We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. This home is an absolute dream—a true zen retreat. The stunning design, surrounded by a beautiful slice of California. An unforgettable escape. The blend of Spanish and Japanese-inspired simplicity is exquisite, and the rejuvenating tub was a highlight. Sleeping in the tower felt magical! The location is amazing, and Carpinteria holds a special place in my heart. I’d love to return and share this experience with my mother. Thank you for offering such a beautiful space—I’m truly grateful and can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great experience at Adam's place, we were evacuated and he was very flexible with our check in time. It was really close to the Rosewood and we got daypasses to go, just a walk away. We look forward to going back!

The house was wonderful and the setting was spectacular. My 3 boys had a lot of fun exploring and using the pool and spa. I’m pretty sure my dog probably had the most fun and was a bit depressed when we had to leave. I loved the feeling be being remote and tucked away but still being close to great restaurants. It was a truly relaxing getaway and I can’t wait to come back.

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

Great spot for my family to stay when they came into town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is better than pictured. A bonus, we barely experienced any bugs outside. We spent a lot of time outside since it was so nice. Host were very friendly. Great location.

The house was exactly as described. My family had an amazing time. We didn't use the everything that was provided but was available if needed. We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of the nights. Our family stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. The house location was conveniently located near Downtown LA, Universal Studios, great food and anything else you may want to do, the best part is the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I definitely recommend this place for your trip. The host responded in a timely manner to respond to any questions we had. Definitely worth 5 stars

Monika was an absolute joy to have as a host. The house was beautiful and clean. The communication stood out the most to me, she’s right on top of responding. I had a lovely stay at Corina’s, there are truly so many great things I could mention! Corina was attentive and helpful even prior to my stay when I had several questions for her. The house itself is beautiful and every inch of it felt cared for. I loved looking out at the view from both decks and relaxing by the fire inside. The house had everything I needed, with several nice touches such as the piano. It was very peaceful, I’d definitely return!

My fiance and I stayed 2 nights for a romantic birthday getaway and it was perfect. Debra was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The cabin is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a lot of privacy only 5 minutes away from the PMC town center. The smooth self check-in and having the whole place to ourselves made us feel right at home. The cabin is the perfect blend of both cozy and luxurious. Cozy: - Awesome wood stove to make a fire - Many big, soft blankets - Closet full of board games, card games, puzzles - Tons of natural light - Two decks with ample seating to enjoy the mountain air and views - Backyard nestled among pretty trees; you feel part of the forest Luxurious: - Smart TV with many streaming services and a huge DVD collection - Fully equipped kitchen, very easy to cook in - Fancy heated toilet and bidet - Large standing shower in one bathroom and a big soaker tub in the other - Big, comfortable bed - Very clean

Loved the location as there is a nice little hiking trail right off the backyard. Quiet and peaceful. House was cute, perfect for kids.

The YAY frame is magical — the energy is great, the location is peaceful and the set up is super cozy. Joy is an awesome host, very reliable, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The small town of PMC is cute and peaceful and really easy to get to from LA. We loved it and would definitely come back!

I love this cabin. The floor plan is efficiently laid out and the architecture inside is appealing. I love the interior trusses. They give the feel of a well built structure or well built old wooden ship that could handle sailing the world many times, and give a strong sense of shelter. The decor is great, subdued earthy colors are relaxing with just the right amount of decorations to make you feel cozy without feeling cluttered. I love the nautical theme in the right bedroom. I love PMC and exploring those mountains. Unfortunately on this visit I had to work the whole time and didn’t get to hike but I had everything I needed. Mona is really helpful, responsive, and friendly. I would love to come back sometime. Thanks Mona!

Our visit to Asher’s cabin was probably our favorite cabin visit yet! The place is beautifully constructed and decorated, so it was such a pleasure to just relax and take in the look and feel of the place. Despite being listed as a “tiny” cabin, it had everything we needed - an amazing fireplace, smart TV, video games, guitar, everything needed to cook, and all the stuff needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the torch he had for the fireplace and how it made starting a fire extremely fast - this is a hack we will definitely never forget. We made good use of the hot tub and it was nice that it was pre-heated and just outside the back door so that it isn’t a long walk in the cold before getting to the hot tub. Asher was very communicative and provided good recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It had everything needed for two people to have an amazing stay - we can’t stop talking about how great our stay was and highly recommend to anyone interested in it!
