The pictures don’t do it justice! There’s really no better way to do the Drakensburg.

We had the best time all round!! Stardust Cottage is perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean, has an extremely comfy bed and beautiful linen and Kevin is a fantastic host. The view from the cottage is stunning and although staying high up in the magnificent Berg was so peaceful, we were still close to many fun attractions. We have had many Air Bnb stays but this is most certainly one of the best!

My 3 dogs and I were very comfortable at Nadine’s house. I felt relaxed and safe and we slept very soundly that night. I experienced car mechanical issues and Nadine recommended names of 3 mechanics to help me out - really appreciated that assist! The Spar was located just a few minutes away so that was also convenient. And Nadine’s kids were friendly and kind to my dogs. Great stay, thanks, again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Central to all the places we like to visit. Google took us on a bit of a goose chase up the mountain. Would have been easier to find if we had followed turnoff to Caley's. Lovely accomodation but missed being able to walk ' in the countryside' Would definitely visit agsin.

Magda and Chris are charming warm and friendly hosts. You immediately feel at ease on arrival. A map and quick guide of the area proved invaluable. Their place is a true hidden gem in the Drakensberg, waiting for you to discover it. Stunning uninterrupted views filled with beautiful birdsong choruses in landscaped gardens. The house is charming and the open plan kitchen and living spaces are great to spend time with loved one's. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need and more. Little complementary goods on arrival add to the unique touch and welcome of their place. We lost time sitting on the outside terrace enjoying the beauty of the area. Fire and gas bbq's are provided with a complementary stack of wood for all you braai enthusiasts out there. Lastly thankyou to Chris and Magda for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely loved my stay. Love that it’s pet friendly. Marinda was absolutely so kind. This will definitely be my overnight stop when traveling. Will highly recommend my friends and family to stay here as well.

Beautiful surroundings, creates a peaceful atmosphere. Each room has its own fully equipped en suite bathroom, often overlooked but comes in quite handy when there’s 8 individuals.

Would highly recommend Celtis Cottage. The house is set on a tranquil hilltop with a striking view of Bellpark dam and the Drakensberg mountains. It is in an excellent location for day-hikes, with Blue Grotto, the Sphinx and Monks Cowl being rather close by. The house is well-equipped and has everything you need. I happen to be one of those people who bring their own pans, spatulas, sponges, cloths, knives and dish liquid. I did not need to take out any of my things, since the kitchen had everything we required and everything was in great condition. The house was clean and such a joy to spend time in. Compliments to the sophisticated decor and furnishings. Helen is the most gracious and kind host, and I am sure Celtis Cottage will see us again in the future.

Le mot qui revenait souvent dans ce logement est waouh. La maison est magnifique, bien conçue, une vue incroyable, des équipements confortables, et une cuisine avec beaucoup d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Les randonnées sont proches, Cara Lee et son mari nous ont fourni des bonnes idées à ce sujet. On a regretté de partir, on aurait pu rester là 1 semaine 😍
