My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Incredible place to stay. This place is literally a home away from home, it has anything and everything you could imagine, a little bit of everything. The View from the master bedroom and living room looking out onto the canal is breathtaking especially at sunset. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place. We stayed for 2 weeks while doing Hurricane Ian cleanup. Dorit was amazing to work with. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place! Will most be back again when in Cape Coral.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Truly phenomenal location and setting on the Imperial River. The home is an oasis, featuring an exquisite pool & hot tub and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. This beautiful home sits right on the river, providing direct access to some of the best fishing spots around — we saw manatees and caught tons of fish. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it a comfortable and inviting space for our family. Loved all the gorgeous woodwork touches, and Rodney was a great host!

Our family's recent stay at "Sunshine Daydream" in Naples was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean and well-maintained the home was. It was clear the owners take great pride in their properties, and that attention to detail really made a difference. The house was perfectly set up for a family vacation. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the open layout made it easy to gather together. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved having their own TVs. But the real star of the show was the pool. Oh, the pool! We spent countless hours in that beautiful, heated pool. It was the perfect temperature, even in the evenings, and the kids couldn't get enough of it. The removable safety screen was a huge plus, giving us peace of mind while the little ones splashed around. It truly made our vacation. We'd often spend our mornings swimming, then relax on the comfortable lounge chair

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, well kept home and great host, then this is the place to stay! We came back for a second year in a row and had a wonderful time. The pool and patio area are fantastic! Hope to come back again sometime.

We had a great time!! This house was setup perfectly for our family of 5. Everything was clean and clutter free. The patio was beautiful. There were lots of linens and just the right great for the beach. Would book again without a second thought!!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just perfect for our multigenerational family stay. We all really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space was set up well for everyone to enjoy. There were also 2 burrowing owls with a nest in the yard and we enjoyed watching them from afar.

We stayed at Jesse’s place for a week with 4 adults and an infant. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area! The house was the perfect set us up for us which is not always the case while traveling with a baby! Jesse had thought of everything you may need during your stay and made it readily available. Jesse was also very responsive and proactive with reminders as needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dara's house. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood not far from a major road that will lead you to all of the attractions in the Naples area. The house itself is spacious and well-laid out. The kitchen was perfect for those of us who like to cook. New appliances (everything worked) and lots of pots/pans and cooking utensils within easy reach. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a good size and there is an incredible amount of drawer and closet space. TVs everywhere, if you like that. But for us the hallmark was the heated pool and hot tub covered by a screen roof. So relaxing after a day of playing tourist. I hope I get the chance to return one day. This one's a real find!

Wonderful house, perfect for family. Pool really convenient and heated, and the fenced backyard was really fun for the kids and our puppy. They provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and games in the house. You don’t need anything else if going on a getaway with the family, and super closes to main grocery stores, restaurants and 5’ to the beach.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Julia's cottage. It is in a beautiful setting with huge trees, yet minutes from groceries and conveniences. Walkable neighborhood. The house is spacious and airy and impeccably clean. Very nice decor which lends to the peaceful getaway feeling. We were there for a combo of remote work and birding and nature. It was very convenient for Sanibel, Corkscrew and dinner/beach in Naples. We loved Estero and hope to return next year.

Best Airbnb experience we have ever had! Kimberly is so kind and went above and beyond in everything she provides in the home. The house has everything you need to enjoy a getaway! So close to the shops and the beach too. And you won't find a better host!! We stayed for a few days while waiting to close on our home and this will be the place we tell friends and family to stay when they come visit us!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of seven adults without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the furnishings, beds, and linens were all very comfortable. The pool was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The photos accurately represent the property, and Jason was quick to respond when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. All around, a great place for a group stay—highly recommend!

Having never been to SW Fla., we were interested in exploring the area and doing some hiking in the Everglades. Carla's place was perfect for our needs. It is located close to I75 for convenience, in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busy streets. We relaxed on the porch, slept very well and appreciated the well kept and exceptionally clean condo. We didn't get a chance to put our kayak in the nearby creek/river but it looked like it would be fun. If we are in the area again, we will return! Thanks so much.
