Fantastic place to stay, we are regulars to the area and visit 2/3 times a year. Our group was bigger this year so we needed a additional accommodation. The apparement was perfect location, with it being very clean and tidy with Caroline being a great host who communicated very well. would highly recommend.

We stayed at Ocean Chic 1 for the month of January and enjoyed the apartment. Rui was very responsive and always available with great recommendations. The beach is right there and old town is a short walk. Lots of good restaurants close by. We were 2 couples and enjoyed our stay very much, thanks Rui!

We had a great stay, def recommend. Linda was quick to reply to any queries (before and during our stay) plus organised a smooth airport transfer. The apartment is just lovely, immaculately clean and spacious, the pictures don't do it justice. Well stocked kitchen and the beds are super comfy. Fab private outdoor area and a 1 minute walk to the swimming pool. The beach is a 5 minute walk plus shops, bars, and restaurants are an easy stroll away, however plenty of ubers if you want to go further afield. Would definitely book again. Thank you to Linda and team for a relaxing family holiday.

Nice apartment for a summer holiday. Great location, walkable to everything. Pool is nice and wonderful for kids. It's in a bustling and busy area, but the apartment complex felt private and secure. Tarik was fantastic host and extremely helpful and accomodating.

All in all this was a very good apartment. Only 7 minutes in a straight way to the beach. Justine answered almost right away. For the autumn time I would highly recommend this!

We stayed for a week in November 2024 and the location was great, regardless of what the weather was going to bring. The beaches are close by; MAR/ Designer Outlet were 15-20 minutes leisurely drive away and Forum not much longer. Faro old town was similarly close too. If you are a golfer, this is a perfect location to be in and if you are not, it is an upmarket area, with a very nice atmosphere. The property was large enough for us as a couple and having the satellite TV in so many languages will make it suitable for a range of nationalities. The local Pingo Doce is literally 5 minutes away, making life very easy, whether picking up essentials, or products for cooking in the ample kitchen in the condo. In all, a very nice stay.

Clean and spacious apartment, quiet yet not isolated. Being on 2nd floor there's no noise from anyone above you. Restaurants, supermarket nearby, Surfal snack-bar for coffee and cake, and Falesia beach 5 min away on foot! Even surf or snorkeling experience right there. The apartment is in a small and tidy complex so it still feels personal, and it is perfectly furnished, not too much, not too little. Free parking on your door step. No need to look any further!

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento ,Susana nos recibió antes de tiempo y nos enseñó el piso , muy contentos ,seguro que volveremos . zona muy tranquila y no muy lejos de la zona de bares y acio .

Séjour fin mars 2025. Appartement petit mais très fonctionnel et très propre. Idéal pour deux. Un lit très confortable. Une vue superbe sur Albufeira et ses plages. Un grand parking gratuit devant la porte qui facilite l'accès. Les plages, le centre ville et la marina à quelques minutes de marche. Que désirer de plus ! Et pour conclure, Sandra très à l'écoute et très réactive. Un séjour réussi pour nous. Andréa et Claude

Malgré une réservation de dernière minute, Alexandre a été très réactif pour l’envoi de toutes les instructions avant notre arrivée, excellente communication pendant et après le séjour. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis à la maison, ma fille avait sa chambre avec quelques jouets, la cuisine est très bien équipée, le salon est chaleureux, on ne se sent pas dans un meublé froid et impersonnel. La place de parking à côté de la porte, un vrai luxe, le matin vous ouvrez la porte, vous êtes de plein pied face aux salines et disposez d’une table et fauteuils de jardin pour profiter du soleil, de la quiétude et de cet environnement exceptionnel au cœur de Tavira. Le marché D’ailleurs est à 2 pas et vous n’avez pas besoin de la voiture pour aller dans le centre. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons déjà retourner chez Alexandre.

Jaoa is an amazing host. He ensured for a personal checkin where he helped us park our car for free and then showed us the whole house around. He was always super responsive suggesting us local recommendations and giving us tips. The house is very centrally located - few minutes from all shops, restaurants and the beach front. Overall a great and lovely experience and I would definitely come back !

We stayed in the apartment over Christmas and New Year. Very well-equipped, clean, and fresh. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Had a great stay at this lovely spacious apartment. With quite a few bathrooms and some lovely balconies it was perfect and could easily of accommodated more. The location is excellent, and being in the gated marina complex, very quiet and safe with loads of parking (right outside the apartment) and restaurants/bars and supermarkets all in walking distance (<5mins). Some great walks nearby and Albufeira is a super cheap uber ride or you can cycle/walk. The apartment was furnished to a high standard with everything you could need...and it was a perfect place for us to stay over Christmas and New Year. Luci was a great host with clear instructions and answered questions in a few minutes. First time in the marina and we will definitely be back! Thanks Luci.

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans Vilamoura, port et plages accessibles à pied. La résidence est parfaitement entretenue, la piscine très propre et l’appartement est impeccable.

Mit Frau und Schwägerin war es sehr komfortabel: 2 Schlafzimmer, Toilette mit Dusche bei 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad zum Flur. Bad könnte zugunsten des Flures kleiner sein, um dort eine Garderobe unterzubringen. Als wir in das Haus gingen, bellte ein Hund in der Wohnung unter uns. In unserer Wohnung haben wir ihn nicht gehört. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren mit Stoff überdacht. Vorsicht: Beim Rückwärts-Einparken schlägt die Rücktür evtl. gegen das Dach! (Ryanair bot Mietwagen nebst Grundversicherung bei okmobility für 10 €/Tag an, deren Zubringer-7-Sitzer muss man am Flughafen Faro etwas suchen: herumfragen! Fahrer ist Rheinländer und gibt gute Ratschläge; Abwicklung problemlos, bei der Rückgabe geradeaus unter beleuchtete Überdachung fahren! Micra-Niveau gebucht, Renault 2008 erhalten, Schaltgetriebe sollte kein Problem sein.) -- NB: Dies ist eine Rückmeldung, kein Füttern ("Feed") eines Rückens ("back").

We stayed at Natalia's apartment as a family of four, 2 kids aged 6 and 8. It was fantastic! The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and it was easy to get in touch when needed. The location is great allowing us to explore nearby towns and beaches with ease, there are supermarkets and local shops close by for whatever you need. The garden area is beautiful kept and an enjoyable space to hangout with the family. Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in the Algarve!

Lovely 2 bed apartment in the old town. Spotlessly clean and fantastic communication to facilitate a last minute booking. Ana, who manages the complex, and her husband, were super responsive to any of our questions or needs. As others have highlighted, the large terrace which is not overlooked by anyone is pretty special and the flat is very homely and stylish. Just to note that the shower issues mentioned in previous reviews were not an issue anymore - the shower worked very well with no issues!

We had a nice and relaxing time. Weather was great and we really enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay! Nancy accommodated us with a last minute booking. Booked at 8am confirmed by 9am and in 3hrs before normal check in time. Nancy was excellent at responding to messages. staff on site were lovely. The apartment itself was beautifully presented and prestine. The pool was fantastic and not overly busy. The apartment has new sun loungers by the pool. Lots of towels provided including pool towels. Beds super comfy and air con fab. Great location for exploring. Can't fault this place. Thankyou

Tolle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, sehr große Terrasse und umlaufender Balkon (konnten wir aufgrund des feucht-kühlen Wetters leider nicht SO doll nutzen), sehr gute Lage, Wohnanlage mit wenigen Einheiten, daher relativ privat, alles hervorragend gesichert mit großem Parkplatz, Ausstattung der Wohnung insgesamt sehr gut, alles funktioniert, wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar, schön sauber und gut gelegen:)
