Great location with easy travel to areas such as Hunstanton, Wells next to the sea, Holt and Cromer. Lovely cottage that is well equipped, clean and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy walking distance into Fakenham and the village Hempton is a great place to bring dogs.

We had a lovely stay at Birdhaven in Wenhaston. The house was clean, comfortable, and full of character. Stuart was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were very happy and would definitely recommend Birdhaven to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside getaway.

We had a fabulous few days here. The house is immaculate and has all the home comforts you need. So close to all the local amenities too. Our two boys (aged 4 and 1) loved the selection of books and games. Kate was super friendly and provided lots of very useful recommendations. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay in this charming home! The location was perfect – peaceful and serene, yet just a 10-minute walk to Southwold. The walks across the marshes to the beach were absolutely delightful, especially for our dog who had the best time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The house itself was lovely and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. My son is already asking when we can return – we can't wait to come back!

We have just returned from a week in the fabulous apartment. It is a real home from home and has lovely little touches. The apartment was well presented and extremely clean on arrival. There is an open kitchen and lounge area which is cosy and a large double bedroom. The bathroom/shower area was also really nice and a separate w/c. The apartment is at the bottom of the high street and 1 minute walk from the sea. All the pubs, shops and amenities are within 5 minute walk. Although it is on a busy street it is peaceful and the patio area at the back is a sun trap. The parking space is the icing on the cake and over a busy Easter period was great to be able to go out and return without having to look for a space. Parking can be difficult in the town so this was a real bonus. We really loved Southwold and the apartment so we will be back in the future. Carolyn was also an excellent host and responsive to any queries.

We had a fantastic stay at Mallard Cottage with our miniature dachshund Reggie. The cottage was incredibly clean and the decor was lovely. The hosts had thought about everything providing so many additional treats from a dog bed, dog bowls, treats, condiments, tea/coffee, robes and slippers to name a few! The hot tub in the garden is fantastic after a day of walking/travelling to local beaches. Great Massingham is a lovely little village and the cottage looks right out onto the green/pond. We would recommend visiting the local pub The Dabbling Duck for a meal. A fantastic and we would definitely recommend!

A perfectly placed cottage at the heart of Southwold. A cozy but spacious place to spend time in, and in close proximity to the seafront, high street and all local amenities. While there is no parking on the property, we found no issues parking nearby. The host Jayne provided all we required and was available if needed. We would thoroughly recommend Dreamer's cottage for a stay in Southwold.

We had the most amazing time staying in the lodge and the hot tub was absolutely perfect. Literally we have never been so relaxed in our lives definitely would recommend this location definitely would go back. Thank you once again. PS it was a really kind touch to leave us water milk and orange juice thank you. Xxxxx
