Excellent stay at Brenda’s house, beautifully decorated, well supplied and in a good location close to supermarket and everything else. Our kids and mother-in-law enjoyed the backyard a lot. Thanks Brenda for hosting us!

I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

Beautiful, beautiful home. I visited with my wife and two small children, and the enclosed yard was perfect for us. The home is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Alexis was very communicative and available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to stay here again on our next SB visit.

I booked the Deckhouse for my birthday weekend and it was perfect. The deck is definitely the highlight, but all the rooms are spacious and accommodated the 5 of us with ease. The kitchen is well stocked and the farm fresh eggs were such an incredible bonus to the stay. We used the hot tub several nights and my only feedback is it would be great if it could fit the number of people allowed to stay there (it comfortably fits 4). I could not ask for a better host than Lisa. She is incredibly responsive, and allowed me to host friends for the dinner party of my dreams.

Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Ian’s place. The duplex is idyllic, the location was perfect. We hope to stay there again soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

This was a magical house i will definitely return to. I grew up spending time in this canyon and this creek view spot really felt like an alternate world. We loved the thoughtful details in the space including the amazing bathtub and bidet with a seat warmer. The sounds of frogs all night were amazing, and the hot tub we used every day. Mona was also incredibly flexible with our early travel arrival. It was all around wonderful.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Maddi’s place was perfectly situated - walkable to beach, funk zone, even zoo! That was a wonderful surprise perk we hadn’t realized until a day was just a tad cold to sit by the water all day). The place was just as expected, clean and comfortable, with wonderful upgrades in the right places (hello bathroom). The hot tub was used daily during our stay, and it’s nice to have the private outdoor space back there too. We couldn’t fit our SUV in the dedicated spot because of our cargo box, but street parking was easy and safe right outside. We frequent SB, and will definitely keep Maddi’s place on the top of our list for future trips.

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

We really enjoyed this space. It was wonderfully quiet, cozy, and comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby's house! The place was lovely, clean, and exactly as described. Bobby was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had promptly. It was clear he truly cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend staying here – we’ll definitely be back!

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. The hosts were kind and allowed us to check in a little early. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying at this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home , with beautiful views . Hot tub is huge and feels amazing . We saw that the owners are creating a gazebo add on room outside , it wasn’t finished during our stay but looks like it’s gonna be so nice . Wonderful place

What an absolutely incredible stay! This place completely exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and packed with everything we could possibly need. From the cozy beds to the amazing amenities (that pool!!), every detail was clearly thought out with care. As someone who usually struggles to sleep in places that aren’t my own, I was honestly shocked at how well I slept here. I got all my beauty sleep, which is a miracle for a tourist constantly on the go! That alone says everything! Shawn is hands down one of the best hosts we’ve ever had, so warm, communicative, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. We felt so comfortable and welcomed the entire time. If you’re even thinking about booking this place, stop thinking and do it, you will not regret it! Already dreaming of coming back! Thanks Shawn!
