Fantastic stay! The location, space, gym and pool were all amazing. There are also good restaurants nearby with recommendations included in the community information received during check-in. I would definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area.

Me and my partner had an amazing stay ! It was very convenient from the airport and getting too some of the places we planned on going too. Everything was clean and everything looked just like the pictures! The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing!

Loved the place and amenities. Hot tub, pool and gym 24 hours. Also an amazing movie collection. It was fun to look through the binder of blue rays and watch movie after a long day. Chris was very proactive and friendly with communication. The place was perfect.

Bernardo’s apartment was great. He answered any questions I had and it was such a pleasure to stay in his home. The apartment had all the amenities needed and more. Perfect location and fabulous host!

Perfectly apportioned and located apartment. Had every amenity I needed. Very clean and light and airy. Nice cold air conditioners. Adorable patio and common areas, including lovely and functional laundry room. Perfectly located near everu vein of all of the interstates. Close to a nice Walmart and Target. Also lots of great restaurants. It was even less than 5 minutes to fedex to mail an important package. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great place which is fairly central to the Phoenix area. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. It’s in a gated community which is great, with a pool, hot tub, and workout room. Aaron was great to work with and communicated very well. Thanks for letting its stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolyn’s place. It was a great location being 20 mins from airport, downtown phoenix or Old Town area. Place was nice and clean, and the free parking on premise was really nice to be able to come and go as needed. Pool and hot tub were great to enjoy Definitely would stay here again.

Such a nice place! The kitchen had all the things I needed, and most importantly, coffee! She had. Keurig and regular pot, with coffee and filters! excellent place, location, and host!

Derek was extremely kind and attentive. My kids loved all the games outside (putting green, giant chess set, pool table, corn hole and dart board). Beautiful at night with all the lanterns and lights. Loved the changing decorations for the holidays.

The Airbnb was very nice. It was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was great - close to stores, Starbucks and restaurants. Old town Scottsdale was a 18 min walk. Mayberh was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!! We really enjoyed the stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The location was prime. There are lots of options for restaurants and things to do in this area. Would stay here again in the future.

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights and thought it was a great experience overall. Joel was detailed, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as many restaurants and bars nearby. The parking and lower level condo was convenient and was very accessible. The price was very reasonable and the place had everything we needed.

Was in town for a softball tournament with friends. Great space for us to relax and unwind after a day in the sun!

everything was as described, we had a great time on our stay! only issue we ran into was the key fob missing but due to Laurie's quick responses it was with us the next day. awesome stay, awesome area, awesome host. we will be coming back!!!
