Was a perfect place to gather with friends, wonderful to entertain cook and play games while also not being on top of each other

Second stay here at “the rec base” with my lady and our 2 dogs. It was wonderful. This time we stayed in the dead of winter and it was so peaceful and quiet. We bundled up and walked the property, sat by the fireplace, put on some music and enjoyed some REAL down time. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise. We’re already planning our next stay. :-)

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean, tidy, and recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. It was well-equipped and exactly as shown in the listing. The owner was quickly responsive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We came for a wedding in the area and unfortunately one relative in our party had a medical emergency and ended up in a Calgary hotel so we were extremely grateful for the amazing location on the outskirts of Cochrane which made it very easy to move between the wedding venue and Banff as well as Calgary. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed, the neighborhood was friendly with many children who invited our children in to play as well.

Wow just wow! A beautiful view on the inset lake. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Huge spaces throughout the home. Everything you need plus more. The kitchen island bar top was wonderful to work from and enjoy the million dollar view. Highly recommended. I will be back!! 5 star + all the way

A great little space tucked away into nature :) The cabin came with everything we needed, and was very clean when we arrived. Trents instructions were clear and concise and everything was very smooth sailing. We had a slight issue with the heating at first, but Trent responded immediately and attended to us quickly. we warmed up and had a great chat with him while our dog got to enjoy some extra ear scratches! The weekend was nothing short of rest and relaxation met with several good soaks in the hot tub. Our dog Silas had a great time bounding in the snow piles and weaving through the trees. My biggest trouble I faced all weekend was trying to coax the dog back inside for the night. we popped into the Village and found some lovely teas to gift to friends then finished off with Nachos and really friendly staff at the Powderhorn Saloon. Definitely coming back to stay to experience all the different seasons in the year.

The home may seem small but it was actually quite spacious for a group of 7. It provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable weekend getaway. The party garage was also a really nice touch for a fun-filled stay. The host was also very accommodating and welcoming. A true home away from home and we will definitely book again in the future!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and has everything one would need. The host was easy to deal with and prompt to reply to questions. The home, community, and lifestyle was amazing. 10 out of 10 in our opinion. We will be back again!
