Very nice views from the house, we saw northern lights right from the house, View of surrounding mountains and ocean is breathtaking. Bus stop is literally two minutes walk which works perfect for airport travel and downtown travel. Three bedrooms were perfect for your family of four. Host is very nice, she left sleigh for my kids to play outside in the snow.

Very lovely cabin with view on a snowy lake, close to nature, in a wanderful environment. The cabin is rustic, simple and warm. We had a very nice stay and we had the chance to see a very beautiful aurora from the balcony. We think it's an ideal spot. There are board games in the cabin. We really appreciated that Nina came to meet us and gave us suggestions for local hikes that we would have never found on our own.

The room is so tidy and clean, and it's also incredibly quiet.

What a magical place! We had a through and through amazing experience. The cabin is really cozy and has everything you need and more. It's situated in audibly and visually calming surroundings, pretty much forcing you to slow down. We spent many hours relaxing, a fire cracking in the stove, enjoying the views, eating waffles, enjoying life. At night we fell asleep to the soothing sound of the waves, still seeing glimpses of the last aurora. Steffen himself is also a pure gem. Super kind, responsive and accommodating. More than once he offered or answered what we weren't even thinking about. This is one of those places where you think twice if you should really write an honest review because it will cause more people to come, making it harder for you to come back. But it's so deserved, we couldn't give anything but 5 stars!

Excellent place in the centre of Tromsø. Easy to find, comfortable, and within walking distance of everything you want. Torje was a great host. Responsive, friendly, and made sure that we had a wonderful stay. I would happily stay here again and can't recommend it enough.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the ski resort and also a great base to explore places like Senja. There’s a market only 15 minutes away, making it convenient for groceries. The house is beautifully isolated, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s a perfect spot to disconnect, enjoy the calm, and fully immerse in nature. But the highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the northern lights. The sky put on a breathtaking show, the best we’ve ever seen in our lives! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with stunning aurora views!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Janns Wohnung! Der Ausblick auf den Fjord war phantastisch, die Wohnung gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Unsere Kinder waren sehr glücklich mit den vorhandenen Spielsachen (Kuscheltiere, Puzzles, Papier und Stifte) und dem Rodelhügel vor dem Haus. Sehr außergewöhnlich war auch die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber. Wir haben bei Anreise eine tolle Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln etc vorgefunden und wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes noch mit leckeren, selbst gebackenen Cinnamon Buns überrascht. Vielen Dank für alles, wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!
