We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. Beds were comfortable & most enjoyed having the ocean view with the sunrise every morning & being able to have door open @ times to hear the ocean waves. Nice to have the extra blankets when it got chilly.

Jamie at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls trip! The only thing was the Jacuzzi could use a good clean. There's some suspicious black buildup around the edges that needs scrubbed. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

The place was very clean and neat. The host was very attentive and helpful of any concerns. Walking distance to the beach and lounging chairs on beach with room number. We would diffidently come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place. We felt very comfortable, nice calm beachy vibe with furniture and decor. Kitchen very well stocked and great to cook meals. Pantry space great too. Bathrooms spacious, bedrooms very comfortable and the walk in master bedroom closet was a wonderful surprise. This is the first place I stayed where there were numerous hangers in each closet which I personally love and appreciate! The views out to the gulf were stunning as the sun glistened so beautifully. The building amenities were great -we enjoyed the gym, BB, tennis and pickleball courts -all very nicely paved. Pool is spacious, heated and access to beach great. Destin keeps beach very clean, “singing”pristine white sand wonderful! Long Walks up and down beach felt very safe barefoot -super clean. There are a few planes that fly right by because nearby airport, but they are mostly smaller planes bc small airport. The sunsets are amazing over the water! Just gorgeous & wonderful!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The views were so beautiful and the condo had everything you could possibly need. It was so convenient having a kitchen with pots and pans so we could make food at the place. The washer and dryer was a huge plus too. When I had a question, Derek was very responsive. Overall, great experience. I definitely recommend!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and we felt so comfortable. Marisela was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. The bedroom and pull out couch was super accomodating for the 3 of us. The condo looked exactly like the photos. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Check in with security was very easy. It was very convenient to have a room code and not worry about carrying a key around. The complex was very quiet and clean. It was nice being at the end of the beach because it made it feel more private. Lots of local restaurants, shopping, and activities minutes from here. The condo had almost everything we needed which helped with packing. I also appreciated that the laundry room was right next door. Marisela helped make this a trip that we will remember forever! If you are booking a place in Fort Walton, you won't be disappointed here. We are already excited to come back and stay here!

This a beautifully decorated condo. Spacious, clean and on the beach. Great parking options. Limited view of the beach thru the buildings but we did see a large pod of dolphins from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely rent this condo again.

we had a wonderful time. we chose this condo to have access to the beach and it did not fail only two-three minute walk from the condo. The pool was nice and warm its heated. we had three adults and three children with us and it had more than enough room. I would recommend making sure that you have any food or snacks or seasonings before you get there that way you don't have to go back out to get that stuff later on. overall I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area the price was perfect. in the beach has white sand in the water was beautiful.

Our stay was great! The view in the from and back was amazing, we got up to see the sun rise in the balcony and the sunset the place was clean and the decoration is excellent thanks for letting us use your place. If you are going to stay bring your own paper towels, shampoo, body wash, napkins dish soap, and things you may use if you want to cook. Other than that was a nice experience have a great stay you will enjoy it!

Ashley’s condo had everything we needed. She was very helpful with suggestions for great restaurants and any other questions I had. The beach at the condo is amazing! White sands and blue water 💙🤍

The communication was very timely from booking, all the way through checkout. The pictures were exactly what we got…..the amazing view of the beach and the gulf. The condo was spotless and everything worked and was what the listing showed. The resort had added benefits of 3 pools, tiki bar and a cafe for breakfast and lunch. We would definitely recommend staying here. And we will be returning next time we visit Destin.

Our stay at Aubrey‘s place was exceptional. Before our vacation began, we had a death in the family, as well as a huge snow and ice storm, that affected our travel. Aubrey was extremely helpful and willing to be flexible to help us out. We were extremely grateful for her kindness! The condo was very nice. Well equipped, and very nice property, very short walk to the beautiful low populated quiet beach. The only thing that I would suggest, is that if you have bad knees, or trouble getting up and down, this might not be the place for you because the toilet is extremely low to the ground. My parents came over to visit, and had to go to the “public” restroom down the hall because they would not be able to get up off of the toilet. It was not a problem for us, but was for my 70+ year-old parents.

Ulla’s place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just like the pictures shown. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances and plenty of dishes. She has beach chairs and a cooler to use. The chairs on the balcony were perfect and the drying rack was really useful. There are plenty of towels and linens. There was also a blow up matress and three portable fans which came in handy. We didnt see anyone coming or going or have to share the elevator, it was very peaceful. The pool was great and the beach was right there. There was laundry soap and dishwasher soap there to use and small hotel style samples to use in the shower. This place was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Ulla is so kind and caring. She reached out to check on us and was very easy to communicate with.

The house was stunning; the neighborhood was gorgeous. We had our private beach, and everything was a walk away. I felt very safe and right at home.

Tracy's home is immaculate. You'll have your own lovely bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of places to hang clothes. The home decor is lovely, featuring vintage quilts, vintage suitcases and vintage pottery. Todd and Tracy are very generous with guests, allowing use of their dock, foosball table, dining room table, plates, glasses and silverware. They directed us to an enjoyable bike ride on the Highway 30A bike trail. We enjoyed our conversations with them and learned that we have much in common. They enjoy people and it shows in their hosting.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Clean and well stocked and conveniently located. We were minutes from restaurants, shopping and activities. This was the most well stocked kitchen in any place we have rented! I don't think there is anything you would need that was not in this kitchen not to mention it was nice and large. The decor was beautiful and made you feel right at home! The condo complex had everything you need. The pickleball courts were a big plus for our stay and pool was large and our sons thoroughly enjoyed it. The patio on the condo was perfect for watching the waves roll in while having coffee or eating a bite of lunch. The master bath was HUGE! We loved the oversized shower. Having a washer and dryer was so nice as we were able to keep up with our laundry easily. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Destin and we will be back! The host was quick to respond to very pleasant to work with. Thanks so much!

The View was outstanding and everything that was promised! The condo itself is nicely renovated and the tile work and paint is very fresh and classy. This place will give you everything you are looking for in a nice Beach vacation you will not be disappointed.

Amy was an amazing host!! The condo was beautiful, and so clean!! She was quick to respond to me when we had a sudden change in our plans. We will definitely be back to stay again!!
