Host was always accommodating and very responsive. The condo complex is right on the beach and safe. A great trip for us!

This was a very last minute booking for us as the place we originally booked through another service cancelled the day we were supposed to arrive. We had nothing but a great experience with this host and this listing. The beach is close by and beautiful. A short drive or an enjoyable mile walk. The house is well maintained and clean. We were contacted daily just to check that everything was going okay. We had no issues.

Прекрасные апартаменты, чисто и уютно, все необходимое для длительного отдыха, очень удобное расположение. Сам район очень тихий и приятный. Немного расстроила стройка прямо возле окон, это не беспокоит при закрытых окнах, хорошая шумоизоляция. Но в целом мы прекрасно провели время! Спасибо!

Ken’s house was outstanding. Plenty of room, nice amenities, well lit, nice neighborhood and he himself was very responsive. I’d recommend this Air B n’ B without doubt!!

If I could give more stars, I would! It was the best Airbnb I've stayed at, and better than the other 2 hotels I've stayed at in the same area before. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, there was a really quiet and cozy patio that made you feel like you weren't right in the center of Lauderdale By the Sea. But you are as close as you can be! All the restaurants, shops, cafes, and the beach were minutes away by foot. Highly, highly recommend!

"Our family of 9 had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and thoughtful layout of the home. It comfortably accommodated all of us, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. What truly made this trip special was the fantastic array of activities available. The kids (and adults!) were thrilled with the easy access to fishing. The property's location near the water was perfect, and we spent hours casting lines and making memories. Beyond the fishing, the property offered so much more. There were games, and a pool and plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run around. Great Stay! Super Responsive Management and very convenient for small family.

The apartment is more beautiful in person. It is well organized, private, and close to markets, restaurants, and just about 2 miles from the beach. It is the perfect place to have a relaxing time with a vintage touch but a robust Internet if you are looking to work from home. Matthew and his team are always responsive and proactive about anything you may think you need. This is one of the place you always want to come back.
