We have stayed in numerous rentals and this house was by far one of our favorites. It is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture ( indoor as well as outdoor) and offered so many amenities I could not list. If you can think of it, Nick has probably supplied it! The setting of this home is in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with sidewalks. We enjoyed walking through the various streets each morning and checking out the neighborhoods. The backyard is a private oasis with lush landscaping, a private dock and a wonderful heated pool. We were in the pool everyday and even caught a few fish and blue crab off the dock! Nick was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating when we needed a few extra hours due to our later flight. We would definitely recommend Nicks place to anyone considering staying in the Fort Lauderdale area. After one stay, you’ll be like us, trying to find a way to return to Nicks Place!

We were looking for a house outside the center with a private backyard and Tim's house was a perfect choice. It was spacious and very comfortable, great for our longer stay. The beds were super comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook at home. The fridge comes with a cold water dispenser which was very handy. Tim is an excellent host. He replied very quickly when we had questions or issues and followed up to make sure each of the problems was resolved. Internet connection (once we were provided with access to a second network) worked well throughout the entire house and even in the backyard, far away from the router. The neighborhood is safe and green. You're one minute away from the highway but no traffic noise reaches the house. The worst part is that there's regular noise coming from leaf blowers and lawnmowers (and other noise generated by landscaping companies), but that's common in Miami and doesn't depend on the host.

My family and I loved our stay. Heaven was quick to answer any questions and offer assistance. The home is close to everything in Fort Lauderdale and was beautiful inside and out. The landscaping was just amazing and inspiring. One of their super cool landscapers was there on our third day and offered to chop a few coconuts for us and cut them open. Nothing like fresh coconut juice. We had a great time and would stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay at Luis's place. Great location a few miles drive to the beach and restaurants. Luus was a great host, he communicated really well leading up to our stay, and all throughout our time there. u would highly recommend Luis place to anyone.

Great place to spend a night before a cruise. Bed was very comfortable. Anthony’s restaurant across the street had really good pizza and we were close to both the airport and cruise port.

We really enjoyed the large private front porch and the house. This was the 2nd time I've stayed in this house. Derek always promptly response to any messages or calls ive made to him. This place is located close to all kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Derek is a super host!

Wow, great spot on all levels. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the furniture/beds were all comfortable. The backyard area was great. And the location is just excellent--super close to many parts of the Grove, and easy access to groceries/food/etc.

It was an amazing stay .... we enjoyed ourselves .. the location was prime.. everyone on property was great ... very peaceful and serene .. I will stay there again without a doubt ..

Great house, location and excellent host

Eden was a wonderful get away for and I. Even though I worked somedays it felt as though I was already on vacation. The yard and pool were very private and nice for lounging around in the sun. Evenings were our favorite time to sit around the pool and watch the sunset. This was such a wonderful place and really appreciated Christina's responsiveness to any of our needs. Definitely would recommend.

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

W chose to stay at Monica’s place having read countless positive reviews. Needless to say we were not disappointed. Monica’s house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It suited all ages in our group of 7 from a 1 year old to a 62 year old! The pool was a huge plus and provided hours of entertainment for our children. Monica was very responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. We wanted to dry our clothes on an air dryer which wasn’t present in the house but Monica went out of her way to order it for us and it arrived two days later - couldn’t ask for a better host. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay close to lots of place. We especially loved the bikes and ride them nightly down to the beach and along the Broadwalk (even in a rainstorm). There was stores very close to the home within walking/ biking distance. Pool was great but we did not use it too much as we were out touring along the beach most of the time. Owners were very responsive to messages and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Location is convenient to everything Pompano Beach has to offer while still being tucked away from the main road for privacy and quiet. The pool was pristine and we enjoyed our time splashing around outside!

We had an awesome stay at Cynthia's property. The location is great. It's outside of Miami far enough where you don't have a crazy amount of traffic but close enough for a short to medium length drive to other destinations & attractions. The property is fantastic. it is well maintained, clean and very spacious (there were 4 in our party). The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. We took many walks around the area. There is some traffic noise but by no means a deterrent for choosing this property. For us the pool is a highlight. It's a large pool & deck and the water is kept warm. Cynthia is a great host. She provided and responded to all communications very timely. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Just back to Canada, Thanks for our great host Pascal having his lovely home for us to stay during 2024 Christmas week! Lee is a very friendly and responsive host, we had a a small internet connection issue and he came right over and to us and fixed the issues and showed us how to reboot it if needed in future The unit inside and out was very clean and nicely decorated and having the beach chairs available for us to use was great and having access to the pool and most of all dog friendly

This is a tastefully decorated little villa. It was a cute and cozy home away from home. The hosts are kind and helpful, as well as very responsive. The location is a bit further from the beach than we expected, but that’s on us for not researching further. It was a great price for a quality stay. My friends and I felt safe and satisfied with our time here.

Are first stay at an AirBNB. Extremely pleased. The place was completely as described. We arrived earlier then check-in and was just going to walk around area and explore. However, Ryan got alerted by doorbell cam. He immediately called me and gave me code for door to get in. The location is perfect. 5-7 minute walk to beach. Beach is clean and quiet. The private pier is a nice added bonus. Our five year old grandson fished for the first of the pier. Actually caught a Blowfish on third cast! Pool pump apparently went out the day before we arrived. Since the heater works with pump, the pool was not heated. Ryan called and explained the issue. He did everything he could to get new pump. Finally had to order on line. Expected delivery would have been the day before we left. He was able to get it delivered sooner and it was in place by third day. Ryan responded to all messages or calls within minutes. Bottom line “thanks Ryan” for making our first experience with Air BNB a pleasant one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood. House matched the description and was perfect for our family holiday. Koraly was very responsive and flexible.

Had great stay at the Latitude Key location. We took the largest unit with the best water view and it was well worth it. The unit was spotless, well appointed, and everything was spelled out in detail. Latitude Key was extremely responsive - although we only had small typical vacation issues to clarify. The location is perfectly located. Can walk to the beach, several beautiful parks nearby, and plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. You could drive within 10-15 minutes to Lauderdale by the Sea and Los Almos. I would highly recommend. Two big thumbs up.

Wir haben uns im dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt :) 6 Männer zwischen 33 und 44. Eine Schiebetür konnten wir nicht abschließen, da sie defekt war, sodass wir von innen einen Golfschläger hinlegen mussten. Dies wurde bei der Übergabe aber gemeldet. Ansonsten sind auch überall Alarmmelder an den Schiebetüren installiert. Sollten wir nochmal nach Miami reisen, würde ich wieder dieses Airbnb buchen :))
