We had a great experience staying at one of Jerry and Liron’s places. They were so easy to communicate with, place was clean and tidy. Would stay at one of their places again. Great beach escape.

We can’t say enough about the comfort and quality we and our pups enjoyed at this home. We have rented beach homes in this area for 40 years and Mande’s tops them all. We’ll be back soon. Thanks for all the amenities, and for welcoming a family with a dog!

The house was large and accommodated a large group very well. We walked to the beach easily. The pool is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay.

the place was amazing! just a short walk from the beach but was still private and quiet. some of the reviews mention construction debris in the backyard but when my group was there it was all clean. the place is really nice and cozy. the air conditioners saved us. minimally kitchen supplies, but enough to make a meal. if you don’t want to constantly do dishes just bring plastic utensils. overall we had a great time!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! Maria was a fabulous host. She was eager to provide tips on shopping, restaurants and local attractions. She was easy to get in touch with and always friendly. The home was exactly as described and very clean. It was an awesome benefit to have someone on the property drive around on a large golf cart to bring you to and from the beach, the walk was a little further than expected but not horrible. Maria also has a shed full of beach stuff we were able to use such as chairs, umbrellas, floats and a wagon. We had a great time and made some awesome memories. I will definitely book again 😎

Playing Hooky is a charming beach home , with all the amenities mentioned and very thoughtfully set up. With clear instructions for everything. The area is private, safe and great for short walks with our dogs , very clean interior and with a well equipped kitchen Location is strategically in midsection of 30A, making it very easy access to great eating, shopping , state parks and events on 30A Highly recommend this house for a small family or someone whit pets

Great place close to the beach access! King beds in 3 rooms with private en-suite bathrooms was really nice to have. My elderly mom stayed in the king downstairs and the house was easy for her to navigate downstairs. The golf cart also made it easy getting to the beach and back! This house is right next to the pool also. The hosts were very responsive. The only thing I would add is bring oils, spices and extra TP/ trash bags/soap for bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and walks to beach at night for sunset. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!

So many great things to say about renting from Patrick & Maria. First off, the location of the house is absolutely perfect! Patrick & Maria were super helpful, always responded right away and went out of their way to make the stay extra special for our kids. Having the private heated pool was a big bonus for the kids. Having all of the beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels) available at the house was incredible, big plus! The kids have already asked to book another stay in Destin, but only if we rent the same house again. Amazing vacation, thank you!

This was an amazing place for my big family of 16! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Our Hosts were always responsive to any questions we had, they gave us recommendations to nearby places which was SO helpful! I highly recommend booking their beautiful home if you plan on coming to Florida, everything was so close of a drive! We came all the way from Missouri and had the best time and experience!

We really enjoyed staying at Dina and Halph’s townhome recently. Everything was clean and ready for use. We really enjoyed using the grill and enjoyed the outdoor space in the back patio ! This is a great place to bring your pet and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Dina and Halph

This is a fantastic pet-friendly cottage in Seaside— could not have asked for a better spot. Impressively clean and the host group was excellent. The rest of the review is for fellow dog owners to share additional details that would be helpful when considering booking. First, the yard is fenced in, but it is shared with three additional homes (one being a rental and two being residents). If you assumed this was a private yard, think again. One of the permanent resident homes does have a dog and uses this space and the rental next door also had a dog while we were renting. Plan to leash walk your dogs and if you have any reactivity issues, be aware there are other dogs potentially in the yard. Secondly, the bedroom upstairs is a loft with stairs— just an FYI for any elderly pups who need to navigate the steps. Lastly, there is a church next door which rings its bells loudly and has a Sunday service on a microphone so be aware on Sunday it can be noisy and the foot traffic increases.

Charles is very responsive and his main goal is to make sure you enjoy your time at his place and that you have everything you need. When we noticed something was missing, Charles delivered it to the property that morning. We had a great time using the golf cart to go to the beach, and the nightly activities within the property. We enjoyed our time here and appreciate the hospitality Charles offered. Excellent host!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and as pictured. Easy walk to the beach access. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Very pleasant stay. Victoria was a great host. She responded very quickly to my questions. I had trouble with the booking (no fault of the website, just me being technologically challenged), and she helped me right away. The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The little patio in the yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions.
