Great property and friendly staff, awesome location to enjoy Vaca

The house was perfect. After a long day of hiking it was lovely to get home shower off and get into the hot tub. Hermant was the perfect host, kind, responsive, and the house was exactly as described.

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to oldtown Scottsdale, grocery stores, and restaurants. Was with our family of four two adults and two adult kids, looking to catch up and relax, elderly folks nearby. Home was cozy with all amenities enjoyed the backyard with pool, hottub, elevated balcony with view of Camelback Mountain. Spatious interior with master, nice stocked kitchen etc. Enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood. Definitely felt at home and would love to visit again!

Nice big place. The three master bedrooms with bathrooms sold us. Location was close to everything we needed. Communication was great.

Tom's place was very cool and unique. The location is close enough to things yet peaceful and quite. Tom is very responsive and very kind. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!

Mandy's place is a perfect place for a couple or single person. Walkable to many breweries and scrumptious restaurants along with centrally located to every spring training stadium.

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

We loved staying and playing in the pool. Turbo the tortoise was a big hit! He is so cute and friendly, really was fun to feed him. House was cool and clean.

Great neighborhood, very quiet. Angelo was a great host, very quick to respond, which was great as we needed help getting in when we arrived. Well stocked home with pretty much everything you might need. Older furniture, especially the outside furniture (which happens easily especially in the Phoenix sun I'm sure!). But it served our needs well. Enjoyed a relxing afternoon in the shade of the backyard patio. Would recommend!

Wanted something near spring training. Found two great food spots nearby — Ethiopian and a terrific smoothie/light breakfast place.

Cathy’s place was perfect for our spring break explorations to the Petrified Forest and various Phoenix sites. We loved relaxing in the backyard oasis in the mornings. We’d highly recommend Cathy’s place!

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

Everything was as described. Comfortable and clean, kitchen was well set up. Everything we needed.

James has a beautiful home, very peaceful and relaxing! Very quiet neighborhood with a golf course in your backyard. My favorite part was the backyard with the pool and the Bar! Would definitely stay there again!!

Very nice house, great neighborhood, perfect location-close short uber rides to everything we wanted to do! Unfortunately the pool was not heated when we arrived, however Rich was great at communication and was able to help us fix the issue! Would stay again!

This is truly one of the best properties I have ever seen or stayed at. The location is great, right next to Camelback Mountain, and the amenities were incredible, inside the house and especially the backyard. We found ourselves not wanting to leave the property all weekend. Holly and Clete were great hosts and helpful while we were there. We'd love to go back!

Gorgeous house perfect for a bachelorette. Very clean and great communication apart from perhaps excessive automated messages haha. A short uber drive to Old Town and other popular destinations.

Danielle is an incredible host, very responsive and the house was ok for 1 night. The beds and rooms are comfy, amenities work. It was clean and as advertised. The location is very convenient, as it is down the street from 101 loop. However, the house looks and feels old. This unit was worth the discounted price. Regular rate is higher in comparison to similar floor plans & amenities within a 5 mile radius. Check-In is late 4:00pm / Check-out was early 10:00am.

Great location for easy access to both 101 and 60 freeways! Plenty of space inside for our group of 6 and very nice patio/pool area in the backyard. The tank for the toilet in the hall bathroom needs to be looked at/fixed and the house across the street had an issue with some yelling/honking/banging and police showing up briefly in front of their house on Friday night. It seemed to resolve quickly and did not impact our stay. Fair price for the Tempe/Scottsdale area with a larger group and very accommodating/responsive host.
