I highly recommendstaying here. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The home was very spacious and very well kept. The bedrooms were fabulous and very comfortable. The backyard is huge and the dogs absolutely loved it. This is one of those places you feel right at home. Luke was a great host, very responsive, and the entire transaction was probably the easiest I’ve ever done. Do yourself a favor and book with Luke. I will be back.

She was flexible with putting our groceries in fridge prior to check-in. Super appreciated that. Super responsive.

Perfect for a multi-Family trip! Even bigger yard than the pictures give it credit, lots of kids toys/activities, and great seating and amenities for parents too!

The place is surrounded by friendly neighbors. It was worth the price, and glad we were able to stay for our spring break! Very fun, I would recommend this Airbnb.

We (3 couples) stayed at John's place for 10 days. The house was very clean, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed for cooking and eating; we used the grill quite a bit (which appeared to be pretty new). We saw several spring training baseball games; both the Cubs park (Sloan Park) and the Rockies' park (Talking Stick) were very easy and quick to get to. The location was very quiet at night for good sleeping; there is no traffic noise in this area. We did a lot of walking/hiking while there, and brought/rented bikes. The biking couldn't have been better, the house is right at the canal trail, from which you can get to many, many bike trails. We biked to lunch twice. The location is relatively close to McDowell Mountain Park which has excellent hiking trails. The house is easy to get to and close to shopping, and Scottsdale in general has a lot of excellent restaurants.

Ingrid's place was a sweet space to come home to after a day of hiking and touring the state. It simply became like home upon the first day. It's smack dab in the middle of Phoenix so naturally there are a lot of city sounds but things settle down at night. And she has the MOST comfortable mattresses. The best sleep ever! Her home is also perfectly stocked. We did not lack for anything. The location is central to everything you might need, and Ingrid is always available and responsive to any queries you may have. She's friendly, too! Thank you, Ingrid. It was a pleasure to meet you.

We had a great stay! Francesca and Kevin were very responsive to any questions we had. The space was perfect for our family with so many things to do! House was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great for a group of 13 people. The cleaning lady was finishing up cleaning when we got there, which worked out for us because she was very friendly and showed us where everything was. The barracks (room with 5 sets of bunk beds) is very fun for the right group. Pool outdoor area was great, not huge or over the top, but solid and we hung out as 13 people back there with plenty of space. Overall it was great, clean, had plenty of beds, and hosts are very communicative. Good assortment of random leftover pool toys from past groups, we added a few more as well. No issues with neighbors at all, but we were pretty respectful. Main feedback ideas that would have added a lot of value for us (and I assume other big groups:) a TV outdoors, and pool basketball. Thanks for a great stay.

My sister and I stayed here for a staycation and it was awesome. We had the perfect little corner! It was close to everything but also nice and private.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

The place is really nice and the host was so helpful and responsive. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

I was in Tempe for a conference and this apartment was perfect! Walkable to campus and downtown (about a mile to each). The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had everything I needed, and being able to use the washer and dryer was a huge help! I definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time staying at this Airbnb over the past week. It was exactly like the listing detailed, and was just what I needed for the week. The location was great, the apartment was very clean, and the communication with the host was phenomenal. I had a slight issue with the back door, not closing all the way and being wide open no matter what I did to try to shut it, so I reached out and they responded right away. They sent a tech out to fix the door and worked with my schedule so I could be there, and the door was fixed very quickly. Really great communication which I’m very thankful for. 🙏🏻 I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in the Scottsdale area.

great value very clean

We had a very nice stay at Scott's condo. It is in a great location, was very clean, and well stocked for all of our needs. The pools are heated (a great bonus!) and we enjoyed the quiet condo complex. Scott provides clear and concise directions, amenities are accurate, and he replies quickly. We enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area again, would enjoy staying there again!

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
