Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Fort Walton! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the cozy setup that made me feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had! If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Fort Walton, I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to visit again!

Yingjie's place is just as expected! The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! In the mornings you can see boats coming out of the bay from one side and then entering into the Gulf in front of you. We saw dolphins multiple times right from the private beach! The proximity to the elevator/parking garage/pool and hot tub and water is perfect! Lots of great restaurants and shopping with in driving distance! Yingjie was a fantastic communicator and our stay was perfect!

Great place to stay!! Airbnb was spotless when we arrived and had all the amenities listed. Short walk to the beach which was taken advantage of many times.

Perfect place for the week. The amenities offered by the neighborhood were great. We enjoyed being across the road from the beach and just steps from the pool.

We had a fantastic stay at Christina's beach house with our family of eight. The house itself is exactly as advertised, with great amenities including a pool and grill. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was particularly nice, well-equipped for cooking at home, which we really liked. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach or pool, making it easy to enjoy either. However, there were a few things to be aware of. After booking, we were required to sign an agreement that was heavily in favor of the host. While this didn’t pose any issues for us, it’s important to note that there are several fees if you don’t comply with certain instructions. Additionally, the cleaning fee was quite high, yet we were still expected to do some of the cleaning and laundry ourselves, which felt a bit too much. Despite these points, we had a wonderful time and Christina was a great host. I recommend this property, just be aware of stipulations.

I highly recommend renting this home! There are not enough star's to give it. It was so clean, beautiful, and the location was great. Everything listed on the description was exactly how we found things. Tyler was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and very accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect vacation. I will be saving this rental for further trips and will be glad to pass along to friends visiting Destin! We loved the house and the great location to the beach. The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and in a great location to everything you want to do in Destin. The pool was great and there were lots of pool, beach gear, and bikes in the garage. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. Overall a great place and we will definitely come back!

Maria was a fabulous host. She was eager to provide tips on shopping, restaurants and local attractions. She was easy to get in touch with and always friendly. The home was exactly as described and very clean. It was an awesome benefit to have someone on the property drive around on a large golf cart to bring you to and from the beach, the walk was a little further than expected but not horrible. Maria also has a shed full of beach stuff we were able to use such as chairs, umbrellas, floats and a wagon. We had a great time and made some awesome memories. I will definitely book again 😎

WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME WITH THE PLACE. IT WAS CLEAN AND LOVED THE GIFT OF THE SPICES. VERY SPACIOUS. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. DECORATED NICE AND BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE.

Traveling with two little kids and a senior, I was concerned that our accommodation would not meet our requirements, but Seaspray was absolutely amazing. The decoration is beautiful, it has everything you need (and more), the access to the beach is just a few steps away and the complementary umbrella and chairs are a plus. We arrived on Sunday and the office was closed, but access and check-in was very easy. We can't wait to go back!

The condo had everything we were looking for - short walk to the private beach, plenty of parking, quiet at night. The kitchen was fully equipped for every meal I made. Restaurants, shopping, and dining were very close. Bed was very comfortable. I'm ready to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Playa. The location was exactly as described. There are too many great things to mention them all. Some of our favorite things were: the extra soft towels, well equipped with beach items, having an ice maker, and comfy beds. Lastly the response time when we had a few minor issues was incredible. Ryan was quick to respond and quick to fix the issue. We will be back again!

Fully functional unit, just a walk across the street to the beach with Stewby's (amazing seafood) right next door. Take note: the pool area is not open for use until May first as the pool is not heated. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. Jerry was an amazing host!
