA (we went to Griffith Observatory....highly recommend). The unit is a little difficult to find the first time but Robert gave some very detailed instructions and a map to help us out....he also proactively offered to meet us, which I declined since we were coming in late. Robert responded to my questions quickly. We had an amazing family trip and would most definitely stay at Robert's place again.

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.
