Extraordinary hosts!!!! The cottage was fully stocked, and very cleaned. They welcome you and allow you to walk their beautiful area as if it’s yours. Loved going out to the water every morning with my pups and on canoe rides. They welcomed my fur babies even when they were naughty and not listening. I could go on and on about this couple. We definitely plan to book with them again!!!

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

the place was amazing! just a short walk from the beach but was still private and quiet. some of the reviews mention construction debris in the backyard but when my group was there it was all clean. the place is really nice and cozy. the air conditioners saved us. minimally kitchen supplies, but enough to make a meal. if you don’t want to constantly do dishes just bring plastic utensils. overall we had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay . The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the home had all the amenities I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Chanell was very proactive in communicating while we were on our stay. We felt very comfortable here and we also were allowed to bring our dog for an extra fee, which was completely feasible! We loved how close the walk to the beach was and just the quietness of the area. Would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to come back to FWB! Also, Destin was not 10 minutes away and we got to check that area out as well!

We really enjoyed staying at Dina and Halph’s townhome recently. Everything was clean and ready for use. We really enjoyed using the grill and enjoyed the outdoor space in the back patio ! This is a great place to bring your pet and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Dina and Halph

The house was gorgeous. Plenty of space, lots of beds and bedrooms, a beautiful back yard with the pool and hot tub. The game room and theater were definitely the highlights. All of this behind a security gate with a pin pad to enter, which gives you that extra safe feeling. Upon arrival, we had an issue with getting into the house, but Michael called immediately resolving the issue in no time. Other than that quick hiccup, there were no issues whatsoever! Michael gives plenty of detailed instructions and information prior to your stay which was very helpful and informative. We had an amazing experience and a beautiful stay! We definitely recommend staying at this house if you are traveling to Destin.

My family and I evacuated Tampa due to the hurricane so this was not a well planned trip in advance. The host was amazing with the last minute reservation, check in instructions, codes, and local recommendations. The house was beautiful inside and out and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay! Perfect for family and kids, just steps from the beach and pool. Private garage parking spot made coming and going easy. Marlena was an excellent host and excellent to communicate with. 10/10

We were here for our daughter’s beach wedding. 8 adults and 7 children. House was perfect for our needs. Everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the house!

We cannot say enough about Alicia. Finding out that we had to evacuate due to hurricane Ida, she was understanding and gracious through our entire stay. Even when we extended our time there it was no problem. Being on the top floor gave us incredible, panoramic views of aqua marine waves crashing upon sugar white sand beaches. The perfect view from the well furnished balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. We found everything we needed in the stocked kitchen pantries to cook with, all the living room furniture was comfortable enough to take naps in and the bed was roomy and plush. Our entire vacation from start to finish was hassle free, relaxing, and grand!

We were in the area for my daughter’s bachelorette celebration. The house accommodated our group of 8 very well, especially with 3 full bathrooms. The home is beautiful and close to the beach, shopping, etc. We had a few minor questions for the host and he was very responsive and in a quick time frame. I would highly recommend this stay -the local amenities (pool, pickleball) were also great!

Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The condo is very clean and basic needs were provided to get you started with dish soap and laundry. Great price for the location! We will definitely come back!

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

The property was perfect for our couples weekend getaway. Makenzie’s instructions were clear and the amenities matched the site! Our wives were extremely pleased (the husbands planned the trip). Thank you for providing an A+ home and experience! We will definitely be back!

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

Kemp’s house was pure perfection for our family. We live locally and decided to treat our 13 year old daughter and her friends to a sleep over on the beach. I can’t say enough good things about how beautiful and comfortable the home was!

We’ve been coming to Destin multiple times a year for a few years now. This is the best place we’ve found and it’s exactly as pictured! Awnna was a very responsive host and even alerted us to a hiccup before we knew there was one and then took care of it immediately. Sea Esta 1 is 5 out of 5 stars! We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of five (two adults, three kids) stayed here and had the most magical week. It was great to have two of the bedrooms on the second floor. A bonus was that the master had it's own bathroom and the most incredible ocean facing patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals all week. And we all cuddled on the couch every night to watch a movie. The BEST part was being RIGHT on the beach. The house has a ton of beach toys and chairs. Plus, a rental company set up an umbrella and two chairs for us every day. This beach front gets an amazing sunrise and sunset view. Very grateful for our week on the beach in this cute home!
