I pointed some minor things to the owner’s rep, to improve curve appeal. Overall, it was great value and will definitely consider it again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Jerry’s place on Miramar Beach. Jerry was very responsive and his onsite property manager handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. The property was as described and landscaped nicely. Very pet friendly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and you can walk there. Lots of restaurants around too. We were there for 4 weeks. We happened to be there for the historic snow of 2025 and it made it fun!

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

The house was just as described. Beds were comfortable,kitchen was stocked with everything needed, plenty of room for our family of 5 to have our own space. Would definitely recommend and return.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

We had a great time at Hayley's place. Her home was perfect for our needs. Hayley communicates well, responds promptly, and addressed a minor issue very quickly. Would highly recommend her place!

This is a great location! It is a really nice place very close to the beach and great for bike riders. The internet had stability issues, but this is not the fault of the host, it has more to do with the provider. I would definitely stay here again, but people need to realize that there are a lot of stairs in this house, not a problem for most people, but people with mobility issues or with small children need to be aware. The hosts were very responsive to questions and concerns, so I would recommend this location. There was construction going on next door, very close to this house due to the nature of a resort area and how close houses are built. It was very loud, but again, this is not the fault of the host and will be done at some point, but it was extremely loud during all working hours including Saturday. All in all I would definitely recommend this location and these hosts, just trying to give an honest perspective.

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

This was a fantastic little spot for me and my partner! Very clean and homey, with nearby beach access. It was close enough to town to get there via scenic beach walk but still far enough away to feel cozy and out of the way. Lovely area, lovely vibe, and lovely place to stay! I wish we could have been there longer, but that's all the more reason to come back!

this place is flawless. safe, private, beautiful backyard setting with trees. bed is huge and comfortable. the space itself is very large. I was surprised how nice the decorations and furnishings were. does not feel like a rental. host couldn't have been nicer, very thoughtful. highly recommend.

This was our first time to Destin. The place was fantastic and exactly as described. We will definitely be back again soon and we will more than likely stay at this place again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Fort Walton! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the cozy setup that made me feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had! Our stay at the Surf Bunny was fantastic! The location was perfect, such a close walk to the beach and other local restaurants and stores. The place was spotless and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming and recommended so many great places to eat and things to do. It’s the perfect spot for a small spring break trip, and we’d definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I went down for 6 days during spring break and Dan’s place was a great place to stay at had everything we needed.

Easy access to the beach

This place was super close to the beach! The beach toys available for our toddler were super helpful not have to purchase any for single use. The chairs and umbrella were super helpful as well. They were placed out about 830/9. So if you get to the beach early, they may ask you to move out of the line of where they are putting the umbrellas. Lots of towels were available at the condo. In the kitchen, only 1 dishwasher pod was available for use, so if you plan on staying in for most meals, you may need to supplement more pods and a scrub brush as that was not provided. A washer and dryer is available, but you will need to supplement your own laundry pods. We stayed a week and only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided. Just a heads up! We really enjoyed our vacation! We definitely hope we can book again there another time!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Great place to stay, just a short walk to the beach. Well equipped with kitchen, washing and beach facilities all extensive. A few minor issues such as the door lock not working but they were resolved promptly

We had a wonderful time in this cozy condo. Close to lots of activities and right across the street from the beach. Would visit again!

This place was amazing. The hosts were easy to communicate with & helpful. The inside was beautiful, totally worth every single penny. If I could have stayed longer we would have. The kids really enjoyed it as well! Will definitely be back.

I only gave 4 stars because the toilet had not been cleaned. I cleaned it myself with the cleaning products that were under the sink and the floors thru out the house had not been mopped. I walked on it barefoot and my feet were very dirty. Also the bed pillows were very flat. For the price and convenience to the beach I would definitely stay at Garys place again.
