Fantastic location and brilliant communication. Kitchens were small but really well laid out and equipped and we had no problem cooking for 8 each evening. Beds were all really comfortable and to have a pool within a few seconds of the sea was perfect especially in the heatwave that hit Europe during our stay. Lots of useful bits and bobs around the villa to make the stay comfortable. Mosquitos can be an issue but there were plug in repellents in each room and sprays. Trogir is stunning and we only visited Split once, but really a couple of days exploring there would be good. We visited the source of the Cetina and really recommend that and the round road trip to and from it. A car (or scooter) is pretty essential, especially in the summer heat, and made visits to Okrug Gornji and Slatine that much easier. The little beach bar is quirky and a lot of fun, with beautiful views and is a very short walk or swim away.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Strandvilla war einfach perfekt! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar - direkt am Strand mit atemberaubendem Meerblick. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war tadellos, und die Ausstattung (Pool, Whirpool, Sauna und vieles weiteres ) ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Villa ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Wir haben die Zeit hier wirklich genossen! Diese Villa ist definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!

Tonka's place is incredibly fantastic and much recommended! There were 8 of us + baby and it was a perfect fit for our group! I think one of best things in the house is having terraces/balconies to chill (each floor has a spacy and beautiful furniture, with a view to the sea). There is also an inflatable swimming pool, which our baby enjoyed so much during hot days! The house was clean, well equipped and air conditioners were in each rooms, so we survived the hot days! It was an easy to walk to the beach and town itself was really cozy and nice to stay! Tonka is a super friendly host and made our stay very welcomed! I would recommend this house for a cozy family holidays for sure! Thank you for a nice stay!

We were five friends staying in Villa Leann for a week, and had the best time! The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Our favourite was the outside kitchen, sunny patio and the pool. There are two beaches within a 10 minute walk, and we loved Kava beach especially. Would recommend having a car while you’re staying there to travel around the area, to Trogir, and Split as well. Our host Antonela was super nice and friendly, she showed us everything in the house, and was very helpful throughout the stay. She even drove us to the shop when we arrived, since we didn’t have a car yet! Thank you! We would love to come back some time.

An amazing villa in a beautiful location. Very clean and has everything you need inside. Pool is beautiful overlooking the sea where you can hire jetski and paddle boards and a few beach bars. Beautiful coast walks too! Great communication from the hosts and a lovely welcome. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel around but this place is perfect for relaxing and visiting Trogir. Will hope to come back one day!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean and had a big pool area with sun-beds. It was easy to communicate with the host who replied quickly.

Everything was perfect! Ines is very friendly host, took very good care of us. Place is nice, filled with a lot to do - swimming pool, grill, sunbath beds, trampoline and a lot other! We were welcomed with drink, which was cute from Ines side. Also, house is accomodated with all neccessary food garnish (oil, salt, coffee and other). Really recomend staying here!🤍

Schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Vollständig ausgerüstete Küche mit allem was nötig ist, um selber zu kochen, was empfehlenswert ist, da das Haus eher abgeschieden ist. Sehr bequeme Betten. Wer Einsamkeit sucht sollte bedenken, dass sich in der Bucht ein Ankerplatz für Segler und Ausflugsboote befindet, sodass es gelegentlich etwas lauter sein kann. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer nachfragten, ob alles ok ist und uns nichts fehlt. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

Great place! We were three families that states for a week. The pool and all things that are available to do is a huge plus. Can only recommend.

This villa is absolutely stunning and beautifully planned. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need to cook for a large group. The villa offers multiple spots to relax and enjoy your time, including a patio, an outdoor barbecue house, hammocks, a swimming pool, outdoor couches, and a huge outdoor dining table. The best part is the walkout to the beach. Between the beach and the villa, there is a pedestrian walking path that allows you to explore small, beautiful beaches in either direction for hours. You can swim in the sea right from the backyard of the villa and use a ladder to get in and out of the water or jump from the rocks, which is really fun for kids. Additionally, you can walk to many nearby restaurants, shops, and fruit stands. The villa is very cozy, modern, nicely renovated, and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the pictures don’t do it justice.

Very friendly and accomodating hosts. Property is as shown in pictures. Well equipped house, great wifi, AC, bbq fireplace and pool area is great. It is also very private. Only think to highlight is that beds are not super comfortable, but otherwise you get what you see and what is described. It can be a good idea if you have your own car/rental car as waiting time for an Uber/Bolt can be long sometimes, especially if you want to move around to supermarkets, beaches and restaurants. We would be happy to come back again. Thank you for hosting us.

We had a lovely time in lana’s villa. The villa was stunning and immaculately clean. There was everything there that we needed, the pool was amazing and pretty much private as we didn’t see a single other person using it. The pool lights did stop working but Lana did her best to resolve giving the circumstances. The villa is just a short 1 minute walk to the ocean which has a tonne of swim platforms and the coastline there is stunning. The only downside is there isn’t many restaurants, bars & big supermarkets within walking distance which meant we had to get Ubers to most places. The closest decent nightlife is probably split as Trogir & the surrounding area mostly had bars. But other than that if you’re looking for a private villa get away in Okrug Gornji by the sea lana’s place is definitely the one. Thankyou Lana!

We loved our stay! Our two young kids spent hours in the pool each day. We would take family walks to the beach & get lunch, dinner or ice cream. House was perfect. Very responsive host!! Even showed up very timely when we locked ourselves out!! Definitely recommend - especially for families.

Wir waren zu viert im September 2024 (mit unseren beiden kleinen Kids) und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, flexibel und super erreichbar. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und konnten somit alles schnell erreichen, einen Laden und Restaurant kann man auch zu Fuß erreichen. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight gekoppelt mit Ruhe und wir konnten unsere Seele baumeln lassen. Vielen Dank für alles!

We have had a lovely stay here at House Alka. Everything was on point when we arrived. The house was clean and the host welcommed us with cold drink in the fridge and some food. The location is great with closeness to the beach, a small store and some restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home, the pool is lovely and we also used the bbq one evening. We were 4+2+2 so with beds for four people and a bathroom downstairs and two rooms with bathrooms upstairs it was perfect for us. The only negative thing we experienced was bad internet, even though we talked to the host it did not help much. We would highly recommend House Alka and host Dalibor.

We arrived a couple of hours early, and at first we couldn't find the address, but after some alley exploring we found the house. The host couple, Joško and Ivana, were already there and welcomed us warmly and it was no problem to check in at once. Villa Boulder is every bit as beautiful and luxurios as it seems in the pictures, and more. The outdoor kitchen with room for ten persons has everything you could ask for, a gigantic fireplace for barbecuing (and wood for the fire), dishwasher stove,fridge and freezer, toilet, coffe makers all kitchen utensils and more. We spent almost no time in the house except for sleeping since this area was so superb. The pool area is fantastic with a view over the mountins and olive trees and the feeling of privacy is complete. Super friendly hosts who gladly arranged a barbecued lamb for my birthday party and even surprised me with a delicious cake. Close to public beach, but we could easily walk to a private beach nearby. Warmly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Daena. L emplacement est exceptionnel et la piscine un atout supplémentaire. L accueil des hôtes est plus que chaleureux … À proximité de nombreux lieux à visiter mais si vous voulez juste vous reposez c est parfait. Il y a également des paddle et canoë à disposition. Tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi!! J y reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci encore à nos hôtes pour leur accueil.
