Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

Great location and view from apartment

This apartment is exactly as pictured. This place was not a planned stay. Our family had an emergency and the owner and staff were very helpful. They even delivered the key to us to help us out. The owner was always available when needed. There’s a wonderful Italian restaurant directly below the apartment that was absolutely delicious. Also a great deli right around the corner. Very walkable to anything you may need. We would definitely stay again.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Amazing place! So happy that I was able to snag this place as last minute as I did. The original apt that I got was not available so they swapped me over to another apt, super similar! I appreciated them asking me if that was okay before moving forward! Complex is super close to the pier! Both hosts were super responsive to any questions I had, which were a lot! Place was super clean, no imperfections! Made multiple target runs to the one nearby, super convenient. A little hesitant when having food delivered, but the doordashers were aware of how to get into complex. Overall, will definitely look here again when I come back! Thank you again!

This was a great stay because of the location and walkability of the building to good food, easily accessible to all conveniences and the airport. The beds are very comfortable. The access to BBQ grills and parking is great. The building is a little hard to navigate at first but Tom makes it easy to understand w videos he texts you at check in. The air purifier is a nice touch. This was a great option for my two kids and me after we were displaced by the Palisades fire and we had a very pleasant stay. Can recommend and would book again.

Family of four with two pre-teen sons, we had lots of space to spread out and store our things. Location was great and walkable to lots of family dining. The property was clean and there was ample parking in the garage. No EV charging on site but there was a good (and inexpensive) level two charger near the Starbucks, which was a 5 minute walk away. The unit is very close to Six Flags and an easy drive down to LA (we went to Griffith Observatory....highly recommend). The unit is a little difficult to find the first time but Robert gave some very detailed instructions and a map to help us out....he also proactively offered to meet us, which I declined since we were coming in late. Robert responded to my questions quickly. We had an amazing family trip and would most definitely stay at Robert's place again.

Condo is on main floor with easy access to the community pool! It is close by the airport, but the noise is truly not an issue inside the unit. Everything was squeaky clean and we had an amazing short family vacation!

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. If you are looking for a place close to UCLA this place is perfect. Trader Joe’s and Target right around the corner. Although the location is centrally located in bustling Westwood, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Looks just like the photos. The hosts were very communicative, helpful and flexible. I will definitely be staying here again.

the space was better beautiful. i absolutely loved the area. the check in was super easy and the space looked just like the pictures. the host was kind and friendly. he answered every question i had. would definitely recommend staying here if needed to in the area.

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

Char is truly an excellent host. Very responsive, proactive and communicative. The entire space was very clean, well arranged and decorated in a very calming and welcoming manner. The back deck is very beautiful and many hours can be spent bird watching from there. Everything was as described. This is truly a very special place to stay and it was a privilege staying here.

One of the nicest air b and b’s we’ve stayed at. Very pleasant and comfortable, and designed to feel welcoming and homey. It may have been good Spring timing, but there were pretty blooms outside every window, the yard was lush, the furniture plush. Seems like someone put a lot of thought and care into putting this place together. We, and our two little dogs, felt right at home!

Beautiful place in a nice quiet setting. Plenty of privacy but still right up the street from all the action of the westlake area. Just a few minutes from the highway. The pictures don't do the views justice! Waking up in the master bedroom with a corner view of the canyon was wonderful. Plenty of room to walk around on the property and the game room for the kids was perfect. We would totally stay here again.

This Santa Barabara upper riviera studio is exactly what I expected. It is a smallish room with beautiful views of the ocean. She has segregated a largish area outside to enjoy the views. My one complaint inside is that it could be lighter. I have suggested she change to a higher wattage light, and that should remedy the problem. She has lots of appliances for your every need. Shower was refreshing. All in all, I got what I paid for!

Architecturally stunning, comfortable, quiet and serene. Everything you need and nothing more. Simple, thoughtful details throughout. Loved being 5 minutes from excellent restaurants. Truly a delightful stay and artistically curated.

Our stay at Colin’s home was outstanding. Colin provided excellent instructions on how to gain access to his home. His home was exceptionally comfortable, quiet, clean and safe. The neighborhood was very pleasant and easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. The home offered a very pleasant front and backyard to relax in, and the many floor to ceiling windows gave the home a feeling of being outdoors. Colin was quick to be in contact with any questions we had. We are looking forward to staying again when next in Los Angeles.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Cynthia & Gustavo ’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Lovely stay. The house was very clean and quiet, in a beautiful, secure area. The amenities were good (including a washer and dryer that were very easy to use) and the house was very comfortable. Gary was responsive to communication (but did not pester) and helped with anything that came up. I would definitely stay again.
