Renta de villas vacacionales en Olgiate Comasco

Nous avons séjourné à 8 copines dans cette fabuleuse villa pour découvrir Milan. Situé à 30min de Milan et 30min du Lac de Côme, c’était pour nous le bon compromis, si vous êtes véhiculés. Le logement était comme en photos, correspondant parfaitement à la description. Les instructions étaient très expliquées pour l’arrivée autonome, très facile d’accès. Possibilité de stationner dans le garage souterrain. L’intérieur est très spacieux idéal pour les grand groupes/familles. La maison était propre et tout les équipements énoncés étaient présents et fonctionnel. Le cadre est très paisible, pas de bruit du voisinage, très peu de passage sur la route, avec le parc en face de la maison. Et les hôtes étaient très réactifs en message pour la moindre question. Merci pour cette facilité d’accès, cette superbe maison bien entretenue, pour votre réactivité et gentillesse. Et pour toutes ces raisons citées, je vous recommande vivement ce logement. Sensationelle Lage, sehr grosses Grundstück, toller Pool. Wir haben es bei Andrea sehr genossen und sind rundum zufrieden!

Бронювали будинок за кілька годин до прибуття, тому були дуже раді отримати миттєву відповідь та максимально чіткі інструкції від власників. Будинок затишний, зі смаком оформлений, гарно оздоблений. Сонячна з ранку тераса дуже підіймала настрій навіть на початку березня) Проїзд до будинку справді дуже вузький останні 100 метрів, що трошки нервувало мого чоловіка)) Ми були попереджені про цю незручність, та сподівалися користуватися канатною дорогою. Нажаль, під час нашого перебування вона була на реконструкції, тому трошки займало часу виїхати-заїхати. Але це питання не до власників. Насправді помешкання чудове і ми дуже задоволені нашим перебуванням! P.S. У вас зламаний штопор. Найнеобхідніша річ в Італії))

Simone é un proprietario molto disponibile e premuroso. La villetta è una chicca, indipendente, silenziosa e con la possibilità di spazi esterni. TV enorme e divano comodissimo hanno reso ancora più piacevole il mio pernottamento. Consiglio

Unser Aufenthalt bei Paul war total toll. Die dachterasse ist ein Traum, der Blick unbezahlbar. Einzig die Zimmersituation war etwas komplizierter als erwartet. Wir waren mit 10 Leuten da. Allerdings sind 2 der 7 angegebenen Zimmer Durchgangszimmer mit einzelbetten und ein Zimmer ist lediglich ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Ansonsten hat uns die Villa Breda sehr gut gefallen und die Kommunikation mit Paul und Antonia waren auch sehr leicht und zuverlässig! Vielen Dank :)

Truly the best Airbnb experience! The view was unmatched and the place was perfect. Well stocked, comfortable, clean, and easy to feel right at home. Marcus was also an incredible host. He was always responsive, gave us personal recommendations and went above and beyond with helping us curate the perfect experience for our trip. It was an amazing place and one we wished we had more time in. For anyone considering staying, it is worth the drive up the mountain. Thank you for everything, we hope we make it back one day!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het prachtige huis van Sharon. Het huis ligt vlak aan het meer in een rustig dorpje waar je toch alles vlakbij hebt. Op 7 minuten rijden heb je een grootwarenhuis dat elke dag open is en op 3 minuten wandelen heb je een kruidenier en bakker. Op 10 minuten wandelen heb je het treinstation. Je hebt een prachtig zicht vanuit elke ruimte van het huis en we hebben genoten van het leuke terras en grote tuin. Het huis is ook prachtig gerenoveerd met zeer kwalitatief materialen en meubels. Het huis is brandschoon. Het is ook mogelijk om met 2 auto's te parkeren. We hebben Sharon kunnen ontmoeten als een zeer vriendelijke eigenares en hebben ook enkele souvenirs van haar atelier gekocht. Het huis is een echte thuis op vakantie! Het huis is ook zeer gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Aan het meer kun je een ferry nemen naar de meer touristischere dorpjes en o.a. een restaurant met zicht op het meer terwijl je kinderen vrij kunnen spelen op het grasveld. Een aanrader!

There were housekeepers on site who were always available and helped us immediately with any problems. They were super lovely and very helpful. You can't drive up to the house with a big camper, but we were able to park it further down, which was still on the property. Normal cars are no problem. Very well maintained house and grounds. Each room has its own bathroom. Everything is super well equipped. Hairdryer, lots of bath towels, good kitchen equipment (lower kitchen has a lot more) and the massage chair is a dream. Simply perfect. We enjoyed it very much!

Cette maison est fabuleuse !! La vue est magnifique et l’extérieur est vraiment top ! Seul petit bémol, l’annonce indiquait 3 salles de bain et hélas il y en a qu’une seule (même si il y a aussi deux douches extérieures). Idem pour les lits, l’annonce décrivait 3 queen size, mais un des lits était en 140. Les équipements mériteraient d’être un tout petit peu plus complets notamment une mise à dispo des rangements dans les chambres pour les locataires suivants (aucun placard actuellement).

Strongly recommend. I would go again and again. The host is very helpful. We asked her loads of questions and requests and she was very responsive. I think she is one of the best hosts I have ever met. The house is a dream comes true; The views, the swimming pool and the inside of the house. Just rent a samll car as going up to the house can be challenging with bigger cars.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was stunning—bright, airy, and full of windows that provided breathtaking views of the lake. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The host was amazing—so helpful, clear in communication, and always quick to respond. We really appreciated their kindness and attention to detail, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again! Highly recommend!

Pros: Beautiful spot. Daniel was easy to communicate with and accommodative. He provided great recommendations for food and activities. Worth staying for more than two nights like we did. The property is gorgeous and the views are out of this world. Cons: We had some small hiccups such as the washing machine not being plugged in (the plug was hidden behind the machine which required some creativity to reach) and expired kitchen essentials which required a drive into town (about 30 minutes away) which ate into the one full day we had. Wouldn't have been a problem if we were staying for longer. In fairness, these are issues I didn't mention to Daniel but I assume if I had he would be accommodative. Some pendant lights on the main floor were burnt out which wasn't great but was manageable. Daniel is open and honest about the bugs that you'll see in and around the home and in bedding but I'm not a fan of bugs and didn't like running pest control given the price point of this stay.

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Amazing dream-like property

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

La maison est très agréable et très spacieuse avec une vue sur le lac imprenable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW The Villa was wonderful. Highlights are the view and the pool. The location is extremely calm and quiet. It is up a steep hill. Definitely need a car to get up and down to Stresa and Lesa. The garage can take 3 cars and is very cleverly set up so that no need to go on a steep driveway and also the road is quiet so it’s very easy to get in and out. The Villa has recently been completely and tastefully refurbished. Beautiful design. It has everything you would need. Air conditioning only on the top floor rooms but the bottom floor is cooler. There are two large living areas (one on each level) and it would work well with two families staying (one on each level) as it even has a second simple kitchen on the lower level. The service led by Elena was superb. The communication prior to arriving was excellent and also a couple of small issues (eg internet) were dealt with extremely quickly. 6 star service. Liebe Marilena, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und Marilena hat auf Fragen sehr schnell reagiert. Der Garten , der Pool und der Ausblick auf dem Lago Maggiore einfach nur Traumhaft. 😍 Auch vielen Dank für den Tipp zur Pizzeria „Aldo“ in Arona. Sehr lecker und nur zu empfehlen 😋 Wir wünschen dir und deiner Familie alles gute und wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmals vorbeischauen 😃 Wenn ich mir noch etwas wünschen würde, wäre es eins zwei Sonnenliegen mehr.
