Amazing stay! Olga was very flexible with check in/out times, great location on the water. Apartment had everything you could need. An occasional smell did come from the bathroom/washing machine but that comes with it being an older building I guess. 100% would stay again!

Perfect location with a great sea view and walking distance to everything from shopping to restaurants and the sea. We were 2 couples and one single person so the two toilets and bathrooms worked well. Note, one bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet, the second bathroom has a shower and a sink, with the toilet in a separate room. The owner welcomed us kindly and was available during our entire stay. The beds, bedding and linens were fresh, clean and good quality. The appliances were in good working order, the elevator took our bags up the one flight and security was perfect.

Nous avons loué cette maisonnette pour rendre visite à notre famille, au départ parce qu'elle était bien située, et qu'on pouvait garer la voiture dans le jardin clos. Nous reviendrons pour la propreté du lieu, pour le calme environnant malgré la proximité à pieds de la plage. Nous n'avons pas été déçus, la maisonnette était très pratique, bien équipée, et refaite avec beaucoup de goût !

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Sandro et sa femme qui on été flexibles pour notre arrivée assez tardive. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement, la maison était comme décrite et très bien équipée. Notre fils de 2 ans et demi a pu profiter des nombreux jeux mis à disposition, ainsi que de l'aire de jeu et de l'étang du domaine, mon mari et mon beau père de court de padel, ainsi que des commerce et restaurants à proximité. La cuisine est plus que bien équipée avec même de la vaisselle pour enfant qui nous a été très utile pour notre petit bout. L'espace extérieur est top malgré le fait que nous n'avons pas pu trop en profiter à cause de la météo. Sandro a toujours été très réactif lors de nos communications et de bon conseil. Nous n'avons rencontré que des points positifs lors de notre séjours et nous y retournerons volontiers si l'occasion se présente !

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

A modern, clean and well-equipped flat in a quiet location, with stunning views in a beautiful area with many attractions nearby. The hillside location makes exploring the village and grocery shopping much more convenient with a car. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Communication was quick and smooth. We can highly recommend this flat.

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an ZU HAUSE. Der freundliche Empfang und die Begrüßung durch Christopher - einfach toll. Das es eine Garage gibt, macht das Ganze natürlich viel unkomplizierter. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, Urlaub von der ersten Sekunde an und wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Lieben Dank Bettina und Solli

Ich habe mich in diesem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist einfach, sehr zweckmäßig, mit Liebe und komplett ausgestattet. Auch für die ersten Stunden sind schon Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Berta ist eine liebenswürdige agile Person und wird in jeder Situation helfen können. Ich werde gern wiederkommen.

The accommodation is great. A quiet neighborhood and a clean building. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and more. No broken or worn things. The pool and the beautiful view are also real assets. We would recommend it to everyone.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sabine qui nous a accueillis pour prendre possession de l'appartement. La place de parking est très utile et l'arrêt de tram est à 5' à pied pour se déplacer dans la ville.

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !

Solange was a very helpful and warm host. She went the extra mile to help. Her apartment is comfortable and conveniently situated for the beach (and a lovely pool and huge supermarket) with easy parking. The train station is a brisk 20 min walk away and from it you can easily explore the region. Of course you may just want to rest quietly in the apartment - also a possibility.
