I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to see yet quiet enough at night. You can see the bell tower of the Church from the windows. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I could check in early, and that I could find everything during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice!

We really enjoyed ourselves at Mai's place. Her home is beautiful, super clean and very stylish too. Mai and Fabien went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable especially as we were traveling with our baby, they provided a travel cot and a high chair. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the promenade and old town. I would absolutely recommended Mai's place and would stay here again if i were to visit Nice.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment and had a wonderful time. It was during the warmest season so it was great coming in to the apartment with great a/c. Loved the little balcony and the location in the heart of old town was great. Took the bus to and from the airport and with google maps it was fast and easy to find. Lovely hotel as neighbor but they charge 8€ for a coffe so go down to the cosy places in old town instead.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation, beautifully furnished and spotless. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay. Suzanne checked us in and helped us throughout our stay when I had questions, she could not have been more helpful. The kitchen has everything you would need and more without being cluttered. Beds, linen etc very comfortable. I would highly recommend to others and will stay again if available.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Vieil Antibes- wundervolles Haus in der Altstadt mit Blick auf das Meer und dem Musée Picasso!!! Besser geht es nicht! Hervorragende, geschmackvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung, aus allen Zimmern mit Meerblick. Der provencialische Markt mit unzähliger Gastronomie in 1 min. erreichbar, der Hafen und Strand in 2 Gehminuten zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation war bestens- herzlichen Dank und bis bald!

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison avec vue splendide sur la mer. Très agréable salon/salle à manger. Literie de super qualité. Logement impeccable. Plusieurs terrasses ou endroits ou se reposer dans le jardin. Arrivée et départ autonome mais très grande réactivité de Jon Gisle et Marie Laure si besoin. Une maison magnifique où il fait bon vivre, même si notre séjour de 6 nuits était trop court!

Nous avons passé une semaine en février dans la villa de Constance : un séjour superbement agréable car la villa est grande et bien équipée, dans un espace résidentiel et calme , la vue sur la terrasse est époustouflante, les lits sont très confortables ! Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du barbecue ni des différentes activités (piscine et tennis) en raison de la fraîcheur, ce sera pour un prochain séjour. Merci à Constance pour sa confiance et merci à Géraldine pour son accueil ! Nous recommandons à 100% la villa

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. Guillaume è una persona molto cordiale e piacevole e la sua casa è davvero perfetta per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. La posizione è comoda, centrale e silenziosa e l’appartamento è ben tenuto e super accessoriato. Non manca nulla e la pulizia è impeccabile. Nelle zone limitrofe ci sono molti parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento. Da divoratrice di libri non posso fare a meno di raccomandare una visita alla libreria che si trova sotto l’appartamento, specialmente se si ha figli piccoli. Ho visto che il sabato organizzano letture di gruppo per bimbi e famiglie e l’ambiente è davvero accogliente. Grazie, si nota tutto l’amore che c’è in quello che fate!

L’alloggio di Raffi è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio. Appartamento in buone condizioni e ben fornito. Ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere con comodità ogni angolo di Nizza. Ottima comunicazione con l’host prima dell’arrivo, durante il soggiorno e in fase di check-out. Ritorneremo

Agréable séjour passé dans l'appartement de Joseph. Tout était parfait : conforme à la description, propre et très bien situé. Le garage est en gros plus car tout est accessible à pied (commerces, restaurants et gare pour se rendre à Nice..) Je recommande ce logement.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

After a long day, we hoped for a smooth check in and a relaxing evening. we arrived at the property and checked ourselves in, this was a very simple and easy process. the apartment was lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. we did have a small issue but nothing to elaborate on here about. This was quickly sorted and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property if you find yourself looking for a room with a view.

Très agréable séjour chez Sandrine. Appartement superbe et très bien équipé. Sandrine est une hôte très accueillante et sympathique et très à l'écoute .La terrasse sur le toit est très grande et très bien aménagée et nous offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La piscine est belle. Nous reviendrons quand nous aurons l'occasion de revenir à Nice. Nous vous conseillons vivement ce logement .

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.
