This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

Heather thank you so much you are a great host and your place was home away from home. We had a wonderful family vacation and really appreciate how clean and comfortable your was for us!!!

We had a great time! The beach was across the street, less than a 10 minute walk. Douglas has everything you need for the beach: towels, a wagon, chairs, an umbrella and sand toys. The condo was very clean and the size was perfect for the 5 of us. The pools are great! We never had a problem getting chairs. Pickleball and tennis was fun as well. They have rackets for guests.

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

The place was very clean, fully stocked kitchen making for easy meal prep. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Coffee shop was delicious!

We loved staying in this condo! Close to the beach and lots of restaurants! Beautiful view on the patio. Place felt very homey and so many kitchen accessories which was so nice! They really thought of everything! Only downside is the resort fee. Seems like he is the only person who does this seperate fee upon talking to other resort guests and looking at other places on Airbnb at the same resort. Not sure it was worth the extra fee since there weren’t any amenities other than a heated pool. However we did love our stay and would stay with Joe again!

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach was just a short walk away or we could use the shuttle. The only downside is not having private beach access but we knew that. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay here. It is described perfectly. The security gate and patrolling security was an added bonus. We hated to leave and will definitely try to return soon. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property! I could go on and on about all the great things about house and neighborhood but the easiest thing for me to say is the "descriptions and pictures are accurate and it's better when you see it in person." This is our first time in this particular house but second time in the neighborhood, and the neighborhood is amazing. Golf cart friendly, nature everywhere, lakes, the pool, very friendly neighbors. The golf cart being included is always a huge factor for my family. It's amazing when you can be in a place that you can literally use the golf cart to get around for everything, beach access, food access, just going for a drive to bakery and get a smoothie. :) When we come back to this area, I will absolutely be looking up both this property, and this management company. Thanks!

Craig is awesome. Easy check in for big groups for spring break. His house is beautiful and very close walk to beach. He also offers a golf cart which allowed us to get to Publix and to the beach. Craig and his wife had great hospitality for us. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Destin. I give it a 10/10

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

The house was very spacious and clean. It was great to have a large dining area and two sitting areas. The beach was within walking distance, but it was also fun to take the golf cart to the beach.

Great price and accommodations for access to all the area has to offer. Directions and check in were great. Host was quick to respond. Highly. Recommend!

The house is within walking distance of the beach. That's the main reason we decided to stay here. The house is clean and spacious for our group and has everything we need for our vacation trip. Liron is responsive and proactively checks in on us to ensure our stay is enjoyable. I would recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at Mary Galen's place! The first thing we noticed was how clean it looked and how clean it smelled as well. Perfect location for those who want to be near restaurants, shops, and the beach. We arrived before check-in and we were able to lounge by the pool while waiting. She was very responsive when it came to questions before our stay. I absolutely appreciate her being so accommodating and highly recommend her place for your stay!

The Merry Whale provided us with the perfect getaway! It's a beautiful, well kept, comfortable condo with the most tasteful and clever decorations, and an amazing view. Layla was so friendly and helpful even with the smallest concerns. The perfect host! The location is in the heart of Destin with lots to do. We loved the many and amazing restaurants that are along the strip. Yes, we are going back!

Florin was quick to respond to our questions (1 min or less). His place was very clean and had lots of hangers for all of my clothes. The atmosphere was great and so were the people! We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

I would recommend staying here. We loved the 9th floor balcony view of the resort pool (which was fun in and of itself) and nearby beach! A quick 3 minute drive across the street to gorgeous Henderson beach with its pure snowy sand and emerald colored, crystal-clear waters, and near other family-friendly attractions such as the HarborWalk. The condo was quite clean with a well-stocked kitchen we made good use of. Overall a very pleasant stay, other than the front desk being slightly lacking (plus the beds could be more comfortable) and loud resort guests. A great value for the price and location.

Amanda was an amazing host! Her condo had everything you needed and clear instructions listed. She was proactive and provided so much information up front which I loved. Location was perfect. Condo was super clean. Very thoughtful touches that you could tell Amanda goes the extra mile as a host (coffee pods, beach towels and chairs, laundry pods, soap in the shower, water bottles and complimentary snacks). And OMG the bed was amazing! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

My boyfriend and I had a great anniversary weekend here! Location was great and we loved the access to the beach. We will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful time at your place and truly appreciate you sharing it with us. Sandpiper Cove offered so much to do—golfing, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and beachcombing. The beach chair and umbrella setup was a fantastic extra! We loved starting our mornings with coffee and ending our days with happy hour on the balcony while watching golfers on hole #8 across the canal. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the necessities and more. We highly recommend it!
