The home was comfortable in a minute I walked in it. I did not want to leave? Well definitely rent again.

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

We loved Andy’s place. We felt right at home. It was just like the description. It had a nice little back yard with outdoor patio and you can bbq as well. So many restaurants and lots to do nearby. We loved that the home had board games. The kids enjoyed it and we got to spend some extra family time.

Susan was a joy to communicate with. Very responsive.

This was a great spot for a quick trip! All was clean and as described!

Marcelo was awesome. He met us and was super accommodating to my dogs and I, as well as flexible for my friends to visit with their kids since it was raining that night. Place had all necessary essentials to make my visit comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, parking a plus, easy to get to as well as shopping and restaurants close. The yard was great and my dogs enjoyed playing and running around after a long day out. I felt very comfortable and safe my entire visit. I would definitely book again. Thank you Marcelo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. We would love to come back! Thanks so much for a great weekend.

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

The house was exactly as described. My family had an amazing time. We didn't use the everything that was provided but was available if needed. We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of the nights. Our family stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. The house location was conveniently located near Downtown LA, Universal Studios, great food and anything else you may want to do, the best part is the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I definitely recommend this place for your trip. The host responded in a timely manner to respond to any questions we had. Definitely worth 5 stars

We truly enjoyed our stay... it felt as though we had escaped to a secret hidden oasis. The attention, details and care Nathan and Humberto put into their home is what made us appreciate it more. Extremely warm and thoughtful host. Every amenity is right on hand in their full Chef's kitchen 😍. Perfect for a couples getaway or a solo R&R. Nathan I want to give you special kudos for the baked goods on my birthday. From one baker to another...Delicious! Thank you, you truly represent the Super Host title.

Francesca really made my first air bnb experience very smooth and comfortable. The house was perfect in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Encino. Tons of room for myself, my partner and 4 children. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers in the Encino commons which is a very short drive (about 5 mins). The house was beautifully laid out and clean and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Francesca was quick and responsive with whatever questions I had and gave us directions perfectly and concisely. She even had a booklet of the house layout, instructions, and recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. My family and I felt safe comfortable and right at home in Francesca’s place. We definitely recommend booking with her our experience exceeded our expectations! THANKS AGAIN FRANCESCA! :) <3

Sara was an amazing host. The location was perfect! We walked to breakfast every morning, and were in driving distance to all the things we planned to do while we were in town. The bed was super comfortable and dark! Would stay again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! My daughter and I had a wonderful time the space was clean, roomy, and felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better just a short walk to the beach, close to great restaurants, and easy access to everything we needed. We loved having bicycles available to explore the area, and it was so nice to have our own private space to relax after a day exploring the town! Tiana was a wonderful host very attentive made our stay feel more like home! We will definitely be returning! I can’t recommend this place enough!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a great stay! They were very accommodating of my special request for dogs. We had just enough space for a couple large crates. The place was clean and well organized. I loved the information and everything was well labeled. Overall very peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood seemed nice.

Karen's place was a great last minute stay for us while visiting family just a half mile away in Thousand Oaks. The big yard was great for the dog and made it easy to pull our truck into. The cottage is super clean and devoid of clutter which is nice. Bed was comfortable...though wish it was a queen size bed, but I totally understand that would be a tight fit. Washer/dryer worked well for us. Had one minor hiccup with some contractors who showed up to work on installing a new gate. Karen was quick to apologize and check-in with us. I appreciated that and it was a no harm, no foul item. On the plus side...the new gate to get into the property is a nice upgrade!

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Our stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. The host was very responsive to our questions and wanted to make sure we had everthing we needed since we decided to extend our stay. The Airbnb is beautifully furnished, very clean and in a great neighborhood.

Nancy is a wonderful hist and the B's Hive was a perfect nest for us to rest while visiting family in Newbury and Oaks. Make sure to make time for hiking trails accessible only a block away.

We stayed at The Vine for a week and had a great stay. This was our first airbnb experience and we would definitely return. The suite was stocked with amenities and snacks. We honestly could have showed up with just our clothing. Very dog friendly, safe walkable neighborhood, and felt very private. Jennifer is super friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. We really felt like it was our place while we stayed. Highly recommend!
